They kept me waiting around for 3 hours when I could have been working. Didn't have the decency to call and let me know they weren't coming. I'm out 3 hours of my life and lost wages. Will not ever do business with this unprofessional company in the future and will recommend family and friends to steer clear.

The communication was excellent, even on a holiday weekend I got called back within an hour of reaching out with questions, which I certainly did not expect! They arrived promptly for appointments and were thoughtful about avoiding tracking dirt into our home. They worked with us to customize their work to our coastal climate and were very transparent about exactly what materials they would be using (all top of the line, industral-grade!). I have pets and toddlers and they took my concerns about chemical disinfects seriously and offered several options to make sure I was comfortable with what was used in our home. They really seem to take pride in their work and enjoyed sharing before and after pictures to demonstrate all the improvements they made to our crawl space. I could not be happier with my choice to hire them, and plan to work with them again when I'm ready to replace my attic insulation.

Mr. Insulation's current owner, Nathan Price is dishonest, incompetent, and untrustworthy. The…read moreprior owner, Charles Bennet, was awesome. But Price - whose contractor's license has been suspended (as of April 2026) for about four months - is a nightmare you should not invite into your life. He was brought in to do the insulation work on a single family home and did not complete it for 15 months. He lied about having a work crew available and made numerous (generally false) excuses for his chronic absenteeism. The delays cost a great deal of money. After 15 months of no-showing on a daily basis he claimed his schedule was booked for the next year and he would come to finish the job when his schedule allowed. He then falsified my signature on an estimate and filed a fraudulent lawsuit based on a forged contract. He does not keep time or materials records and dramatically inflates his invoices. HE DOES NOT PROVIDE WORKER'S COMP FOR HIS EMPLOYEES AND THIS IS WHY HIS LICENSE WAS SUSPENDED. If you like being subjected to fraudulent bills, forged signatures, endless delays, and post-construction litigation, then hire Nathan Price. Otherwise, steer clear.

He gives talks on insulation and is considered an industry leader (see photo). Second, he is extremely conscientious. We discovered I have fiberglass sensitivity and could not even enter our house during the removal process. He took the issue seriously and really took extra care to ensure the attic was free of fiberglass. Other contractors remarked that the attic looked as clean as a newly built attic! Finally, our project included more than the attic space and required that we go into every wall cavity, crevice, nook and cranny. We found rodent nests in old fiberglass which was alarming to me and so we needed to have all insulation removed and all infiltration holes found and closed! Nathan was completely nonplussed, cool and composed. I feel so much safer in my home now. I know the air is good. I know our insulation choice is a healthy one and I know we are pest free. The man took care of us in every way possible! I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Chris came out early on a Saturday morning to meet me and inspect my attic. He provided a free estimate, according to my availability, not his which I greatly appreciated. When the crew came out they were on time and very professional and courteous. I would also like to add that it was A very hot day yet, they took their time and did not try to rush or take any short cuts. They sealed off everything in the work area and did a very thorough clean up after the work was done. The one key issue for me was the R-rating and since R-value is a major factor in comparing insulation options, I wanted to understand exactly what was being installed. I tried to follow up with the estimator to get clarification and asked for a call back. While multiple emails were exchanged from what seemed to be the corporate end, there was no actual human interaction, and my request for the estimator to call back failed. Because of that lack of follow-through, I ultimately decided to go with another vendor who was more responsive. AttiCare made a good first impression, but communication after the initial visit failed. I wouldn't proceed without speaking to the estimator. They lost a job due to that.
