    Pad thai

Food had flavour but it's off compared to other thai places with its own taste. The coloring threw me off, as you can see in the shrimp green curry. The service was great, and they give you a discount if you pay cash. The place is mostly for carry out, I don't remember if they had any seating inside.

The best around. Had the chicken pad thai. Absolutely delicious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place has the best Tom Yum soup. Have I had any entrees? Yes! But the soup really hit the spot with a perfect portion, heat, and taste.

I've avoided Thai carryout for quite sometime because they all tend to taste the same. However Amy's food is quite the opposite - the taste is fresh and delicious, not like all others. The freshness of the ingredients comes through in all the dishes. You can tell the meats, vegetables and sauces were not frozen, microwaved or old. Ordered Pad Thai, Pad KraTiem and Potato Chicken Massaman Curry- very tasty and good portions. My favorite was the Potato Massaman Curry with chicken as I liked the hint of peanut flavor in the dish. Pad Thai was very good as well. Again their uniqueThai flavors makes their food especially good. Spring rolls along with the dipping sauce also very flavorful. Limited seating inside with attentive service. We observed this restaurant gets a steady flow of carryout orders and repeat customers. Amy's has restored my faith in Thai carryout-we will be back.

I've been jonesing for some good Pad Thai, and I haven't been able to find one I crave since my old tried & true closed about 10 yrs ago. Believe me, I've been searching. Amy's had that Pad Thai for me, and hubby absolutely loved his Special Eggplant dish - another dish we used to get at our old spot. Their prices are on par with all other Thai places. I can't wait to try more dishes from there!

I called them around 7pm, three different times and no one answered the phone so that I couldn't make a carry out order.

Generous portion of food and very deep flavor from all the dishes. If you have low tolerance on spicy food, even the mild option was quite hot, just fyi. We were treated great our first visit, but have felt like family ever since. From recommendations to secret sauces or methods for eating dishes how they would in Thailand, Sue is there guide and assist. I look forward to seeing her as much as I do the food. Our food is always excellent and I like to try new things all the time. But we still have favorites. Appetizers. It's hard not to order the fried wontons, my spouse's favorite. We both enjoy the apple or papaya salad. And I'm a sucker for tum yum soup, theirs does not disappoint. Entrees we often enjoy traditionals like Pad See Ewe and Fried Rice. They are staples for a reason. But I've enjoyed trying many of Sue's recommendations. And I love a ground chicken dish she recommended served with lettuce cups and a fried egg. I wish I remembered the name. But it's one of her favorites. She will know! Be sure to ask for the Thai pickled lime and hot peppers condiment (upon request). My newest obsession is their Chicken Satay salad. It's fantastic. So fresh and delicious, not to mention gorgeous. I can't imagine anyone being disappointed. I can't tell you about dessert because we are always too full. But I'm determined to try her mango rice because I'm confident it will be amazing . If you have tried this place, it's worth a visit. You will want to go back again and again.

I'd definitely recommend making a reservation on busier days, even midweek, this place was busy as heck and for good reason! Thankfully, they were able to fit us in. The service was amazing, and I seriously can't say enough about the food. Anything with Thai basil was a favorite, and the tofu was cooked to absolute perfection. So flavorful and delicious. I'll definitely be back!

Before I get into the food, I really want to call out our server, Amanda C. We had never been there before and she was incredibly attentive to us, explained everything that they offered, gave us a lowdown on the spice they used and how it ranks compared to other foods ("This one is about the heat level of Buffalo Wings") which was great. My wife likes her food spicier than me so she asked if she could have some extra spice on the side and she brought out 3 different kinds of spices for her to experiment with, which was above and beyond. When it was time for us to leave, she brought out extra sauces for some of the appetizers we didn't finish so we could enjoy them at home, and even gave us little plastic containers if we wanted to take the extra spices home separately. Truly great and I hope the next time we come here, she'll be able to serve us. Now on to the food! Dynamite shrimp was very tasty but could have been a little spicier in my opinion. The breading and crunch was very good, just not as spicy as I usually feel like it's served. Brussels Sprouts were delicious and my wife and I cleaned the plate. Will definitely be ordering that again. The Yellowfin was good and maybe would've stood out more if the other items weren't better in my opinion but still tasty. Chicken Satay was very tender and flavorful and the peanut sauce was delicious. My favorite item was the House Speciality Fried Rice. We got it with tofu and vegetables. The fried egg on top was great and I literally don't think I've had better fried rice in my life. I truly don't want to eat any other fried rice but this one, which is a bummer because it's a 15 minute drive and not on the corner next to my house. We also had the Thai Iced Tea. I generally love this drink and it was good, but not the best. The crushed ice on top was quite excessive and I wound up scooping most of it out cause it wouldn't watered down my drink before I even got to it. I'd say bigger chunks of ice in that drink or maybe you can order it with light ice. Total was around $85 which is a pretty reasonably priced meal for 2, but Happy Hour prices attributed to that. We also made sure to give Amanda a nice tip for her excellent service. Will definitely be back!

The vegetables in both entrées tasted almost raw. The onions were still green and crunchy in a way that didn't seem intentional. The Pineapple Fried Rice was noticeably bland, especially compared to other Thai restaurants nearby, yet the prices were $3+ higher. Service didn't help the experience either. With only one other couple in the restaurant, it was surprising that our dishes came out in stages: first the rice, then the Honey Sriracha Chicken a few minutes later, and finally the Pineapple Fried Rice. It felt disorganized for a two-person table. The rice itself was clumpy, dry, and overcooked. It mushed together when scooped. The only beacon of light in this depressing meal was the Crab Rangoon, which actually tasted good, though they were still dripping oil as if they hadn't been drained properly after frying. To their credit, the interior was nicely decorated, clean, and the bathrooms were well stocked and well maintained. The final shock came at the register: the preset tipping options were 18%, 20%, and 30%. The buttons were so large and aggressive that I honestly felt that my brain short circuited at the sight. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place unless I hated the person. There are much better Thai options in the area for both quality and price point, like Bangkok Cuisine or Som Jai Thai Cuisine.
