Still not open (AFTER 12), so I drove home and went back the next day in the afternoon to make sure he was open. He did the test, charged me the 40 dollars, gave me my paper and on my way I went. When I got home and gathered up what I needed to take to DMV I noticed my truck didnt pass the smog. I was pissed, one because it didnt pass, two because the rude ass didnt even tell me it failed. Just took my money, gave me the paper and never said a word. I went back after fixing the problem with my truck, walked in was greeted with a rude "what do you want"?, I explained I was there for my retest for a failed smog. He basically grabbed my paper out if my hand, looked at it threw it back at me and said it had been to long between tests and it was going to cost another 40 bucks! I looked at him said I dont think so! It says nothing on your sign or the paper that a retest is only good for so many days. He rudely told me well there is.. I told him before I would ever pay him again for his attitude, lack of respect, and overall shitty customer service.. I will take it somewhere else. Take your vechiles somewhere else, ANYWHERE ELSE!
