They looked at my car not knowing how bad the damage was, took it into the shop, took down the other person's insurance info that I had written down and called them, called Hertz for me and a VERY nice rental car was delivered to their shop within 30 minutes. My car ended up being totaled so I had the rental for over 2 weeks until I got $$ for my car and was able to buy me another used car (I didn't have anything fancy). They also do mechanical work, A/C charging, all kinds of stuff, even on Sat & Sun. They are really nice and make you feel comfortable, not a bunch of pervert guys leering at you. I would recommend them to ANYONE. I'm not well -off, so it's not like I got special treatment due to having money. I make $1,000 a month and had a 1992 model car. They treat everyone the same.
