Such a great space, great layout with great art on the walls, a warm and welcoming staff. Irv answered all my questions and I put a deposit down and set an appointment for 2 days later. Pricing was discussed and very reasonable. Irv was my artist, he was genuinely kind, and hella creative. He gave me his card and i was able to see samples of his work on Instagram. I gave him a logo design to use, and he printed it in 3 different sizes for me to see how it would look on my arm, and let me know how detailed it would be for each size. I appreciated the attention to detail. His workspace was clean. His set-up, his professionalism on point, as was the other artists. You could tell they enjoyed working there, and had a passion for their art. I felt comfortable asking Irv anything about my current tattoo, his artistic history, music, and the shop. My tattoo came out perfect, and as homage to my friend who had passed away, it brought me joy to know it was done in such a shop with great energy. I got lots of info on aftercare, and even came back the next day so Irv could check if my skin had any reactions to the work, or if the covering needed to be replaced. I'd definitely recommend this shop to anyone who asks, and I'm considering going back again to freshen up an old tattoo.

I asked for a realistic hieroglyphic tattoo and what I got was horrible job that I have to now get LASERED off. The owner not only seemed disinterested and rushy(even when I booked that date), but asked me to switch artists when I booked for HIM.... I understand I was a few minutes late(traffic as I was coming an hour away and I did notify him in advance), that was the red flag that told me I should've abandoned the appointment but he had already took my deposit(still should've abandoned ship!). I told him to I booked with him and him only. He seemed irritated and rushed through the tattooing(again I apologized for being a few minutes late which I again told him in advance), and so I ignored. However, the finished product was a MESS and disaster as you can see. And even other tattoo artists noted so, two being my go to tattoo artists. This tattoo is a jumbled mess from the line work, women's faces, very lazy shading, etc. I can go on.... Its just a mess and luckily I saved the original image when it was done to show proof. This piece was supposed to be the Tomb of Nebamun but looks more like the tomb of disaster. Nothing looks like the original picture. Heck an apprentice back at my go to tattoo shop laughed and said he could do a better job. In fact many people I show cant believe the amount of money I paid! To add insult to injury the piece was $700! Now some tattoo artists I spoken to are baffled in how this tattoo doesnt match his "impressive" portfolio. Some even saying many of those tattoos in his portfolio aren't his. I don't know what the case maybe but all I know that I got a lazy, rushed and uninspired tattoo that I REFUSE to have permanently on me.... So yea going to try laser removal(ouch!) this year but the pain will be worth the mental pain I suffered. This is a warning.... If you want GOOD tattoos and artists that care avoid this shop....

Honestly, I was going to get my septum repierced by them but there was a bad experience and…read morehonestly i have anxiety which shouldnt happen. I got my snakebites sometime two years ago by them (They are healthy as they should be) but when piercied (I was pierced by a black man there) He ended up pushing one if the piercings back in after originally taking it out because it was uneven which it wasnt. He proceeded to blame me for listening to his instructions which was breath in deeply (i have more than 5 professionally done piercings, i feel like i would know if it was my fault) With my septum, they pierced it once through the tip of my cartliage which was unfit to stretch it to the gauge i wanted. (a bald guy) I hope this store gets better experience because there is so much potential and so close to where i live.

Many times I'll ask for his artistic impression because I think he is so talented that I'd rather him decide vs me!
