I came into Anatomy Chriopratic for constant neck pain that I had been having for a whole week. I slept on a couch for a couple nights and I guess you can't do that when you're over 30. Anyways, when you first drive into anatomy it is located in the adorable Hillcrest neighborhood with ample parking. There are 2 grocery stores and a bunch of other cute shops in the plaza. First going into the visit, I was warmly greeted. They have a price list available of their services (which are super reasonable) so there are no surprises. Another thing I wasn't expecting - they actually take X- rays before and after tour treatment so you can SEE the impact. I guess my head was tilted and one leg was 1/4 inch shorter than the other...which I did NOT realize. Dr. Loharun took her time to explain my treatment plan, which would fix my neck pain long term! It's definitely not a bandaid treatment. The technique they use utilizes sound vibrations, which itself are painless and gentle. The x rays they take allow them to make very precise adjustments and let me tell you - they work! After one treatment my head was noticeably less tilted. Also, my legs become the same lengths after a 5 minute treatment! I am so happy I found their gentle, affordable, and tailored care that immensely alleviated my current pain and prevents future neck pain!

I've been…read moreexperiencing extreme stress and anxiety and I had a gut feeling that it was due to my central nervous system being stuck in fight or flight mode. Long story short, I got hit by a car a few years ago and this really put my body completely out of alignment, so much so that I was not able to access my body's natural ability to release emotions. All of these emotions have been stuck and stored in my CNS and I was in a full on panic mode 24/7 a day. While doing some research on how to reset the CNS, I came across Network Spinal Analysis which seemed really promising. I looked up providers in San Diego, and Dr. Charles Sanders came up. I reached out to him on yelp just last night and asked him about his services, he scheduled a call with me immediately, and I spoke to him at 10pm last night. Today I had my first appointment, he adjusted my whole entire body and also performed Network Spinal Analysis on me, and the flood gates of emotions opened up. I cried, screamed, laughed and shook while my body was releasing all of these stored emotions. Since my appointment just a few hours ago, I feel like a completely new person, I've been social and laughing and feeling extremely positive. I booked another appointment with Dr. Charle this Friday. All I can say is that he is the real deal and beyond!! My experience today with Dr. Charles Sanders, has hands down been the most mind blowing (in a good way) experience of my life!! Thank you brotha! I don't think I can ever express or repay you for what you have gave me access to. My ability to once again release emotions naturally, as we were intended to.

He is great! He always makes me feel better, he care about his patients . Thanks Doctorread more

My experience with Joy Wellness Partners ultimately caused me to lose confidence not only in the…read moreclinic's communication and oversight, but also in the consistency and judgment of the providers advising me regarding peptide therapies. I initially worked with Nurse Martyna Erskine and became concerned after receiving guidance regarding dosing schedules, combining liposomal products with injectable therapies, and overall protocol instructions. During one discussion, concerns I raised about dosing were minimized by comparing excess peptide use to simply excreting excess vitamins. Given the experimental nature of these therapies, I did not feel this reflected the level of caution I was looking for when asking legitimate safety questions. What concerned me even more was that I repeatedly received conflicting information from different providers and staff members within the same clinic regarding my own treatment plan. I was given different instructions regarding dosing, scheduling, combining therapies, and how much liposomal product should be used. At one point I was told these discrepancies were the result of a protocol change, despite the fact that I had not purchased additional injectable therapies or otherwise changed treatment plans. Hoping to receive more standardized guidance, I later worked with Nurse Gavneet Uppal. Unfortunately, that experience raised additional concerns. Over time, I realized that the dosing discussions were being conducted under assumptions about vial concentration that did not match the concentration of the product I had actually been dispensed. After reviewing the vial labels myself, I identified the discrepancy and brought it to the clinic's attention. As a patient, it was concerning that I was the one catching a dosing discrepancy involving products prescribed through the clinic. What made this especially concerning to me was that these therapies were experimental, making attention to dosing details, protocol consistency, and patient education even more important. In a clinic offering experimental therapies, I would expect an especially high level of attention to those details. I also found it frustrating that important information regarding vial-use timelines, expiration expectations, post-treatment instructions, and protocol details often only became clarified after I specifically asked about them. The cumulative effect of these issues was significant confusion, anxiety, and ultimately a complete loss of confidence in both the clinic's guidance and the providers responsible for it. Patients pursuing experimental therapies deserve clear communication, consistent protocols, and careful attention to dosing details from the beginning--not after repeated questions and follow-up requests from the patient.

Effective 10/15/2020, Dr. Smith's license was revoked, stayed, placed on seven years probation until the anticipated end date of 11/14/2027. Unfortunately, Dr. Smith cares about the almighty dollar $$. I can't tell you how many times I heard about his yacht, Rolls Royce and all of his wonderful vacations. He owns the Medical Marijuana Dispensary in his Mission Valley location. He also owns Alcala Labs where he has people's urine tested. He owns the entire building at his Mission Valley location. For many years he charged me $25.00 to have a prior authorization for my opioid pain medication. My insurance company finally told me that I wasn't to be charged for a prior authorization. My attorney had my medical records subpoenaed and I was blown away when I saw records that obviously did not pertain to me. My records were completely in disarray! The front office staff and nurses are rude and dismissive. In fact, I have never seen such a revolving door of various staff hired and fired. I suggest that each and every person who goes to this establishment for care, first read the case for Dr. Smith's medical license # G 66777. Patients have loss their lives and nearly every pain management doctor in San Diego County is cognizant of Dr. Smith and the cases against him. Do not blindly continue care without making sure you are aware of Dr. Smith's medical license restrictions, and the patients who lost their lives. Lastly, Patient Beware!

AS it turned out, I was BETTER treated and cared for by ANYONE but this person. I was surprised that I was able to get in so quickly and NOW I know why. I was originally supposed to see another Dr at the La Jolla facility which would have been 1 1/2 month wait (as was the other Dr I saw previously) but they said they had an opening in a few days at Hillcrest with this person, so I took it. The two days before my appt. I was contacted to change my appt. 3 TIMES. She said she didn't want to stay past 1:30 p.m. the final time and asked me to come at 12pm. She wanted to leave early. (My original appt was at 4pm) This was on a Wed. The waiting room was pretty vacant and I saw her quickly, and after dealing with her, I know why. When she walked in she was snippy, abrupt, snappish and SO absorbed in herself that she didn't LISTEN AT ALL. I told her I have had very bad issues with vaccinations, injections, chemical sensitivities, and multiple allergies. I also told her about reactions and other issues with different things I have had happen. She then turned to me and quickly blurted something at me that was said SO quickly and almost snapping . I asked her what she had said and she repeated it. I told her due to ALL the issues I had told her, I DID NOT feel comfortable injecting harmful things that more than likely, due to my history, near my brain or into my body. The WHOLE time she was rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing. She got very rude and told me if I wouldn't do what she recommended she wasn't going to do anything. I also told her of a medication I NEARLY died from, she ended up PRESCRIBING IT FOR ME. She asked if I had been in an accident, YES, I had told you that earlier! The whole time she was being aggressive, argumentative and VERY SHORT. I REALIZED I SHOULD HAVE JUST LEFT when she said she wouldn't help me instead of feeling obligated to finish the visit! The whole thing was a FIASCO, she also prescribed another medication that NOT ONLY DIDN'T help but CAUSED me problems making them WORSE. THIS is just the TIP of the iceberg with this visit. I would suggest ANYONE that needs a NEUROLOGIST LOOK ELSEWHERE. I have NOT seen such puffing, eye rolling and acting out since JR. HIGH. I told my GP, filed a complaint with her office, with UCSD, and will be putting my evaluation on here, Healthgrades and other medical review sites. She waved her hand in the air as she gave me the BAD PRESCRIPTIONS with the other and said, I don't need to see you anymore, without even looking up. AS IF she thought I would ACTUALLY come back for rudeness and incompetence! I stayed because I THOUGHT I had to but if I had to do it again, I would have LEFT when she first got bitchy. It would have saved me AT LEAST SOME TIME.
