Just entering this review the work was done last Saturday. Let's begin the location is a moms and pops spot he does his work back in the garage area. I went into after had conversation on pricing how long will take which too up to 8hrs which awesome day completed. Now the work was excellent I requested my front seats and center console redone omg it looks like brand new. Plus Gerardo is courteous and very professional giving updates by calling how far he is along with my car. The price you can't beat again the work is amazing. BUYER BEWARE ! Unprofessional, will do what they want, and hold you hostage!! I contacted them to help with re-upholstering my driver seat in my tundra. I was a little alarmed when I pulled up and saw that it was a house and not an actual business, but none the less I proceeded considering the reviews and trying to keep an open mind regarding their work space!! BIG MISTAKE !! They didn't keep the integrity of my truck. Changed out the material to my middle console and used a different material to my seat. When asked why? His wife responded, "you don't say you wanted the same material!" Ma'am what? We went back and forth for awhile and they admitted their mistake but still wanted me to pay full price for the seat, which I felt was unfair. My intention wasn't to leave without exchanging any money, but they were being very rude and unprofessional to the point where the wife took my keys and refused for me to leave. I ended up having to call for police assistance. Now I'm stuck with a hideous middle console and an absolute disgusting front seat! His wife claimed they have a license. No just a sellers license, and now because of tik tok anyone can obtain. No business license with BBB or the city of Montebello ! More than likely they aren't bonded or insured so I'm fucked with this disaster of a job ! read more

I was told it would be finish by 1pm if I brought the car at 8am. The owner spent time matching the fabric color. At 12:15p.m., I received a voicemail that my car was done. When I picked up my car, the headliner work was very nicely upholstered and my new sunvisors were installed. I highly recommend Anaya Upholstery.
