And do not trust these positive reviews. I have been a very patient person with George. I have even came to terms with leaving the situation as is and forgetting about it. But I realized I am doing a disservice to others by not warning them about him and his shady personality. Let me first at foremost begin with I am an actual customer, someone who came across his Yelp, not someone who was asked to write a positive review in exchange for a service. I'll get to the point to spare you some time. After my car was serviced I ran into multiple issues with his quality of work, or perhaps- the quality of work from whoever he outsourced the job to; whatever the case was, he returned my car to me in under par condition. After expressing my frustrations he took my car back in to repair the issues. All seemed fine until I took a much closer look at my wrap. Details like over trimmed vinyl and over stretched vinyl in areas that in due time will greatly jeopardize the longevity of my wrap. I've pressed this issue to George, and was offered 1 Monday to bring my car in to get repaired. He was unwilling to work with me as I was unable to adjust my work schedule for him. And alas, that was the last I've heard of him. All these issues occurred within the first year of service. What happened to my supposed "2 year warranty"? Simple, it wasn't honored. My calls, texts, and all attempts to reach him were left blocked and unanswered. I dug deeper into his business and found that 1 former client of his has left a review of Vicious Wrapz on the Better Business Bureau website, with the same exact complaints that I have- and I mean, to the T. Complaints of being blocked and ignored so that he wouldn't have to man up to repairing his mistakes. He has since created a profile on the BBB website, prompting that review to be deleted. In an effort to make his business appear reliable. That's just 1 case that I've seen of a former client having the same experience as me, I have no doubt that there are more that just haven't vocalized their experiences yet. With all this said, if you value your word and expect others to value theirs- don't hire this man.

Yesterday, while driving on the freeway, a vehicle in front of me ran over a piece of tire debris that flew back and hit my bumper. Thank God I had the additional PPF protection--it helped protect my bumper from what could have been serious damage. Unfortunately, right after the camera installation, my car started making a noise it had never made before, coming from the same area where the installation took place. Alonzo believes it may be the brake booster. I can't say for sure the installation caused it, but the timing is concerning. I want to believe that if something was accidentally disturbed during the installation, it was simply an accident. It was a LONG process (read 1.5 months); if I didn't have a provided rental it may have affected my rating, but I did have one. Everything with the insurance process, getting me to/from the rental location, communication with me and the adjustor, and workmanship were all top notch. Ran into some issues on first attempt at a pick up, but they rectified it with fixing the issue, as well as transportation and delivery to the Irvine location. I then had wheels installed at the performance shop in Irvine. Again, it wasn't cheap, but they met all expectations. I had some time this weekend, so I stopped by Audio Motorsports to get some advice and ended up just doing the install, since they could do it now, and the price they offered me was great. Nick was an excellent salesperson; he's an old-school guy with a deep history and knowledge of audio, and he helped me get off the fence with the different brands and boxes I was researching. I was originally looking at some subs for under the seat, but ended up getting a Kicker sub with Nick's advice, since he said under-the-seat subs aren't that great and, for the same price, a boxed sub with an amp will sound better. The installation took about an hour and a half, and you can either wait in-store or at a few nearby plazas to eat and wait. The install itself was clean and professional. Overall, loving the bass. I might be back soon if I upgrade the stock speakers in my ride to improve mid- and high-frequency clarity. On another note, I didn't know they also do tinting. Nick offered a good deal, but it's too bad I just recently had my tint done elsewhere. If I had known, I would have saved some money on my tint by doing it at Audio Motorsports.
