He also took the liberty to swap out another panel! So now I have 3 panels that don't match the rest of the interior. I've had another car upholsterer fix the faux leather before and they matched the color perfectly, so he might not have all the materials he needed to do the job right. When I pointed out the mistake, he was rude and told me to leave without paying him if I didn't like the work before he retreated to his office. I wish he would've offered to fix his mistake. The stitching was great, just the color was wrong. So, if you wanna save some money definitely go here, but MAKE SURE he confirms the color and panels with you before he starts the work.

I give 2.5 stars. I took my VW to get the headliner replaced. Color didn't match but was close…read moreenough. The interior had so much dust and fuzz everywhere, wish he could have at least vacuum his mess. I had to clean off his dirty hand prints from the new headliner. I took my 2017 Mercedes Cabriolet for replacing the cables and reinfoce plate for the cables. After sending him a couple videos and talking back and showing him the frayed cables and the plate he came up with a plan on how he would do it. He said could do it and when he gets a chance. This had been months so we were patient since he had the confidence in doing the repair. He said to bring the car in on Friday night (assumed he would work on it when it cooled down) whenever he gets a chance. He calls later that night asking how to lower the top my husband explains it to him. He then calls Monday and says he was not going to do it. I dont understand why it took 4 days to let us know he wouldn't be able to do it. Only reason was so he can use ir for a weekend cruise. I dont trust him. Better off taking your car somewhere else. Not worth the job he does.
