I emailed this shop pictures of my 20ft boat for an estimate. They asked me to bring the boat to there shop for a estimate. They were unable to give me a quote via email. Fair, I understand. I took time off work to drive my boat to there shop. I was greater by a gentlemen name Joe. I think that was the gentlemen name. He looked at the boat and gave me a fair estimate. No cheap but not too over priced. As I seen a lot of high end card and low riders looks like they do good work. The gentlemen ask me to call in one hour to schedule with the secretary. I called and the lady at the office said she was going to sit down with the guys at the shop and look at there calendar. She called me back the same day and told me it was going to be about 3 weeks for them to take my boat in. I said si please call me. I told her I seen there yelp reviews and I will wait. It's been about 8 weeks and I haven't heard back from them. I called them to see what happened they said there where going to call me back, they were going to check there appointments. Never heard back from them. It's been a week since I called. Maybe my boat wasn't good enough for there shop. This place was a waste of time. I've wasted more then 1 month. I need my boat ready for the summer. I will look else were. If you don't want to waste your time. Stay away from this place. read more

I would have given this place 5 stars if I didn't have to drive back 2 hours (in traffic) each way from Ventura for a repair of the center console that they broke and glued back without my knowledge. When I called the Office Manager, Grace, she was super nice and apologetic for the worker trying to hide their mistake. She immediately resolved the issue by ordering a brand new part and replaced it. I do appreciate the fact that they took responsibility. Hopefully, there are no other damages that I haven't seen. It s hard to notice everything when I had the entire headliner and carpet replaced. Other than the little honesty issue, I am happy with their work. read more
