Immediately happy with their rates and the reviews regarding their service and quality as they were available on the weekend, which made it easier for us to accommodate and be around in case. The value comes at the immediate resolution you get as you'll see results within a day. For the rodent care, they revisited the house to check the traps for a couple of weeks after first service and for the ants, came back when I called and informed them I had a small resurgence of those pesky critters. 10/10 all around from reception on the phone to meeting the techs in person.

It's been 5 years and we've had plenty of people up in our attic since Rodent Masters completed our job and any time someone goes up there, I beg them to check and double check to ensure there are no rodent droppings. During this time, we have not heard a peep in the attic which is a complete 180 from what we were hearing before - it always sounded like the rats were having a party up there in the middle of the night. The process took about a month from start to finnish because the first thing they do is cover and patch all holes or entrances up so that nothing can get in (or out) and not just outside of the house but inside the attic and inside every single area from within the house. It's a LOT of work but they did it very well. Then, they came back and, in our case, because things were so bad, they sucked out all of the insulation and then reinsulated the entire attic with much higher quality material than what had been removed. Then they came back on final time to ensure there was no activity. So, I have no reason not to continue recommending Rodent Masters and I have for the last 5 years. I do think I will contact them soon though just to have someone do a walk around to ensure there are no new holes that have developed since they were last here. Highly recommend and I'm glad to see that the reviews continue to be outstanding since the one I gave 5 years ago!

I have been a client of this business for more than a year. They have done a wonderful job of…read morekeeping ants away and with the monthly fee I pay, they do come by and do maintenance which has been effective. More recently, I ran into a rodent issue. The technician came and left a trap which as far as I can tell has been very infective. Given that I called to schedule an inspection. The time I was give my the coordinator was not conveyed to the technician as I waited 1/2 a day for him to contact me. It took 5 calls to the company to get a callback over a VOIP connection that was barely intelligible. The coordinator was able to get me in touch with the technician whose window for my appointment was 12 hours (as opposed to the 4 hour window I was given. While the scheduled services work well... communication (at last as of late) is sorely lacking and difficult. I would proceed with caution and am considering taking my business elsewhere as a result of this interaction. ADDENDUM: within an hour of placing this, the technician, Leon arrived. He provided a careful review of the situation and prepared a very reasonable plan to handle the issue. Customer service also called and apologized and acknowledged the error. It was good to see that the company was very responsive given what happened. They did right by me and I will continue my business with them.

We never had issues with them and were so happy with all of the people who came out, however in the past year their billing department billed us $8,000.00 when we we should have only been billed 59.00 a month for their monthly service. It was a bunch of charges done by their billing department that had our credit card on file. We filed fraud on it and got some of the money back, but then the owner of the company told us he would not reimburse us for the remaining amount and as a loyal customer we were shocked that they are just going to keep our money.
