'This is an honest review of 'Get Ur Done'. 'Get Ur Done' is a Termite & Pest Control Service have good people who are looking to help you out. Termite control is probably their main strength. One caveat, they DID setup 'Next Generation Fumigation' to fumigate the house; at least from our experience. So look up 'Next Generation Fumigation' --if you want to know the quality of work just to be extra sure. The choice is yours. Just thought I'd share that detail. Our experience with them?? It was fine. The fumigation company was professionally done. No complaints. However, on a rat issue, which we still have; the fumigation did NOT kill them all and apparently some escaped and eventually came back. A while back, 'Get Ur Done' did a pretty brisk inspection for rat evidence or entry points in the attic or crawlspace (but there was no crawling in the crawlspace or looking for entry points in the attic; none of that.) But they did set up some traps for us and installed mesh around ventilation entry points. Our house is fully meshed now, yet the rats still enter, somehow. As far as Customer Service, they might not be the best at getting back to you. I suggest calling them to remind them of the next steps, scheduling, right down to the Invoice. (Honestly, I almost thought about canceling the work, because I had no idea when we were starting.) But ----we had a simple job, so we just stuck through the process. Customer Support did apologize multiple times and did eventually did follow through with the work. Fair enough. This stuff happens. I will say 'Get Ur Done's servicemen in the field are approachable, understanding, and friendly to interact with. It is seemingly their best business' best attribute and one I will commend. Our time with 'Get Ur Done' was satisfactory in helping rid of our termite problem, but not so great for our rat situation, which has two or more left in our attic (they are still entering in from somewhere). Would I recommend them? Sure, I guess. It wasn't a bad experience at all. As the customer, I did feel as if I was a 'second thought' to them from start to finish..... but at least they set up the work. I would definitely recommend the termite extermination from Get Ur Done (and check on Next Generation Fumigation if that company meets your standards). They will get the job done there! We've been working with Get Ur Done for years for various issues like termites and mice, but mainly quarterly pest spraying. During one of those quarterly maintenance visits the tech Jay--whom has been here before and is both knowledgable and a hoot (I mean you have to be in that tough line of work, am I right?)--pointed out some severe vulnerability issues around the home that were both caused by time and some recent plumbing work. While we often host night party animals Rocco (raccoon) and Ollie (opossum) in our yard, I don't want them living rent free under our house. Get Ur Done got it done once again! We have had repeated issues with skunks infiltrating our backyard. They came out 6 months ago to remove one and recently had to come back to help remove a family from under my back porch! First of all, Kim and Elizabeth in the office are so kind and helpful. If they don't have a definite answer to a question, they find the answer and get back to you. Secondly, they trap skunks humanely and relocate them to an area where they can run free and not bother anyone. This is a service that actually costs them a lot of money, but Randy the owner believes that taking care of the animals is a priority. Once the skunks were removed, Randy and the team were helpful in suggesting ways I could skunk-proof my yard so we do not continue to have a problem. They also do my quarterly pest control/spray and the technicians are always kind and efficient. read more

We use Get Ur Done for bi-monthly preventive services as well as monthly mosquito control. The initial service includes a clean up of all outdoor webs and existing pests and a spray on both the exterior and interior perimeter of the house. This took quite a while in our case since we had tons of spiderwebs. We have had any issues in the past as well as a couple of indoor spiders but since starting the service, I haven't really seen either inside the home. I do like that if you notice any pests inside your home in between services, you can call for them to take care of it at no cost. We haven't had to use this yet. Mosquito control consists of a bucket (brand: In2Care) which supposedly attracts mosquitos and kills the larvae. We installed the bucket in September so I can't really say whether it was effective now that we're in December but I'm hoping next spring, I won't be attacked by mosquitoes every time I walk out the door. This does require monthly maintenance at $50/month, which will all be worth it for a mosquito free backyard. The initial tech who came out to our house to perform the assessment was super nice and very helpful in explaining the process. He helped us make the right decision for our needs based on his experience. read more

We found couple of hornet's nest in the backyard. Who did we call? Called Get Ur Done of course. They sent one of their specialists within a couple of days. Jay came on a day when temperature was at about 100 degrees. He surveyed the backyard and found couple of other small hornets nests. We scheduled his return visit to get rid of the nests. He came, again another super hot day. He treated the nests and remove them. He worked quickly and efficiently. No more hornets, for now. I recommend Get Ur Done for any and all pest control. So after delaying the dreaded termite extermination process, I was referred to "Get Ur Done Termite & Pest Conttol" in Burbank, California. "Jay" came out, conducted a thorough assessment, requested the last estimate I received from another company and I was emailed the termite extermination estimate. I was very pleased with the estimate/guarantees and immediately scheduled the tenting. "Randy" the business owner, conducted the "fume check" by walking the property and addressing questions/concerns. In short, the extermination process was a "10" for us. Randy and his team were a pleasure to work with. I found them through a recommendation on the Best of Burbank podcast and gave him a call. It was a pretty big project. Rodents had gotten into the garage and hit the jackpot inviting their friends into our emergency food supplies pantry to throw quite a party. They got up into the attic through some t-vents, and under the house chewing through screens, and started making nests in the insulation. Randy's team identified all the entry points, replaced the screens, set traps and caught 18 rodents. Next they cleaned up the droppings, sprayed to treat for eco-parasites and deodorized the garage and attic. They also removed all of the old insulation, replaced it with new insulation, cleaned up, and hauled everything away. Through it all they were professional, responsive and gracious. Thank you Randy! I've used this company several times for termite and pest control needs. We recently had a problem with cockroaches and they did a spraying which was not very effective initially. We also did a termite treatment. We had a fall through with their service for the cockroaches after coming back from vacation and finding a bunch of dead roaches all over the place. The listened to our complaints and sent an expert which did a more complete treatment including the outside and also gave us a lot of advice on how to modify the environment around the house to prevent roaches - somewhat more difficult to implement. Since the we have not seen any more roaches, maybe a couple of dead ones here and there. So the last treatment was more effective. It is important for a company to care about its customers and I really appreciate the last service they provided to make up for the fall through. I would use them again. read more

DOESN'T WORK!!! I've been a customer for over 3 years and the last 6 months to a year I feel like they are basically spraying water!! My house is invested with spiders (the size of a quarter) flying cockroach's and crickets. I don't know what happen in the last year but their service is trash now.
