I have used Wise Pest Control twice. The first time I sought many quotes from pest control companies for an exterior spray around one of my properties to fix an ant problem. Although i was able to eliminate them on my own, they would come back a few months later so I decided to get an exterior treatment. Wise Pest Control had a very competitive bid with a free inspection to make sure the services matched what was needed. They were on time, professional, and delivered. I haven't had ants since. The second time - they offered the same free inspection and insisted I didn't need any pest control service. I had spotted a hole under the roof ease on an exterior wall that looked like it gave access to the interior of the home and had them check it out. On inspection they stated it looked like drill holes, and they were pretty sure it was construction and to double check with anyone who did recent work. They also climbed up into the attic and double checked that side for any evidence of pests (none). I was impressed with their honesty and professionalism. We called Wise Pest Control because we found rat droppings in our home. We researched how to handle the issue ourselves and, while I know it is possible to do it on your own, we are so glad we entrusted Wise Pest with handling the issue! We had an initial walk through with Jeff and he identified any parts of the house that needed to be sealed. He also came up with a plan that would ensure our cat would be safe as that was a major concern of ours. He was extremely honest about what we needed, never trying to oversell us on something that wouldn't work. The pricing was reasonable and includes a one year warranty which gave us peace of mind. In fact, after shopping around and speaking with friends who have had to hire exterminators, their rates are some of the most reasonable you will find. Since that first walk through, we have primarily worked with Chase and he has been so amazing to work with. We trapped one rat and as soon as we smelled the odor we notified him and he was there immediately to remove it. When we continued to find droppings and suspected the rats may not be attracted to the approach we were using, he brought new ideas to the table, testing new traps and bait. Admittedly the process has been slow, but that's unfortunately the nature of getting rid of rats. Chase's care and attentiveness has given us the reassurance that we will get the problem handled. What went well, you ask? Everything! I needed to replace an old exterior kitchen door that I suspected had termites. And the door guy said I needed to have the termites exterminated first. So off I went researching. I called Wise yesterday and within a few minutes Jeff returned my call, we talked in person, he gave me a rough idea of the cost and the inspector, Josh, came this morning! What a wonderful experience! I had already been scared about getting termite treatment but the team at this company really made the process seamless. I originally spoke with Jeff and he came out to quote me and explain the work that needed to be done. He was transparent and told me straight up the work that needed to be done. No BS, very straight forward! I really appreciated that! He then explained to me he would be sending out Chase to do the work a few days later and I left a deposit. On the day of, Chase arrived promptly at the time he said he'd come. He was able to explain everything to me & walk me through the areas of the property that he'd treat. He got started right away and whenever I would go out to see what part he was on, he was kind & patient with me asking questions. As a woman, I know how easy it can be to be taken advantage of because we may not appear the most knowledgeable about these things but I did do my research & felt like he was never giving me answers I just wanted to hear, rather giving me the truth! He managed to drill between the slabs of tile in the kitchen and none cracked, which was amazing!!! So thankful I didn't have to incur an additional cost with that & have to fix it myself. I saw termites and called them. They were able To come out and do a thorough inspection of my house, including attic and sub-flooring. The InSpector took pictures to show me proof of termites and rat droppings (yuck). So they came out and took care of both pests. So far so good. I would like them to return and do a follow up inspection so I will call them next week. read more

Y'all, my rating went from 5 stars to 3 stars... to one. These guys do not deserve a rating any higher than 1. Sure they are EXTREMELY responsive to new customers, but as a not new customer? Good luck. Thus far they have scheduled a service with me TWICE and not had the basic human decency to call me to let me know they were not showing up. So unprofessional. The first time they didn't show, was because they lost one of their technicians. No one called me, I had to call them. I accepted their profuse apologies because, ya know, stuff happens. Gave them a second chance. They swore up and down that the issue was a one time thing! I was a fool. Here we are again, my tenants were home waiting, the time for the treatment came and went. I texted and called and not one person had the decency to call me to let me know what the heck was going on. Al, you are a terrible business man. Not only did I have to chase you down to pay you( do you not like money?!) but after allllll those fake sincere apologies? You STILL failed to deliver. We recently had our property inspected and treated for subterranean termites, and I was very impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness of the team. Jeff conducted the initial inspection. He was attentive, clearly explained the potential subterranean termite issue, and outlined the most effective treatment options for our situation. Jeff also took the time to inspect the crawl space in detail and promptly provided a comprehensive proposal. We chose their extensive treatment plan, which is expected to provide protection against subterranean termites for approximately 6-8 years. The entire process was handled efficiently and with great care. Chase performed the treatment. He drilled into the concrete and applied a perimeter spray to prevent future termite infestations. He also entered the crawl space to remove existing mud tubes and thoroughly treated the affected areas. Since we have hardwood floors, Chase spot-treated the sections with live termite activity and ensured everything was properly patched afterward. Both Jeff and Chase demonstrated a strong commitment to quality, taking the time and effort necessary to deliver excellent service. Out of maybe 5-7 businesses, this company responded fastest to my quote request! Even tho it was Sunday afternoon, they responded right away. However after a few exchanges of chats, I didn't hear back until Monday (maybe after certain hour on Sunday, they stop responding?) Anyhow, the best part about this company is that they had an inspector come out on Tuesday to give me a quote! My house was under escrow yet Jeff was able to give me free quote! Kept having to reschedule X 4. I know things happen, but I didn't feel comfortable to move forward with them. I saw your reply. The Saturday appointment had been verified and when I called I was told the technician was having problems with his truck and couldn't make it. The appointment on Monday was scheduled forr *AM. It was then moved, per your person who called me because you had double booked the time.
