I had hired Fenn for an inspection and rodent removal service last year. Their rates were competative and reasonable. Their guy found where the mouse was entering the house and he set traps and ultimately the tenants found it dead under the oven. It was mostly a good experience except for the melted rat glue I had to spend hours clenaing up. So, when my mom discovered termites flying iaround the livingroom, I called around for quotes. No oine would give me one over the phone. They all had to come out and do an inspections first. A few wanted to charge for just the inspection alone. So I called and hired Fenn's Termite department to send out inspectors. Juan showed up on time with his partner and they inspected the holes in the livingroom, exterior of the house and underneath in the crawl space. His guy suited up with a mask and did a long inspection and took photos to show me. The termites were building towers up to the wood floors and eating the wood. Juan suggested they do a subterranean treatment by spraying into the soil and the wood to get rid of all termites and ants and anything elses. He also suggested we tent the whole house but due to my parent's health issues, that wasn't going to be possible. We went with the spraying onlly. About a week and a half later, Fidel and Elijah showed uip in their truck on time. They even called ahead. They drilled a few holes in the livignroom floor, sprayed and sealed it. Then they got to work suiting uip and getting into the crawl space to spray. They spend a coutple of hours and assured me that all the termites and ants wouildn't be a problem anymore. There was a 1 year warranty and Fidel told me if for any reason we did see insects within the 1 year period, I could call them and they'd come out and take care of it. Fidel and Elijah were professional and polite. I would hire them again and recommend them to anyhone in need of termite service. Thank you Fenn. read more

I tried to avoid having to write this but now I hope that others can learn from my experience as I myself found Fenn based on its positive Yelp reviews. I fostered a dog in November 2024, and when she was adopted, I stored her leftover kibble bags in my garage thinking they would be fine as they were still factory sealed. Then just before xmas 2024, I saw that mice had gotten into them. Fenn sent a tech named Antonio. I really appreciated his courtesy and thorough explanations. I was told that after the initial trap setting and follow up at $225, I would be charged $75 for subsequent service calls I requested. Fair enough. On 12/23/24, I thought I heard trapped mice, so I told Fenn and Antonio came out that day to check. As my own office had already closed for xmas, I felt I had made a big ask, and was so appreciative that I tipped Antonio $50. I disclose this tip only as context, so that you can see that, for me, at least, this is about principle more than the money; no one should be forced into paying $75 for a service they never asked for even if they can afford a $50 tip for the same kind of call made on xmas eve eve. Also for context, I would reach out to Fenn by Yelp message, and if I ever called them, it was due to being asked to; I prefer DMs over calls. On 1/5/25, I messaged Fenn about trapped mice and was told it would cost $75 for someone to come out to deal with them, which I was fine with bc I asked for the follow up. Antonio came out on 1/6/25 and I had to take off from work to be home to let him in. And this is where it started to go off the rails. He had already been to so many houses - I think he said I was his 6th or 7th that day - that he had run out of traps and couldn't set any more. So in that sense this was a wasted trip. Antonio returned on 1/8/25. I had to take off from work again to be home to let him in. New traps were set and remained empty. Then my infestation was gone and I never reached out to Fenn to come back. Instead, FENN CALLED ME to schedule a visit to check the traps. No fee was mentioned. And though I did not understand the need for this, I went along with Fenn's request bc Fenn is the expert, right? I even postponed at one point as I was going to have to stay home from work yet again to accommodate this visit and the time Fenn had proposed was not good for me; obviously, based on my entire course of dealing with this company, if this were a visit I myself had asked for, I would have tried to move it up and not back bc it would have meant there were dying mice in my garage, but I felt no such urgency as there were no mice and I did not initiate this visit. Antonio ultimately came on 1/20/25 and picked up all the traps, which were empty and which I would happily have left in place; I had already paid for them, they were not bothering anyone here as they were all set up in out of the way spots (e.g., under the utility sink), it's not like Fenn could reuse glue boards, and I could just as easily have picked up some glue covered cards and disposed of them if I had wanted to do so -- I needed help with handling rodents, not cardboard. Weeks later, I got a message saying I was past due on my bills. Which was alarming bc I paid every invoice I had received. It was also baffling bc I had only asked for one visit in 2025, but suddenly there were 2 overdue bills for $75? At first, I thought Fenn had inadvertently billed me for the 1/8/25 visit that had only been necessitated by the fact that it had sent Antonio out with insufficient supplies. But then I was told for the very first time that I was being billed for the random last visit that I never asked for or wanted. That is wrong to me. I frankly would have been fine if the glue boards were still in place in my garage today. I have explained this to various different people at the Fenn office but nevertheless got another call last week about my alleged "past due bill" for what, I don't even know. I explained it again, and then today, 4/29/25 I got a call telling me that there was a screenshot of a Yelp thread where I was clearly being told that there would be a $75 fee for this random and pointless 1/20/25 visit. Knowing no such thing existed, I waited to see this "evidence"... and I was sent the attached screenshot, reflecting only that I was told that a $75 fee would be charged for the 1/6/25 visit that I initiated on 1/5/25 by reporting that there were mice in the traps. You can see that there was no such report by me for the 1/20/25 visit, only me asking to postpone a visit that was not necessary much less urgent, and obviously not caring if it slipped even to the following week. And you can see there was nothing from Fenn to the effect that it would try to charge me another $75. In sum, Antonio is a good and honest tech. But, unfortunately, the same does not hold true for Fenn as a business and I feel strongly that other consumers be warned about its billing practices. read more

We had a great experience with Kevin from Fenn! We had some fleas that kept appearing on our dogs despite treatment so he came and sprayed down the house twice for a flat fee of $250. It takes a few hours before you can enter the house again so keep that in mind but it worked! I have been using Fenn for quarterly pest control for over a year now. Originally, we had ants one evening, and Fenn was able to not only treat them indoors but also outdoors. We no longer see them in the grass outside and haven't seen any inside either. Occasionally we get spiders, and Fenn will come out to treat inside the house upon request. Spiders are tricky to get rid of, but we do notice a reduced amount after they spray. I don't recall the names of all the technicians, but we've had 3 or 4 and they have all been nice, courteous, and professional. Recently, we found out that our house has termites (classic home ownership). One of the technicians, Tobias, was incredibly helpful in not only discussing the current situation but also what to do going forward. After he left, I followed up with a couple of random calls and Tobias was so knowledgeable and friendly to talk to. read more

The employee (sorry...I didn't catch his name; my husband was the one that handled it) called to let us know he would be arriving in 20 minutes and within 30 minutes of arriving, he removed 7 wasp nest pods. Had Fenn termite do a full termite inspection on my home in May 2023 when I purchased the home. They noted a flawless inspection. No evidence of any present termite infestation. No subterranean termites either. Their report was flawless and clean. 11 months later I had another company do a termite inspection and the home now allegedly has reports of dry rot/fungus, recommended tenting for active termite infestation and also allegedly now there are also subterranean termites. Second company is recommending tenting the home at a significant cost. I think Fenn blew it on last year's inspection and they're not willing to do anything to address the problem. I would suggest hiring a better termite inspection company who stands by their work. read more

Jesus from Fenn was extremely helpful when we discovered a mouse living in our yard had made it into our garage. We probably overreacted, but instead of getting traps called Fenn. Jesus was the first to respond and get out to us the following day. He took one look at our situation and told us that if it's one mouse we'll probably catch it with the traps we already put out. He walked us through the characteristics of rodents and how to keep them away. We were so impressed with his knowledge and honesty. We will definitely call again if we ever encounter pests again! Brian stood out because he looked beyond the specific areas I pointed to to make sure we were addressing the complete problem. He advised me on the best way to handle termite problems in my furniture and patiently answered all my other questions.
