I was in hopes that I found another good mechanic who knows what they were doing based on some good reviews that I saw, however I hadn't experienced anything like this before. "BEWARE" I had an appointment set for my motorhome at a shop to replace a spring on my awning. The appointment was set for two weeks from now and I already had the part that needed to be replaced. I didn't want to wait two weeks so I decided to go with this guy. It's an easy 30 minute job that he simply couldn't do. A brand new part that he opened "himself"and took the part right out the box "himself" that wasn't damaged. He broke it as soon as he started the job. 30 minute job turned into 3 hours. I had to call the manufacturer of the awning to help assist him with the installation because he clearly didn't know what he was doing. The manufacturer even emailed me the instructions which was provided to him. He even talked to a tech at the manufacturer over the phone and they determined that he didn't know what he was doing. He broke the brand new part. He didn't even know which way was clockwise to turn the part as he directly asked me which way was clockwise. The manufacturer was nice enough to ship me a new part since he clearly didn't know what he was doing since he broke it. Since he couldn't figure out what he was doing and still wanted to get paid, he asked me if he could cut my awning off saying that I didn't really need it. What a joke!! He then wanted $380 dollars for a job that he couldn't do after breaking our parts. He loss the screw to a piece of the awning and drilled unnecessary holes into the metal. He tried to do a rig job since he didn't have the experience needed to do this job and had broken the part. After speaking to him over the phone before having him out, I explained to him what needed to be done and he told me that he could do the job and that was a complete lie. Be aware of this guy he also showed aggression since he spent 3 hours that he felt he should have been paid for even though he didn't complete the job. Not once did he take responsibility for anything. If he brakes your parts or messes up your property he's not going to take responsibility. His aggressive behavior was filmed by the facility. We are checking to see if he's even licensed! Photos are attached. We checked and he definitely isn't licensed and as others have stated he's a lier. read more

They went above and beyond m, and finished the job in a quickness (clogged black water tank- had it fixed in 29 min flat and that was only because it was a plug from the early 1800's!(kidding but it was gnarly)showed us exactly what needed to be done like a teacher you actually like and want to listen to for next time, and even helped with a few other things that he spent time explaining m; water heater issues and what have you. Great service-best I've ever received tbh . Patient and persistence/percise would recommend to anyone and everyone . Can't b Continue to say how awesome they are or I'll run out of space lol. Not very happy with the repair and cost of the service. Basically the service agent came up and really didn't want to repair my steps and nor reseat my sink properly. So for $350 he over caulked my sink which took about 15 minutes and he managed to disconnect the drain and didn't notice he did so, if you tried to use the sink all the water spilled all over the cabinet and floor. So i made had to make an appointment with Affordable RV repair to remove all the caulk and properly reseat the sink and repair my steps. Joe did a great job and had it done in the same day. Joe repaired the sink and in the near future we will have Joe replace the counter and faucet for a permanent solution. read more

We had it into the dealer 3 times for electrical issues they couldn't even figure out there was a problem. Bikram found the problem immediately and fixed it. Sent an email quote request and was contacted less than 2 hours later, with Bibin being willing to come out the next day. I honestly wasn't expecting an even remotely fast response or availability - trying to have repairs done a week from Christmas seemed unlikely, and the other places I visited and contacted either did not respond or wouldn't be available for weeks. Bibin was able to identify my issues and immediately repair them. I went from huddling around a space heater to having a once again working central heating system. I noticed some commentary on pricing - he identified, fixed, had parts handy to fix my issue. In 20 minutes. Leaving the next morning for a multi-trailer out of state trip and I find a broken Shackle, one of four, other three ok on my 27 ft. travel trailer. I call around and no one can take me today (no surprise) but also everyone had to order the part, unknown how long to get the part. I call Anchored, they're based 25 minutes away. I recently bought a trailer in which the prior owner had moved the batteries from the trailer tongue to the inside of the trailer without venting them. I contacted Bibian on Friday afternoon & he met me the following morning at the storage facility. As it turned out, the two batteries in my trailer were dead. Bibian recommended what type of batteries to replace them with & where to get them. While I picked up the new batteries, Bibian completed all of the other work necessary to relocate the batteries. When I returned, he completed the rest of the work in just a matter of a few minutes. I found Bibian to be prompt, very knowledgeable about RV components, and very informative.
