    This is the broken part.

I was in hopes that I found another good mechanic who knows what they were doing based on some good reviews that I saw, however I hadn't experienced anything like this before. "BEWARE" I had an appointment set for my motorhome at a shop to replace a spring on my awning. The appointment was set for two weeks from now and I already had the part that needed to be replaced. I didn't want to wait two weeks so I decided to go with this guy. It's an easy 30 minute job that he simply couldn't do. A brand new part that he opened "himself"and took the part right out the box "himself" that wasn't damaged. He broke it as soon as he started the job. 30 minute job turned into 3 hours. I had to call the manufacturer of the awning to help assist him with the installation because he clearly didn't know what he was doing. The manufacturer even emailed me the instructions which was provided to him. He even talked to a tech at the manufacturer over the phone and they determined that he didn't know what he was doing. He broke the brand new part. He didn't even know which way was clockwise to turn the part as he directly asked me which way was clockwise. The manufacturer was nice enough to ship me a new part since he clearly didn't know what he was doing since he broke it. Since he couldn't figure out what he was doing and still wanted to get paid, he asked me if he could cut my awning off saying that I didn't really need it. What a joke!! He then wanted $380 dollars for a job that he couldn't do after breaking our parts. He loss the screw to a piece of the awning and drilled unnecessary holes into the metal. He tried to do a rig job since he didn't have the experience needed to do this job and had broken the part. After speaking to him over the phone before having him out, I explained to him what needed to be done and he told me that he could do the job and that was a complete lie. Be aware of this guy he also showed aggression since he spent 3 hours that he felt he should have been paid for even though he didn't complete the job. Not once did he take responsibility for anything. If he brakes your parts or messes up your property he's not going to take responsibility. His aggressive behavior was filmed by the facility. We are checking to see if he's even licensed! Photos are attached. We checked and he definitely isn't licensed and as others have stated he's a lier.

Broken shackle. Note the spring is riding on the trailer frame. Check your suspension components

Priuses are number 1 for catalytic converter…read morethefts in California because of the high content precious metals used in the CATS and the fact that the engine isn't on all the time depleting the precious metals. The precious metals are platinum, palladium, and rhodium. I ordered a Miller CAT catalytic converter shield direct from the factory for $200. I opted for the stainless steel version instead of the aluminum version as it slows down the thieves if they're using a Sawzall to cut through it. Miller CAT shields use patented proprietary high security screws so either thieves have to drill the screws out or cut through the steel plate. The local Toyota dealer wanted $306 labor. Ken, the owner squeeze me in on a Monday (which is probably their busiest day) with drive shafts and other work coming in. This is a busy shop! I am a part time teacher for automotive and diesel technology at 2 local high schools, I could have done it myself. I could have used the school's 2 post lift but that takes away from students. Ken and his staff installed the Miller CAT shield and properly torqued the proprietary high security screws in about an hour. The bill was well below what the dealer would have charged. I highly recommend ADCO. They are extremely competent and honest.

We made an appointment and drove over two hours to meet Scott. When we arrived, he had already pulled out every trailer we were interested in, opened them up, and allowed us to look at them. He was busy helping another customer, which was actually perfect because it gave my husband and me the opportunity to look at and discuss all the trailers without any "salesman" pressure. After Scott finished with his other customer, he was unbelievably attentive to us. We had a ton of questions, and he walked us through every trailer, describing the pros and cons, both inside and out, including construction details, weather packages, and more, until we made our decision, again, with ZERO pressure. The RV was in great shape, and the price was very fair--well below blue book value. His team went through and checked everything for us, even fixing minor issues we pointed out. He is incredibly meticulous, as am I, so it was nice to know he cared about our rig as much as we did. The following weekend, we drove back to pick up our RV, which had been washed and was in top shape, with a new mattress waiting for us. We truly appreciated the time and effort Scott put into making this process so seamless and enjoyable. We would 100% buy from Scott again.

What an honor and privilege to write a review for RV-Time. Our refrigerator caught fire in our MB…read moreSprinter while dry camping; we think it was due to poor workmanship done on the refrigerator by another mobile RV company. We contacted RV-Time and the dynamic duo owners, Matthew and Ashley. The insurance company approved us getting an estimate, and Matthew immediately contacted the insurance agent and got right to work, which resulted in an approved estimate in half a day. Both Matthew and Ashley explained in detail the job, which involved a new refrigerator, all the connecting propane hoses, electrical wiring, fuses, and substantial cleaning inside and outside the RV. They asked if we had a trip planned, and since we had a big one in a few weeks, they said they would do everything they could to get it done a few days before we left. And they did. All the parts were then ordered. Matthew or Ashley would call regularly with updates, suggestions, or decisions. Both of them know so much about RVs - it is simply amazing. We both felt completely confident that we, and our rig, were in good - no - great hands. We have complete trust in their workmanship and their desire to serve us and our RV needs in the best and most expedient way possible. Do we recommend them? Let me put it this way: We will not go anywhere else for all things RV.

They found a minor problem with an outer bearing and replaced it. They took pictures, and saved the bearing to show me the problem. Best part with this place is not just the excellent work they do but the communication too. I've heard nightmare stories from friends about other RV repair places/dealerships. Fortunately, I've only brought mine to RV Time and it's exceeded my expectations. If you live anywhere near this place, I'd highly recommend bringing your rig here. Great family owned business.
