Bibin came out when I really needed some help with my water line . He came out the same day and he discovered the issue quickly and fixed it. I was truly impressed with his customer service, attention to detail, and his sincerity as a business owner. I have this card saved and will update my review should I need him in the future.

    This is the broken part.

I was in hopes that I found another good mechanic who knows what they were doing based on some good reviews that I saw, however I hadn't experienced anything like this before. "BEWARE" I had an appointment set for my motorhome at a shop to replace a spring on my awning. The appointment was set for two weeks from now and I already had the part that needed to be replaced. I didn't want to wait two weeks so I decided to go with this guy. It's an easy 30 minute job that he simply couldn't do. A brand new part that he opened "himself"and took the part right out the box "himself" that wasn't damaged. He broke it as soon as he started the job. 30 minute job turned into 3 hours. I had to call the manufacturer of the awning to help assist him with the installation because he clearly didn't know what he was doing. The manufacturer even emailed me the instructions which was provided to him. He even talked to a tech at the manufacturer over the phone and they determined that he didn't know what he was doing. He broke the brand new part. He didn't even know which way was clockwise to turn the part as he directly asked me which way was clockwise. The manufacturer was nice enough to ship me a new part since he clearly didn't know what he was doing since he broke it. Since he couldn't figure out what he was doing and still wanted to get paid, he asked me if he could cut my awning off saying that I didn't really need it. What a joke!! He then wanted $380 dollars for a job that he couldn't do after breaking our parts. He loss the screw to a piece of the awning and drilled unnecessary holes into the metal. He tried to do a rig job since he didn't have the experience needed to do this job and had broken the part. After speaking to him over the phone before having him out, I explained to him what needed to be done and he told me that he could do the job and that was a complete lie. Be aware of this guy he also showed aggression since he spent 3 hours that he felt he should have been paid for even though he didn't complete the job. Not once did he take responsibility for anything. If he brakes your parts or messes up your property he's not going to take responsibility. His aggressive behavior was filmed by the facility. We are checking to see if he's even licensed! Photos are attached. We checked and he definitely isn't licensed and as others have stated he's a lier.

Broken shackle. Note the spring is riding on the trailer frame. Check your suspension components

Staff is very nice and we did bring it in just before Memorial Day so we knew we would probably have a wait. All we needed was generator oil change, checking the water pump and battery load, looking at the tires sensors, checking the roof and a wash. They said we needed new tape on top to keep the solar panels in place and couldn't find anything wrong with the pump. We got it back after three weeks and on the walk-through were actually told that the guys took all the old tape off and cleaned it up when they didn't even need to do that but they thought it was a water repellent issue which it wasn't. So who knows how much extra time went to that at $175 an hour or so. We also noticed later that we didn't get the tire valve caps back and I went to turn on the air conditioner unit in the 96° heat in downtown Saceamento and they had not turned the switch back on for that in the generator. That meant that after consulting with AI during a work event, I I was crawling under the RV in downtown Sacramento on the street to open the generator cover and flip the switch. The work overall cost $1100. Obviously, we did not think it was particularly affordable, convenient and we're not pleased with the handling of the relatively simple items on our list. There's another place not too far from us and a highly rated mobile technician as well that maybe we'll try next time. ARV business model involves multiple different technicians working on the van, which is why it takes so long, but in addition to the inconvenience we just got pretty mixed results on the work.

The trailer had a lot of issues I didn't notice at first (leaky shower, leaky sink) not a big deal easily fixable. I was told this trailer was inspected which clearly it wasn't. Two months after owning this trailer and it's second trip out the whole side of the trailer ripped off exposing the wood behind the siding which was totally rotted out. I called my insurance and brought it to have inspected to file a claim, well because it was dry rot due to a leak it will no be covered by insurance! The repair shop wrote up in there report that this has been an ongoing issues that was a problem before I owned the trailer and went on to say that if this was inspected it would of been been noticed. Long story short I now own a trailer that has about $6,000 in damage with out the means to fix it at this time. I am now stuck making payments of a useless trailer that will be trapped up sitting until I can come up with the money to repaired. If you do decide to buy with this company I HIGHLY recommend having a 3rd party inspection done. Don't get screwed like I did.

The precious metals are platinum, palladium, and rhodium. I ordered a Miller CAT catalytic converter shield direct from the factory for $200. I opted for the stainless steel version instead of the aluminum version as it slows down the thieves if they're using a Sawzall to cut through it. Miller CAT shields use patented proprietary high security screws so either thieves have to drill the screws out or cut through the steel plate. The local Toyota dealer wanted $306 labor. Ken, the owner squeeze me in on a Monday (which is probably their busiest day) with drive shafts and other work coming in. This is a busy shop! I am a part time teacher for automotive and diesel technology at 2 local high schools, I could have done it myself. I could have used the school's 2 post lift but that takes away from students. Ken and his staff installed the Miller CAT shield and properly torqued the proprietary high security screws in about an hour. The bill was well below what the dealer would have charged. I highly recommend ADCO. They are extremely competent and honest.
