I just can't say enough about the efficient positive operation at Ocean Crest! The bodywork was done quickly- in about half the time estimated. And it looks perfect. As a new customer fibre hit me with a "HARD" credit check which lowered my credit score by 40 points. i also have had numerous problems with fibre, (late fees etc.) would have been much simpler had they honored my requested financing source. very poor customer service. buyer beware.

They told me to take it to any body shop I wanted to. I have no experience with body shops, and this one is right next door to the Honda dealership where I bought my car. I gave them a call and they set me up with an appointment the following week. I had asked them if I could drop my truck off early as I had transportation and did not need access to the truck. They were more than happy to let me do that and assured that it would be kept secure in their fenced in parking lot. Now my appointment was for yesterday. I was shocked when I got a call from them that my truck was ready today. I walked over there and picked up my truck. They did a wonderful job. Not only did my truck look like the day I bought it, but they detailed it inside and out. The staff is super friendly, they informed me that they reached out to my insurance company and it was done so quickly that Geico hadn't even had the check cut yet. They are practicing COVID 19 safety precautions and I have never been so pleased with a business that I didn't know anything about. If you need a body shop, this is definitely the place to go to. I don't want to be a repeat customer, but if something happens in the future, I know where I'm going!!
