I've learned if you just wait in your vehicle till about 6 or 7 minutes after then open the gates, the crowd has all gone in and no lines for the baskets. I gte my card scanned in no prob. The inside looks about like most Costco's look with all the big TV's up front and the meat all the way in the back. I do like the prime grade meat the have available at Costco. Here's a tip, if you're looking to get a bunch of meat, say steaks, prime or choice grade, you can get significant discounts if you ask the meat guy for the bulk packs and slice the steaks yourself. I got some prime Chuck steaks regular price $17.99 a pound for just $12.25 a pound by buying the bulk vac sealed pack. Well, I can't stop into a Costco and not get a hot dog for $1.50! That's almost free in the big scheme of things, along with a soda.

Had difficulty last year trying to get membership status straightened out-- front desk women employees no help and short tempered. this warehouse is an exhausting adventure for the elderly. great if you have tons of kids or are purchasing for a big event.

As a housewife who does all the grocery shopping and a former child who grew up watching The Price…read moreis Right, I have a good grasp on what items cost. I visited this location as someone who doesn't live in the area and was shocked to see that the prices are way higher than regular Costco and are equal to or sometimes even a dollar or two more than just buying the exact product at Walmart or Fred Meyer. For the price of 1 loaf of Franz gluten-free bread, $7.79 for less than a dollar more I could go to Costco and get 2 loaves of Canyon Bakehouse gluten-free bread. 14 oz Tajin is $7.99. I can buy the exact same size from Walmart for $6.98. Here, 19 oz Mae Ploy canned coconut cream is $3.49 a can. Walmart online sells it individually and as a 6 pack for $2.58 per can. $3.59 for American Beauty 8 oz manicotti shells here. It's $3.49 at Fred Meyer in Medford. 16 ounces of jumbo Campfire marshmallows here are $3.39 whereas 16 oz Kraft Jet Puffed marshmallows are $2.99 at Fred Meyer in Medford. $8.69 for 24 Flav-R-Pac frozen corn cobettes or $2 for 6 Great Value frozen corn cobettes at Walmart. $14.19 for 2.125 lbs dried hash brown shreds here. Same size at Costco is $8.99. Costco sells in-store and ships #10 sized canned products so I'm confused why people are shopping here when the prices aren't wholesale, they're often slightly higher than retail at the local Fred Meyer and Walmart. There aren't many specialty products here for varied diets or cuisines, so if you're needing gluten-free or something more diverse than soy sauce or tortillas, you're going to need to order from elsewhere. I ended up buying a box of True Lemon (they didn't have the True Lime I came for.) Visited October 2024.

Medford Food Co-Op is my FAVORITE place to buy organic produce in Southern Oregon because is…read moreconsistently super fresh. I don't know how they do it because other stores don't. They have a great bulk section as well. I always check out the meat department but I don't usually purchase because the prices appear to be higher than anywhere else except the Neiman-Marcus of Southern Oregon, Ashland Food Co-Op. I don't typically purchase meat there either because the prices are even higher unless something is on sale and it's something I need. I love the charming acquaintance of MFC, payed lime green and purple and nestled back in tall beautiful trees and greenery. The feeling when I pull into that parking lot is incredibly soothing -- and it's right on Riverside Drive. Go figure? Everyone who works at MFC is kind, warm, and welcoming. They're also really helpful if I have a question or I need something that they might not sell regularly or I just can't find it in the store. I never have a long wait at checkout because they understand service and a cashier comes up to the front immediately when there is anyone waiting to check out. Very, very impressive! Another thing that I really appreciate is that the store is always spotless and organized as well as 100% organic. I don't have to worry about buying something, driving home, and discovering that I purchased conventional food which I do not eat. MFC generally has the things that I want to purchase and it's very easy for me to efficiently pop in by what I need and get back on the road to finish my errands and go home. I probably shop here three times a week, maybe more because I love to buy things fresh. Please keep up the good work, folks. My husband and I really appreciate you!!!

Wasn't special but it's still great to be able to get an organic meal and that there was an option without gluten. The chicken soup was kinda bland but as I said - it's not often you can find a place to eat out that's organic so I'm grateful for that.
