A little while later the lights have been replaced, but I can't tell if the lights work because it's still day time. I wait until night and flip the switch. Nothing. I go back the next morning to let them know and they say "If we let you leave, it was working". So now they're calling me a liar and want an additional $200 for diagnostics that they didn't run when I first brought my car in. No thanks. I'll take my car elsewhere. I'm not trusting you guys if you didn't even offer the diagnostic the day before and tried to brush me off twice in 2 days. They said they would reach out to try to resolve the problem, but it's been a month and I haven't heard back.

Stay far far away from Lorentz Automotive/Lewisville Muffler…read more I called asked for an appointment to replace the Catalytic Converter on my Jeep Cherokee Sport 2001, 2 WD. Ballpark they quoted me $400-$600. Dropped my car off when I picked it up the bill was $996, and what they did instead of replacing the Catalytic Converter like I requested. they cut it in half and only changed half of the Catalytic Converter, then said "oh you need to get the back part installed soon it's going out.". They cut the Catalytic Converter in half only changed half if the Catalytic Converter now they are asking for $700 just for the missing half. I called Huffines Jeep and told them never to recommend Lorentz Automotive/Lewisville Muffler to anyone again. They are shocked that the Catalytic Converter got cut in half. Now I am looking for someone to install 1/2 , Huffines said they only install complete Catalytic Converter

They told me it was actually both of my converters, which devastated me. I knew I couldn't afford it. Then, they actually took the time to research and look for ways to save money. The guy that helped me out actually found a special coverage warranty for my model and my converters were actually covered. Luckily, Tim from Maverick Motors was more than willing to head out my way and replace the battery with a higher quality battery at a very reasonable price. Tim is a military veteran and takes pride in his work. He worked on my ride quickly, and was respectful of the workspace.
