As a septic expert, I expected that we would be getting really good service, but I never imagined how it would be even better than I thought. The pumper, Anthony let us know that he was on his way and arrived right on time. He was very friendly and showed great costumer service skills. He was the most friendliest pumper I've ever meet! (not all pumpers are that enthusiastic) He was able to find the septic tank easily and let me watch him pump it out. He told me the step-by-step process of how he cleaned out the septic tank. He had so much knowledge about managing septic systems that ya'll should know. He did the job super well! He even made sure that the filter was cleaned and that ALL the sludge was all pumped out! I of course tipped him well. Would totally have this company and Anthony, come back again! And would recommend Anthony to be the one to pump out your septic tank! He's a great guy, with a good heart and works hard. The price to get our septic tank pumped out was way cheaper than the other company we used. Apparently owners of company split and they no longer had records (i still have invoice). This week i had an emergency with my septic and have called numerous times and left multiple voice mails, all with no response. I even emailed and nothing. This is not an issue that can wait, so after 2 days of trying i reached out to a different company. I will no longer use A-1 again, and will be going with another company for all my future business. I find it very unprofessional to not return a phone call from an existing customer with an urgent issue.

He not only saved my system but took the time to explain how and why this stuff actually needs your real attention! Instead of trying to UP-sell me on a new system (at the excellent rate he estimated still would have cost me THOUSANDS by the way!) he was successful in rescuing my old system!
