Mike and George were great with JM Mobile. I had a nasty nail in my tire that another well known tire told me was not fixable and the cheapest tire I could get was a used tire for 195.00!! Well it only was JM Mobile cheeper there service was outstanding. From the time I called them to the time they came to my house and replaced my tire for an incredibly cheeper tire was an hour!!! Not only that but George the service person added air to all my other tires to balance them out. He also was kind enough to fix a key that was bent to my security gate to my condo complex because it had bent and he asked if he could try to fix it for me and he did!! I was so grateful because waiting a day to get another key would have taken up more of my time!! I know that sometimes it my take a little time for them to come out depending on how many calls he has but it is well worth the wait if u can. If you have a Tesla, you're gonna want to use these guys at some point. I got a puncture flat in Manteca on a Sunday afternoon when no local tire shops are open. I wasted 30 minutes trying to get help from Telsa roadside "assistance". Long story short, if you changed your tires from the originals, you're screwed and don't waste your time with Telsa. Michael was very communicative about how long it would take for Jorge to get there, both over text and voice. Jorge was top notch when got to my car on the roadside. JM Mobile Tire Services was my life saver today. I was on my way to pick up my son from school and had my 9 month old in the car with me. As I drove past a construction site I felt something shift. I drove over what appeared to be a massive nail, later learning it was more of a piece of pry bar. My rear passenger tire was absolutely done. I called Tesla to see if they could send some roadside assistance and get the tire replaced on my Model Y but they wanted to tow the vehicle to Dublin. I live no where near Dublin.
