I've ordered from them 4 times now and have not been disappointed. Chicken Parmesan was better than anything I've had, dine-in or delivery. Club wrap was spectacular and they don't skimp on the meat/bacon. Stromboli was even better. I finally ordered a pizza tonight and it blows Mangino's, Brick Oven, Sal's, Paisano's, etc. out of the water. The "order takers" or whatever you want to call them are the clearest speaking people in Ashburn. That's a big plus. I was about to order Paisano's right when I found Andolini's menu on my mailbox and decided to give them a try. I ordered a small chicken buffalo pizza, and it was delicious! The person who took my order and the delivery guy were both very courteous. There are easily more than a dozen pizza / subs places here in the Dulles area, so I'm very happy to have found one that stands out. My experience with Andolini's was a great one. I was at a gathering at a friend's house with 9 hungry kids. I shuffled through her drawer or menus and was so glad to have happened upon this one. It was a BIG menu with an excellent selection. When I called to order, the gentleman who answered, Jose, was focused 100% on the customer and not just on being a bland order taker. He made conversation while he ran my card and left the pleasant impression at the end of the call. The time before the food was delivered was close to 35-40 min. Normal. We were sitting on the back deck and didn't hear the delivery driver at the door. He came around back and politely let us know that he was there. Back at the front door, he was gracious. The one thing we all noticed right off the bat was that the pizza was HOT! I've never had a HOT pizza delivered. Not like this. I can't even pick up a pie for takeout elsewhere and have it that warm when I get home. We were all actually impressed that we needed to give it time to cool for the kids. My friend ordered a gyro platter that came with fries. It was delivered in a styrofoam container with expertly hand cut holes in the top. Her fries weren't soggy as a result. The gyro was warm despite being allowed to vent to avoid the potential fry-ruining condensation. The pizza was excellent. Coming from a former Long Islander, this is high praise. It's clear that they don't scrimp on ingredients. I was very impressed. Overall, I can't wait to go back to Ashburn to order again. The people that take the orders over the phone are always nice as well as the delivery drivers. Just ordered a pepperoni pizza from Andolinis. This will be the first time and the last time.The pizza itself was over baked, and had a nasty burnt taste to it. That dough itself was the real killer though, wet cardboard would have been more appetizing. The cheese was flavorless and there was barely any pepperoni. They really should call it pepperoni-ish. They should be ashamed of themselves calling that disgusting old rubbery sponge dough with unidentifiable sludge on top pizza. However, they do win the prize for the worst pizza I have ever had! Seemed good enough for the three of us. She said Megan (also possibly butchering the name) was so nice, Megan is an employee of the fine establishment. #1, my fiance usually never comes home saying that...so immediately they get a plus one in my book. Pizza was "amazing" and "crazy fricken good" I thought I was trying a diet this week....no sr.....no ma'm....not with Andolini's in town. I am from Baltimore and I had a go too, now I am very excited about this place. We also wanted the hot sauce on the side for the wings, and they came through...10 great wings...hot sauce on the side...blue Cheese on the side..everything done right. A couple of weeks ago after leaving a recent Redskins Blood Drive, I was feeling a little hungry. We stopped at this little place on the side of the road called Andolinis. As we entered the place, the aroma made my mouth water. We spoke to Jose' and asked was the foot as good as it smelled? He replied, " it was better!" I told him that I haven't had a good cheesestake sub since forever. He assured me that I would be very happy with the one they make. He wasn't lying! Such an unpleasant experience !!! I ordered home delivery yesterday night to home.. The man on the other side of phone was in great hurry and kind of unwelcoming.. He didn't guide me through properly about the options and all since I was ordering from them for the first time (after reading Yelp reviews). Anyways delivered in 30 minutes.. It was hot and looked fresh to see. I ordered veggie Stromboli and buffalo chicken pizza.Veg Stromboli was so bland and boring.. The crust was so soggy and wet.. Andolini's used to be our go to for pizza delivery. Sadly, the last few times we have ordered the service has been sub-par and the last time was the final straw for us. At 4:46PM on Thursday, February 16 we ordered a medium meat lovers pizza, fries, and a steak deluxe sub. At 5:32PM the delivery driver rang our doorbell, placed the sub and fries on the bench next to our door and drove away. By the time we got to the door and realized he had not delivered the pizza, he was already gone. I called the restaurant and was told that they would try to get the pizza out to us...that should have been my first red flag. At 6:31PM when I called to cancel the pizza because it still wasn't delivered, I received an apology but also an excuse about the rain. The gentleman I spoke to said he would issue a refund for the pizza. Four days later, the charge is still on our card, we have received no email to say they are processing a refund, and never received the pizza. I shouldn't have to call a third time to receive a refund for a mistake they made yet it looks like I will need to. read more

7/30/14 This place is close to where I work and on busy work days, I'll order something for delivery, which happens once every other month. Today I ordered a salad and an extra dressing (so I could hit the delivery minimum) and when the driver came to drop off my food, I handed him $15 and asked for $1.50 back. He said he didn't have change and he would bring change next time and started to leave. I told him "Wait, let me take a $5 back and go find change" but he said he would bring it next time and turned to leave. I didn't have time to argue, so I let him go because I had to get back to my desk for work for our end of the month crush, but this event really ticked me off. Rating one star. The food has always been very good from Andolini's, and today's phone call demonstrates that they have the customer services to back it up. This is my first time getting food from this est. Girlfriend and I wanted to try a new place. We were pleasantly surprised. The mozzarella sticks we ordered are the real deal. No frozen nonsense! Plus they were absolutely delicious. The spinach calzone was incredibly flavorful and tasty. Plain cheese pizza was also very good. However the real test for the pizza will be how it tastes in the morning after a night I'm the fridge. Great pizza = mouthwatering cold pizza. Food was amazing! Came for a slice of pizza one afternoon for lunch. They don't sell slices, the smallest thing they sell are 10" "personal" pizzas. What type of pizza shop doesn't sell pizza by the slice? So I went with a meatball sub (no cheese) instead. Since it was during the holiday week, my sub came out very fast. But it was only warm and not hot like you'd expect. The sauce wasn't very flavorful and the meatballs were also surprisingly bland. Over all a rather 'meh' sandwich. I don't plan on returning. Found this gem through the flyer they sent in the mail. I was thrilled to learn they were partially Halal. Thus far I have tried their steak and cheese sub, fries, gyro wrap, cheeseburger, and beef pizza. EVERYTHING has been delicious and has exceeded my expectations. This pizza is not that good; I don't know what the hype is about when you google best pizza in ashburn. It's super greasy. My kids and husband (who like every pizza in the world) were fine with it (1/2 cheese 1/2 pepperoni), although my 8 yr old son thought it was too sweet. I got a medium white pizza and really wish I got thin crust. It's just too bready like most delivery and I like NY style pizza with a crunch if I can! I had Greek Chicken wrap - it was awesome. The ingredients were fresh and the wrap was well constructed. Initially I was only going to eat half, but ended up eating the entire thing because it was that good. My husband had one of the Stromboli's - and he said it was the best one he's had. Order was delivered as pepperoni pizza and a steak and cheese SUB Sandwich!!?? We stated NO... It was a pizza! They then offered to make us another pizza, but will take 30 more min. Stopped in here after my son's football practice last Friday evening. I must say, that it was one of the best experiences I have had in Loudoun County with regards to pizza places. First off, the food was fantastic! The use of Grande cheese and the crispy, yet chewy crust makes this a fantastic pie. Secondly, customer service was top notch. I called in the order, and the woman who answered the phone was able to accommodate my timing perfectly. On top of that, it was very busy in there, but she immediately knew who we were as my son was wearing football pants. She had our order ready for us as soon as we got to the counter.
