I get there, pay, went to car checked my food and walla. It's 3 of the littlest pieces i ever seen covered in lemon pepper. I have my air on so it blows into my eyes. I go back in had the food over and get a refund. There was no sorry, can we fix it, not offer of anything for my inconvenience. Gas is high and I don't live in walking distance. I ordered ahead only to waste my time, gas, and energy. Didn't even get a sorry, smh. That was the final straw for me. Beware

Upon entering the store I noticed how clean and maintained the store was. The fruit and vegetables look so fresh. I went to the hot foot section to order lunch. The staff was friendly and even let me try a free sample of one of the items I was unsure about. I ordered their bbq wings, it came with two sides. I got Mac&cheese and yams. My only complaint is that the yams were very very stringy. Because i stayed 30 minutes from the location I could not drive back right away. I called and the Chef Mike apologized and offered to provide me another side when I do return. The food was also very reasonable priced for good shareable portions.

The staff at the hot food and deli counters are basically unfriendly and generally act as if you're bothering them if you try to purchase something. Randazzo's used to be excellent, now I prefer Nino Salvaggio's, at least the staff is friendly, and the food doesn't come pre-made from Sysco.
