I always wanted to fill my shirt out and being small breasted I always had to wear a tank top underneath. So finally I decided to get a breast augmentation from dr Taleisnik. He was very informative but the only thing he didn't tell me was that putting implants though my nipple it was gonna scar and on top of that he decided to cut down my Areola's smaller without my permission. Cause I was never asked do to me being under Anastasia and it's been a couple years and I'm embarrassed to be topless. My areolas looks like the scar from nightmare before Christmas. My breast size he picked fits my body but I can never go topless and it's to the point I hate looking at my areolas in the mirror. Dr. Taleisnik is an amazingly talented doctor! I am going to start from the beginning of why he deserves more then five stars. The first email I sent out he responded immediately and answered all my questions. He was very kind and knowledgeable. The first appointment he walked me through the whole process and made me feel very comfortable about wanting to get a breast augmentation. He discussed the best sizes and showed me the different implants. The pre-op appointment he took pictures and walked me though what I will do at the surgical center and when I was healing at home. The day of the surgery I was so scared I couldn't sit still or stop talking. He calmed me down by reassuring me that everything will be ok. He was so patient and professional I knew I was in good hands. When I woke up I was in no pain, the medication he prescribed helped a lot through the healing process. I went from almost 0% breast tissue to 400cc high profile saline implants and they look great from day one. All the following post-op appointments he did exams to make sure everything was healing great, and he even did a curtousy call. My breasts have been healing for two months now and they are perfect. They have amazing symmetry now, even though each breast were slightly different in shape and size. He made my high profile implants look so real no one can tell when I go to model castings. I went to Dr Andres Taleisnik for hand surgery, thinking he will be good since he is a plastic surgeon, my mistake was that he is good for cosmetic plastic surgery only. Since his experience is on cosmetic surgery I was thinking he will be good with my hand surgery. Later I found that the surgery was done also with his father the Old Taleisnik, my hand surgery was a disaster I was very sick with the anestesia and the pins he put in my hand were causing terrible pain that he had to remove the cast and the pins. After that the therapy was painful and the nerves in my arm make my had shake, I went to a different therapist for almost 6 months and now my arm and hand still hurts since one of my nerves got injured. Please don't have any hand surgery with any of the Takeisnik Drs (son or father) they really don't care. Go to another hand surgeon. read more

After looking for months, I chose Dr. Taleisnik to do my breast augmentation, tummy tuck and liposuction procedures. I based my decision on the before and after photos he showed me in his office as well as his experience as a hand surgeon. I figured, someone who worked on tiny tendons in hands must pay very close attention to detail. I think that was even part of his pitch. I researched the pro's and con's of having cosmetic surgery. I watched TV shows, researched pics on the web, asked my friends and family if they knew of a good doctor. I was prepared for the scar across my tummy (I had had a c-secion before, so that was no big deal). I was excited to remove the excess belly skin from my two pregnancies. Unfortunately, there is not one part of my cosmetic surgery that I am happy with the outcome. BREAST AUGMENTATION For my Breast Augmentation, I wanted firm breasts meant for a forty year old. I wanted to be a C, not a big C, just a C. I was looking forward to buying cute bras for the first time that didn't weigh more than my cat. I opted to NOT get a lift, because I was looking for nice forty year old breasts, so a little hang was ok with me. Well, when all was said and done, I was not a C, but a D+. He said it was swelling and would go down over time. Well, they never went down. So, no cute bras for me. When I raise my hands over my head and flex my breast muscle, it is VERY OBVIOUS that i have had them done. The muscle on the underside of my breasts are awkward and parts are very uneven. Touching my nipples to this day is very painful; which is weird because before my surgery, I had very little sensation in my nipples. Bite, flick, squeeze...no problem! But now, it hurts to even wash my nipples. I have to be very gentle...and no more crazy play for my husband in this area any more. Probably why he wished I didn't have any of this work done for this reason alone. And I still have very little sensation on most of my breasts...other than the painful nipple thing. TUMMY TUCK My tummy tuck resulted in pain in my belly for about 15-16 months, then one day, BOOP, my tummy popped out and the pain was gone. Not sure if this was the stitching coming loose, or what, but pain gone was a great thing. I also have a very ugly scar because part of the stitching was too long and prohibited healing of my stomach tissue for months. This resulted in an absess that eventually healed, leaving a dark ugly scar right in the middle of my larger scar. The reason it finally healed was because I was able to cut the stitching below skin level and finally it started to heal. BELLY BUTTON Where to begin. For his inability to construct a decent belly button is reason enough to NOT choose Dr. Taleisnik. My belly button looks like a cut & paste belly button. He made ZERO attemp to make it look natural. At some point I showed my belly button to another doctor. He shook his head and said, "he could have at least tried to make it look natural. This is your basic no frills belly button." I also had another inner stich that kept my belly button from healing. I am still trying to get that lil bugger cut belowe the skin line, but no luck. So...real ugly belly button with really ugly belly button scar. Needless to say...not a fan of my belly button!!!! LIPOSUCTION HIPS & THIGHS - The lipo on my hips & thighs was ok (meaning symetrical); but it seemed like Dr. Taleisnik barely took anything out. He said I would loose about 20 lbs with the lipo, but because of the breast augmentation adding 10 or so lbs, I would not see much of a weight loss on the scale. (Made sense. But I really didn't care what the scale said... same weight but with a smaller butt and bigger breasts...who could complain, right. *raises hand* CHIN - The lipo on my chin was not worth doing. The only thing it did was give me an uneven chin and a new (bigger) scar that replaced the one I received falling of my bike at age 9. Again, it didn't seem like he even tried to make it look even. Just sucked out what he got on the first go-around. Bada-bing-bada-bang. DONE. BUTT - The lipo on my butt was and is horrific. Now, I actually did NOT want any lipo on my butt. My husband and I were happy with my butt. But, unfortunately and obviously, Dr. Taleasnik did not know how to transition from doing lipo on my hips and thighs and have them blend in with an un-lipo'd butt. Not only is it 100% obvious where he stopped lipo, but my left butt cheek is way way different than my right butt cheek. My right cheek has an indent in it, where he stopped the lipo. It is soooo mis-shapen that I have to laugh just to keep from crying. On the otherhand, my left butt cheek protrudes out. I do not know if this is because he blended better on this side or what. But two totally different butt cheeks. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DR. TALEISNIK FOR PLASTIC SURGERY!!! I should have known by the tarter on his teeth that details were not his forte!!! read more

About me: Got a full Tummy Tuck and breast Lift after losing 125 lbs. No lipo and no implants. My current weight is 115-120, I had hanging skin on my breasts and stomach. I am fit, athletic, lost weight with diet and exercise, i exercise 5x a week and work an active job. I chose Dr. Andres Taleisnik after talking with only a few different surgeons mainly because he seemed happy to answer all my questions, didn't make me feel rushed and was honest with what kind of results I could expect and those results so far have exceeded my expectations. I really enjoyed my first meet and greet with dr. T. I had it narrowed down between him and another doctor, and by the end of my consultation, I knew he was the right doctor. He was very thorough with answering my question, made me feel less nervous, and had excellent people skill unlike many other doctors out there. I am 3 weeks post op and I am so happy. When I planned on getting a breast augmentation I was so nervous I wouldn't find the right doctor for me. Dr. Taleisnik was my first consultation and right away I liked everything he had to say. I did a lot of research ahead of time so when he told me what he wanted to do, I understood completely. He was thinking all the same things I was, which made me feel way better. I did go to another consult in Newport Beach and although that seemed really good, they were way off the mark on the direction I wanted to go. Dr. Taleisnik was the 5th and final plastic surgeon I had a consulstation with. I knew right away he would be my surgeon. I had been wanting to get work done for a very long time and waited til I got my pre-babies body back to do it. When spending a good chunk of change you tend to be more picky, especially when that money is going to physically alter your body. First was his persona. EVERY ONE of the other 4 doctors I met didn't spare but maybe 5 minutes with me to evaluate my situation and body, then pass me off to their assistant to go over cost, questions, etc... When you go to Dr. Taleisniks office, it's actually inside an orthopedic surgeons office because he and his father are also hand surgeons. Despite the numerous people in the waiting room, in the 4 or 5 visits, I never waited more than 5 to 10 minutes in the waiting room to go back. His assistant, Linae, was always on point and awesome at scheduling and fitting me in. He spent close to an hour talking to my husband and I at our first consultation. I was floored he cared enough to do so. We didn't feel rushed or pressured. When we made the official decision to go forward, scheduling the surgery and pre op appointment were a breeze. At the pre op we decided on a 'final' size but he still wanted to bring 2 more sizes to the operating room, one larger and one smaller just to be sure I had the perfect size. Only 1 of the other 4 doctors actually offered that. The other 3 said they would never waste implants like that. AND Dr. Taleisnik was one of the more afforable ones!!! He was the obvious choice. Dr. Taleisnik didn't care about the cost, he cared about me being happy. The day of surgery was finally here and the surgery center was awesome and clean, the nurses were super sweet. From personal experience, I can say that Dr. Taleisnik does great breast augmentations. I have had two girlfriends go to him and both were happier than me with the results. One did saline and the other did silicone. Personally, silicone ones feel waaaay better. One thing I have to mention, is I know a few people that go to celebrity plastic surgeons in Beverly hills that paid an arm and a leg and they were done horribly. It just goes to show that not all top-notch places are top quality. With that said, I was hesitant at the quality at first because of the cheap price, but Taleisnik does grade A work. Three and a half years ago I had full neck and face lift. When it was all over I had what looked to be a goiter on my neck. Dr. Teleisnik acted like there was nothing wrong. I held my cool because I knew he was going to be doing revision surgery and I didn't want to make him hate me. Mind you, it has taken me this long to write this about this doctor. I had three revisions on my neck, it still looks terrible and I have a three to four inch scar across my throat like someone tried to slit my neck. The last revision the doctor was uncaring and abrupt. These reviews I believe, are written by people that are hired to do so. He may be a good hand doctor but he was certainly not a good facelift doctor. $9k I spent and now that scar on my neck is all wrinkled. My left ear is sewn to my face (pixie ear). Dr Taleisnik was absolutely AMAZING!! I had thought about breast aug for a few years and when I finally decided I was sure I wanted to get it done I searched every doctor around. I went to a few doctors for a consultation and just was not sold. When I went to Dr. Taleisnik it was completely different! He explained everything to me and answered every question I had. And there was absolutely no pressure to make an appointment for a procedure (which happened often with other doctors). At this point I knew he was my doctor. Surgery went smooth and was in pain after but it was expected. I told dr Taleisnik that i wanted my breasts larger but still natural looking. I did not want two big balls on my chest i wanted them to sit nicely on my body and look real. He did wonders. My scars are completely healed and fading nicely. My breasts are settled now and they feel absolutely amazing. You cant feel the implant and they move as normal breasts. I took the plunge and decided to try Botox! A friend had some work done by Dr Taleisnik and referred me to his office. I called to make an appointment and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was able to see the doctor. Dr Taleisnik did a consult with me in order to determine the appropriate location for the Botox. He was very professional in helping me determine where and how much to do. Dr Taleisnik did not try to up sale more locations for the Botox. We had the same plan, reduce my wrinkles without making me look fake. The procedure itself was relatively easy. I'm not going to lie and say it was pain free because it wasn't. However, Dr Takeisnik and his assistant were wonderful in calming my nerves. He continued to ask if I was doing ok while completing the injection. He was very thorough in explaining benefits and possible complications. I was told I would have minimal bruising, however I had none. I followed all the instructions and my results are amazing! I would definitely recommend Dr Taleisnik and his team. I was referred to Dr. Taleisnik by a friend and I am so glad I went to him. He was incredibly professional and took his time with me to make sure all of my questions and/or concerns were addressed. He weighed out my options and what would be best for me and my body. I knew I would go thru with him when his suggestion wasn't the most expensive option. He really wanted me to be happy and I defiantly am! I had a breast lift with implants almost 5 weeks ago and I couldn't be happier! In fact, I referred a friend to him who has already had another type of surgery with him. The only person of his staff I personally dealt with was Linae (I hope I spelled her name right) and she was awesome, so knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. I cannot say anything but great things about Dr. Taleisnik. From the start I felt so comfortable with him. He listens and will answer any questions you have. He even answers emails same day... even before you go in for your first consult. I had my surgery recently and everything was great. Dr. Taleisnik called me during the weekend to check in on me after I had emailed him with some concerns I had post operatively. He truly cares and wants to achieve outstanding results. I wish that other doctors/surgeons would take the time to actually care for their patients. When I first started looking for the Doctor that I was going to trust with preforming my Breast augmentation I was not having the best of luck. The first Doctor I went to spent 5 min talking to me and told me he thought I should go bigger than what I originally wanted . Then I came across Dr. Taleisnik he was not only extremely kind, but he made sure that I was comfortable with everything that was going on. We talked about size I started as a B cup and I was striving for a full breast I did not have a particular size in mind, but I did have pictures of breast I wanted. I recently had a Breast Augmentation done by Dr. Taleisnik. I was referred to him by two friends that were extremely satisfied with their experience and results with him. I did go to 3 consults with different plastic surgeons.. but in the end Dr. T made me feel so much more comfortable, he thoroughly explained the procedure and what to expect post op, we went over what I expected and was looking for.. he spend a great deal of time with me.. more time than I expected which I very much appreciated. I want to start by saying my visits and surgery with Dr. Andrès Taleisnik were very pleasant, respectful and comfortable. I was able to discuss my likes and dislikes regarding a breast augmentation. Dr. Andrès was able to understand exactly what I was looking for and what I did not want. The morning of my surgery he made sure to come into my pre op room and reassure me that I was in good hands and it made me feel a lot more comfortable given my anxiety about going into surgery. My breasts turned out very natural looking for my body frame. I am 6ft tall and have a medium frame body. After surgery I was able to discuss an interest in larger breast implants. I am a middle aged man that had severly hooded eyelids and bags under my eyes. These made me look 10 years older than my actual age. I inquired with Dr. Taleisnik about what he could do for me. After a free consultation, the plan was set to do surgery on upper and lower eye lids. I used Dr. Taleisnik for my breast augmentation and was very satisfied with my experience with him. His office staff is very professional and friendly and will return calls quickly. Also, he does he keeps his appointments to the time that they are scheduled. There is not a long wait to see the doctor. Dr. Taleisnik is also very personable and patient with answering questions. For instance, I had a question, which he answered in great detail. But, when I saw him again a few weeks later, I had follow up questions and he was more than willing to answer those follow up questions again. He also cares about the status of each patient.
