Love this place! Installed a train horn on my truck. Ana was the one who answered my call and was very nice and polite on the home. She was extremely knowledgeable about the product be instillation process. Got. Same day appointment and showed I to a clean shop. The owner came out and introduced himself and explained the process to me. We agreed on the price and they got to work on DOZER. I'm a disabled combat veteran and I can't walk very far. The owner got me a ride to get something to eat. They went above and beyond to insure I was taken care of. After the install was completed, Ana sold me on a security system. The employees started install immediately. I am so in love with my security system I plan on getting another one for my other truck. Overall I was extremely impressed with product knowledge be the professional installation. The customer service was amazing. At the end of the day you get what you give. I have made another appointment to get a camera installed in DOZER. These guys will see me tomorrow. read more

Underestimated. This place where lots of maintenance for cars in the same location or nearby. Here is a hidden gem, with numerous competitors and prices. Thought prices were too high at first here, but the warranty backs it up. My tints are still holding well up to a year, on a two year warranty. Looking to tint my other vehicles here as well. They do security alarms, cameras, audios, and all those wonderful car add-ons. read more

squiggly lines on tint andd took 1 hr 20 minits for half a tint , i guess they dont do half tints just eyebrows .. other tint places asked how i wanted it and i got half tints every single time which is twice i got it but this time the only time issues so wouldnt recommend tint here but other service nnot quite sure from my experience they need better comunications and workers for future advice read more

I brought my car in two weeks ago for a simple issue: the left and right turn signals weren't working. That was the only problem the car had. The shop said they could fix it if not, we would've gone elsewhere. After having my car for over a week, they told me it was ready. The moment I picked it up, it was clear something was wrong. The Check Engine and Trac Off lights were on neither of which were on before. The car started accelerating on its own, and the gas pedal stopped responding. It was unsafe to drive, so we returned immediately. When I brought this up, I was told the car had these problems when I dropped it off, which is completely false. They even claimed they had photos of the dashboard when the car was first brought in which they take photos of every car to avoid any future problems. I asked Ana to send me the pictures with dates and time stamps and her and the car electrical worker went to the back and took a couple minutes before coming back and they suddenly said they no longer had the pictures. They charged me $900, claimed everything was fixed, and now they want another $1,800 to repair a separate issue with the emergency lights which I said no to. After recording a conversation with the staff, I have proof they knew the warning lights weren't on when I dropped the car off which contradicts their entire story. This shop is unprofessional, inconsistent, and not trustworthy. They clearly took on work they weren't qualified for, and my car left in far worse condition than it arrived. I do not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Update: I had a simple Kicker 8" Hideaway subwoofer/amp installed under my car seat in early January. They ghetto rigged it to the fuse panel rather than the proper connection, I'm assuming out of laziness. It caused my car to randomly die, even on busy freeways going 60 mph, so obviously it was an imminent fix. But when we came back, they had wired it the proper way, and all was good... Until 3 weeks later, when it died. And we took it back to this shop where they basically told us that these speakers do this very frequently. Okay, I replace it because I have a warranty. 3 weeks again and it dies, so I'm getting pissed. I decided to take my car and speaker to a REPUTABLE car AV technician who pulled a wire with a fuse that CAME WITH MY SPEAKER and asked me, "Why wasn't this installed?" Come to find out, this specific wire and fuse was necessary to keep the speaker from blowing. I actually ended up with 3 of them from all my replacements because it quite literally came with the speaker each and every time, and I'm assuming Andrizo Car FX, like the first time I'd gone to them, was too lazy to install it, resulting in blown speakers not once, but twice. Good thing I bought the warranty, but I had wondered why they didn't install this specific wire that came with the speaker. Now I know. Take your money and your business somewhere that actually cares about providing quality service. Their "lifetime installation warranty" is total garbage. read more

I wasted $1,300 in wheel lights, $750 for wheel lights, then $75 for a kill switch, wheel lights fell off, $50 for a wheel light replacement, $450+ for a total replacement kit, then $200 for a "weld" then puts $7 steel glue & pass it off as weld, charging like theres no competition, dont even have the tools to install them, asking for a beatdown. I called the shop and requested some labor done on my Polaris slingshot. The owner advised he could do the work and spoke highly about his shop, so I allowed him to do several add on. I spend a total of $2900 dollars with the shop. $1200 On a dash board swap which they failed at completely and it broke 5 mins after leaving the shop. The owner later stated via text message that he didn't like the work his workers did as well and if he personally would have done it that it would came out better. He stated if I bring it back he will try to get it right. He told me he would order side view cameras for my view and advised me he would have to pay $100 for them. After the services the left camera stop working the first week so I look the brand up and they were 15 bucks on amazon. He also apologized for that. Then a few days after that the cluster work he did fell apart and he stated just bring it back And he'll buy some stronger glue. So to sum this up. This shop took on a job that they had no clue on how to do but look at it as an experiment. If you take pride in your vehicle as I do, I suggest to look elsewhere. So now I have to go to small claims court to try and get refunded. Out of 2900 dollars spent, only 500 was worth it on a train horn. They also damaged my windshield but refunded me for that. I wish I can show pictures of the work and you guys would be amazed. The strange part is they posted my vehicle on their social media page but upon arrival but never posted it the finish product. I had a brand new vehicle bought it in to look at new stereo systems,guy and staff seemed nice enough I spent about 3000.00 in his store. They did the installation. I was told by him he could make everything work . I had to bring it back because they damaged the vehicle, but they fixed that. Fast foward I had Cameras are on there that they were supposed to hook up and make work through the stereo system they worked for some months and then all of a sudden stopped working brought the vehicle back he told me it was a a Module and that it was due to my cameras. Order a new one put it in and blew. I took it to another shop they took one look at the wiring and said what a mess .so now I have to spend even more money to have it fixed but I just talked to him about the Module because he was going to order a new one and of course he doesn't have it says its back ordered. Also the stereo head is not attached to the dash you can just pull on it and it comes out. Bottom line he will sell you what he has install it micky mouse it and will not stand behind his work. I asked for a refund on the Module he said no that they don't even refund same day much less 9 months laterl lol . I said well thank you for the great customer services his response was and I qoute "I don't really care about your customer service because your already taking it somewhere else" nice way to do business. read more

Still having the worst luck after going to this shop. Recently had to unplug all the relays they installed on my slingshot because one of them started smoking and melting the wires.
