Had a very poor experience with one of the escape rooms (many of the puzzles were missing key parts and the person monitoring did not know how the room worked) and I have since been trying to contact management to request a refund and report the incident for 4 months and no one will return my call. Honestly super disappointed in my experience tonight! We had reserved 2 lanes for 1.5 hours and ordered food. Our lanes messed up several times and half of the food arrived within 30 mins while the other half arrived an hour later. I understand this is an event center but at least put a little more effort in the arrival of food and the food itself. The nachos had a ton of lettuce and the cheese wasn't even melted. Great place to come bowling. If you want to hang with family, join a league, or have an adult night out. They have many options available for you. My son gets lessons from the Pro Shop and it has really helped his game and well work the time and money. The alley also supports youth and HS bowling for the state of OK. This is a place to come to if you want a fun time out. Great food also. read more

We had a great time! We bowled for 2 hours, ate dinner and played 4 games of laser tag! The food is a little better than typical bowling alley food, but wasn't great! The smokehouse burger would have been great if it wasn't over cooked. The wrap was great! The queso and bacon chicken ranch fries were good! Nice bowling area set up but has a smell to it. LED lights in the Bowling area. The water taste like they filled it up with sink water this Aquafina doesn't taste like Aquafina with a stank to it and made my breath stink. They have older pop music playing. The tables in the bowling area have weird chairs, you have to pull them out before you sit in them. But overall they're good. read more

I had a slight situation occur at Andy B's last week, and I love saying that it was handled correctly. I left disappointed and upset the night of the incident. The next day, the manager immediately called me in the morning to receive details and see what she could do. Sharon worked hard to make sure that I was satisfied and within a few days, a refund was issued. She turned a very upset customer into someone appreciating how Andy B's goes above and beyond for their customers. That's what it's all about - great customer service! read more

We experienced our first escape room with Gabriel as our host. Super fun. Tv in the kidnapped room could be a bit larger and louder. Gabriel was an awesome host and made the whole experience enjoyable. Side note- it's summer and the air was nice and cool in the room. read more

Attended a birthday party there tonight. Our hostess was unorganized, no personality, & never around. She was pushy when it came to getting ready for go karts, the Birthday boy's father couldn't even finish his pizza. She threw away the cake box, cleaned up the room and we weren't finished. The music was too loud in the game area and the employees didn't seem happy to be at work and none of them even acknowledged me when I tried to tell them my game broke and I still had money on it. Overall, I don't believe I'll be back. I wouldn't spend my money there. The only neat thing was the private bowling lanes. read more

We met coworkers here last night. This location, in its former incarnation (Riverlanes) was a favorite destination for double dates during our college years, so nostalgia added extra appeal. The new owner has done a great job of expanding to meet needs of today's customers. They seem to do a booming business, and manage the multiple entertainment options pretty well, from what we could tell. We paid for 2 games but only had time to play one, so they kindly refunded the additional amount, which we appreciated. The one game we played cut off before the last bowler got to complete their last frame, but it wasn't a big deal. The only negative is the food prices. I didn't look at the entire menu, but we bought a large pepperoni pizza to share for $21. That seems a bit steep, but it was hot and tasty and was enough for each of us to have one slice. read more

A little over hyped. The loaded fries were caked together with dry cheese. Some of the burgers were under cooked to a medium/medium rare (I like Med well for ground beef). The portions were huge, though! Maybe ask them to cook a little longer than what they would normally. read more

Well to start off I bought a birthday package, I was told there would be enough cups for all of my quest and they gave us ten and said it would be an additional 3.25 for 6oz cups of 5. The host was very rude and didn't host the party, was yelling at all the kids. I spoke with the GM Rylin and he was rude and basically made it out to be our fault and I said well we just won't be back and he said okay bye in a rude snarky manner! We spent over 400$ for this party and I'm highly disappointed in the service and the way they treat paying customers! I would never recommend this place!!!! read more

One word: impressive! Some friends of mine and myself went to Andy B's 20th anniversary party. We were blown away with the staff, the cleanliness, and overall fun that we had that night. They had all sorts of it's of attractions that we could try... bowling and a really great band called The Mixtapes in town for the celebration. The band was amazing. The staff was on point making sure we had everything we needed collecting empty drink cups and trash. Everyone was really nice. The general manager even came by our table and had a conversation with us. Way to go Andy B's! You guys are making fun seem easy ;) read more

Our family of four, two adults and two teens went to Andy B's for the escape room. On previous visits we completed two escape rooms and had a great time. This trip 10/09/21 we were trying the Space Odyessy escape room and the experience was awful! The young man checked us in and got us started. First, the room is way too dark, it's very difficult to read numbers and letters let alone find clues. We got stuck asked for a clue waited 10 min for a response and finally my wife went to get the kid who had turned off his radio. Five minutes later when he showed up we explained our problem. The employee was obviously new and /or didn't know anything about the room. After he tried for 5 minutes he had to go get the answer key! He then told us how to complete the task and left. Unfortunately he gave us WRONG information and we wasted another 10 min trying to complete the puzzle. He completed the puzzle by doing the opposite of what he told us to do. We got to a puzzle where you need to use a dry erase maker to mark coordinates. Well we our room didn't have the narker. Back on the radio another 5 minutes wasted. Time ran out. He wouldn't explain where our next clue would have come. Probably because he left the answer key in the office. We were not even offered extra time even though we wasted 35 min waiting for help responses, supplies and following the wrong directions. Everyone left frustrated and angry! read more

The bowling alley itself was freezing...everyone in there had on jackets. We came in as a party of 5 and had a Groupon which was great. We asked to order pizza, we were told they didn't serve pizza after 8:00pm mind you the time was 8:02pm. They gave us a menu that had specific items we could order from after 8:00pm. About 9:00pm I saw a pizza being brought out to a family. When we asked how this could be when we were told no pizza after 8pm the lady at the counter says you can order pizza but only in a family deal. This is ridiculous because we were a family of 5 and were never given the option of a family deal. Instead we had to purchase 5 different meals. This family deal was not on the menu that was given to us at all. The staff was just not helpful at all. read more

absolute worst experience!!!!! 7/10 manager was seen doing nothing but being on his phone the entire time we were there. the games counter was empty and there were several employees doing nothing. stacks of shoes on the counters not being cleaned. bartender wasn't even aware of some of the drinks they make or what glass to use. just overall worst experience. will not be coming back!!! and will advise others not to as well read more

New to town and came to Andy B's for their Sunday night special- unlimited bowling/shoes/go karting/ and laser tag for 2 hours between 7-11! Awesome deal! Until we got there and found out "they stopped giving out the deal a half hour ago" (we got there at 9pm after dinner to make the 2 hour window) because there wasn't enough traffic there, and they opened up the deal at 5pm. What? How was I supposed to know that? They ended up closing at 10pm, and the kicker- the TVs over the one game of bowling we purchased advertised the Sunday deal from 7-11pm. If you're going to advertise something, follow through with it, or AT THE VERY LEAST, add some fine print that you can decide to close early. Did not leave impressed. read more

Went here for some friends' birthday party. It's a nice, giant and clean bowling alley with some extras. I like how there were two separate bowling areas, one for the general public and another in a more lounge type area. There was also laser tag, which I didn't try. I just don't know how big the "arena" would be. Also have go karting, but the track seemed a bit small. A small arcade area offers plenty of ticket games. Interestingly, to get tokens you have to put money on a game card. Then you swipe the card at a different machine which gives you tokens to play the games. read more

I love this place and so does my 8 year old son. They deliver great customer service and exceed expectations. I've dealt with Carol and Mike in regards to party planning, and they are both absolute gems. They made my son feel like a million bucks on his special day. I have been to Andy B's, approximately 4 times. I was surprised to see they serve alcohol. I ordered one on the rocks which seemed a proper pour. Hungry? If your like me and think you just have to have nachos....know they deep fry the chips (again) before serving them up. Yuck! On another visit I ordered hotwings and I couldn't eat them. Worst ever! The food orders take forever, despite the 6-7 people I saw talking in groups, too preoccupied to notice customers. Button line: the food is less than desirable. I suggest eat before you arrive. Plan on spending a minimum of $40 (one adult and one child) for an hour or two entertainment. What I love most and my reason for 4-star rather than a 3-star: unlike other similar entertainment hot spots there is not a crowd of people, it is not dark so to see around the place, it's small, and it's clean. The ability to play on any game without waiting keeps one moving along and in the game zone frame of mind. Never a crowd to risk not keeping an eye on my child. There are plenty of activities for adults and kids of all ages. read more

So second year in a row we brought our son here for his birthday. We did not have a great experience last year, but this is where he wanted to come again. Last year the customer service from my perspective was below expectations. Well, here we go again. We had the table in the darkest corner of the room in the back. Could barely read the waivers we were signing. Then we had a "party rep" basically trying to keep 7 & 8 year olds in line and in one area. Good luck with that. Misspelling his name wasn't adding to their points either. Needless to say great from the kids point of view, but they have a long ways to go to keep the parents happy. Next year, definitely off the list. 2 stars for keeping the kids happy, but minus 3 for ignoring true customer service. read more

Come on now 14.00 for a pitcher of beer. Ridiculous. Signs up for beer specials but only for certain times and the sign doesn't mention that. You need someone to come in and teach customer service. A nice smile or hello would be really good for your customers. Managers maybe coming around talking to people asking how they are doing and if they could help them with anything. I used to bowl here regularly at least once a week. As of this week, they no longer offer any evening specials during the week, and instead charge $10 per person for 20 minutes of bowling plus $3 for shoes. I'm not sure how they're going to stay in business because Sheridan Lanes and Broken Arrow lanes both offer unlimited bowling from 9pm-11pm everyday of the week for about $8. I definitely won't be coming back any time soon. If you're willing to pay those prices, it's a decent place. read more

Paid for new years glo bowl packed house tonight. Waited an hour for chicken tenders. Waited 45 minutes for nachos. The manager should be let go for loss of revenue tonight because people don't want to wait. My chips were literally in front of me and just needed cheese. They knew tonight there would be a crowd. There was no prior planning for food or drinks. Also only one person working register for food when there are a few people done checking people in for lanes and getting shoes. They should have gone over and helped. This is second year for glow bowl on new years I would not recommend this to anyone until they fix their management process to make your night enjoyable. I want to eat when I'm hungry the kids too. Sorry but one star major fail tonight. P.s. they messed my order up on my extra order of fries and didn't make it. The staff argued with me and said they didn't know how to read the ticket. Again fail. read more

This was the worst experience ever. After arriving on location my first stop was to order some food. Two unsweetened teas, chips, salsa queso. Then large pizza with two salads. $ 63.03 for the food. Off to get a lane to bowl. $30.38 for two people to bowl. Got the shoes and set up the lane. Still no drinks. Back up to the kitchen. Drinks were ready but just sitting on the back shelf. Got the drinks. Started bowling. About 30 minutes after ordering the food, still no food. Back up to the kitchen. I asked one young man behind the counter about my chips, salsa and queso. Was told that is not my job. You need to talk to the cook. I walk back to my bowling lane only to see the young man I had just talked to bringing out my pizza. When I asked him where the rest of my order was he stated I was only told to bring you this. I informed him take the pizza back and send me your manager. After waiting another 20 minutes a manager finally arrives. When I asked him why did the pizza arrive but NOTHING else on my order. He said he doesn't know. I informed him I want a full refund. Dalton refused. Stated he would redo the order. I told him no, I want a refund. He refused a second time said he was personally bring me my order. I informed him I want a refund now please. Finally, he agreed to a refund. Back to finishing the game. On the 10th frame my daughter got her first strike. The pin reset machine promptly broke down and refused to reset. Once again I have to go see a manager. I told them you service has been horrible, your pin machine has broken down I want a full refund. After only asking twice I was given my refund. So at the end of my trip I was still charged $4.00 for two teas and the worst afternoon in my life. read more

My daughter wanted to do laser tag for her birthday so this was the logical place to go given the price. This is one of the nicer bowling alleys in Tulsa and it is great for kids, with laser tag, and an arcade. Never had been there for laser tag before I wasn't sure where everything was located. Rather than taking the time to show us where to go and who to speak with we got a point and a "go down there in this general direction" to find out where to go. You purchase a game card in the arcade area for laser tag. There are only a certain number of people allowed in at a time so if there is a session going on you have to wait until its finished. We were waiting in line and I asked the attendant how many people can go at once, we were in the back of the line with two rambunctious kids. He went and checked and said we were good to go. Apparently the group in front wanted to go by themselves. So rather than letting the allowed amount of people go, the attendant made us wait for two sessions. So needless to say I wasn't happy with that. I will not be going back for laser tag. Their course is pretty small in comparison to the other places in town. You don't get to pick your own screen name which makes it even more lack luster. The kids had fun but we've experienced way better. Quite a let down read more
