There was not enough set up in terms of preventing my clothing from getting stained or removing my jewelry, she just did the mask around it, and when I left, I had a lot of mask still on my shoulders and in my ears. There were several points in the service where product would get into my eyes and burn, and caused blurry vision. I personally felt like the extractions were not done well, and one of the holes in my skin will scar. I would not recommend and I will not be returning.

My husband repeatedly asked her to focus on his neck and shoulders and avoid his feet. His requests were ignored. The technique was lazy and mechanical - repetitive forearm circling with little to no pressure, despite requesting deep tissue. He left feeling like he didn't receive a massage at all. When we raised the issue, the owner acknowledged the behavior was "unacceptable" yet offered only a 25% discount - as if actively texting during a massage, ignoring repeated client requests, and delivering a substandard service were minor inconveniences. This wasn't just a bad massage. It was a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. We will not be returning.

My massage was an ok experience - pressure fluctuated throughout, so it was hard to pinpoint when to tell her to go harder or softer. After the security guard, you have to put your shoes in the locker. You then go upstairs to the 3rd floor where there is a girls and boys section for changing. Compared to an actual Korean spa, you have to bring your bathing suit. They have changing room areas all around the locker room. The inside has a ton of showers (both Korean style and American). They have an indoor sauna in the girls side and a couple hot tubs. Then you can go out to the outdoor areas. They had a cold waterfall. There were also several unisex hot tubs. This place also has a quiet area to lounge, several saunas with different medical properties, and a gym. The amenities here can go on and on. They definitely balance health with adding a coworking space. It's also interesting they have an infinity pool that shows NYC from the rooftop. The place also has a seasonal grill area and other food court options so you don't have to leave.
