I hired Mr. Sandless to refinish the floors of my house to get ready for sale. Everyone I interacted with was very professional, I am just disappointed with the finished product and the crew did not close the door completely when they left, so my house was open for at least 4-5 before I could get over there. Thankfully I went the same day. I had no idea that part of the floor had been replaced at some point so when they removed the old stain, the floor was two very different colors. I would have appreciated a call to try to resolve this issue before sealing the floors, but this is what I found when I returned to the house. I doubt potential buyers will be satisfied with the way the floors look, but I don't really have an option at this point. Will not use again.

They did a fantastic job. Highly recommend Mr. Sandless!! Very professional, courteous and my floor look amazing!

Absolutely and unequivocally recommend Julia and her team. The previous floor company ruined our beautiful wood floors. Mr. Sandless' techniques rejuvenated our floors to their previous beauty. We are so pleased we chose Mr. Sandless for work on our floors. We were unhappy with the finish from our last company, too shiny and not smooth. Julia came to our home and explained how they could give it a satin finish in only two days. They were so careful moving our furniture and covered and taped our shelves. We had Mr Sandless refinish our first floor hardwood floors and install hardwood in our great room. Not only did they do an amazing job ( floors matched perfectly), Tariq and DeAndre were two of the nicest and most professional guys I have ever worked with. My wife assures me that every tiny detail was perfect. They cleaned as they went, and put everything back exactly as they found it. I don't know how, I think they took before pictures I suggest that if you don't seriously consider using this superior company, you are doing yourself a disservice read more

Very professional and polite when I met him to get a quote on my floors. I identified the areas that I had concerns with and was given 2 quotes...one to strip one of my areas to the wood and one to strip all the floors if I wanted them a different color. The area that was stripped to the wood turned out beautifully. The other areas that I had concerns with still showed some fading. This is the point where he became very unprofessional and accused me of trying to get something for nothing. I am highly offended as I would not have asked for the service if I didn't have the money. read more

After 10 years of using polish on my expensive dark hard wood floors, they were wrecked! There was a filmy, milky cloud and no matter what I did to try to remove the polish, it only made it worst. I was desperate when I called Mr Sandless. But I'm sooooo glad I did. The team performed a miracle! Th process removes all the icky polish and restored my floors to their original factory finish. In fact, they were so gorgeous after the all-natural citrus process, I opted to not have a poly coating put on the floors at the end. They look like the day they were installed! I have ~1600 sq ft of hardwood flooring in the house and I thought this process would cost a fortune. However, it was very very reasonable. The biggest pain was having all the furniture moved out of my house at once so they could work. But now that I will never use polish again, hopefully I'll never have to use them again for this home. They are OUTSTANDING! read more

We were moving into a new home and needed our floors refinished prior to the move-in date. Chris from Mr. Sandless guided us through the process, explained options and helped us to save money. When I told our Realtor what the price was, her comment was, 'that's a very good estimate, I hope they deliver'. And deliver they did. The floors look amazing. In our case, the sandless option was not available. We were pleasantly surprised to find how little residual dust was introduced into the home. While we did check reviews in advance, it's a bit of a leap of faith when you are moving somewhere new and trusting such an important task to folks you don't know. We pulled up the carpet in our 67 year old living room not knowing what we would find. It wasn't pretty! Lots of white spots and discolorations. I had gotten a quote from another company and wanted another for comparison so I called Mr Sandless. Boy, am I glad I did! I was shocked to find that they use a finish that dries in minutes instead of hours and the entire job would only take 1 day. AND the price was a little lower than my former quote - so I chose them. I have lived in my historic home for over 25 years and had never had the beautiful hardwood floors thruout the house re-finished. I called Mr. Sandless because of the fast reliable process that they use to refininsh hardwood floors. Within a couple of days, all my floors looked new again and my wife and I get constant praises for how good our floors look. Our pine floors were original when the house was built in 1912. After years of Johnson's bowling alley wax when I was a kid, then a refinish in 1982, the floors hadn't been sanded / refinished since. Mr. Sandless came in and restored them to their original color, then put 3 coats on to finish them. They look great! read more

Grateful for there help the first time around. Unfortunately the flooring they put in was getting damaged by the quality of the flooring. they actually came back worked like 10 hours straight with totally different and new flooring and upgraded it.
