Excellent all around service. I had an appointment scheduled for 5:00 pm to get an oil change. They had completed an inspection and the oil change by 5:30 pm. On top of that there was a complementary car wash. The pricing was fair and they are always friendly and professional in how they conduct business. Hands down the worst dealer service I have ever experienced (I've had a lot because I'm old). My experience is they can handle an oil change or wheel rotation, but beyond that, I am doubtful. After seven weeks of my repeated calls to schedule my vehicle for a 45 min. wheel repair, and their repeated unfulfilled promises to call me to schedule the appointment, I still have a damaged wheel. I have resorted to take my business 75 min. away to a capable GM service department. Business must be so good they can choose what work they accept. read more

I recently purchased a new GMC Terrain from Andy Mohr Buick GMC. My experience could not have been any better. The sales staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They were quick to respond to my needs. The manager was willing to negotiate the price of the vehicle I was interested in, which was important to me. I also got a good deal on my trade-in. I recently had a very disappointing experience at another local GMC dealership so I was grateful to have such a wonderful experience at Andy Mohr. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM - I bought a 20118 Buick Encore Essence on Saturday 4/25/2020 1. I asked why they replaced battery only after 18 months - still waiting for answer 2. I asked why they had to repair the tire - still waiting for answer 3. While signing finance papers - they cracked my windshield - a 5 inch crack. they said they would offer me $180 - LOL you know they were trying to lowball me. The internet says replacement goes between $315 and $485 4. At no time did they say " we are sorry about this" only said we had an accident with your car 5. Had to get in writing that they would replace windshield 6. On Tuesday April 28th, I had to email them to see what was going on - sales person offered me the $180 again - I SAID NO AGAIN, and then he stated that he would have to talk to his boss on how to proceed 7. I told them I wanted the same factory glass to be used as the replacement, and they stated they would order the part and it would be done 8. I live in Cincinnati, it had to be replaced in Indianapolis , so I took a half day off of work on May 1st to get the new windshield. I arrive at Precision Auto Glass to have the glass replaced. I find out that ANDY Morh - no one ordered the original part - the front desk manager got a comparable/compatible (looks and feels cheaper) windshield His bill to the dealership was $270 as a preferred customer and cheaper windshield - LOL more than the $180 offer they tried 9. Have they done a followup with me? NO Have they offered me anything for Gas, Milage ,Time, 1/2 day of missed work - NO I wonder what happened to the windshield they ordered? Over time it just felt like my 2015 Yukon Denali even though being purchased at Andy Mohr, They had no interest in servicing it properly. On Thursday, October 19th, 2017, I had my last service appointment Andy Mohr. This was my last chance to see if they could do something to help me with my car, even though I do think they tried a little to accomplish it just didn't work out. After spending 2 1/2 hours hours at the dealership and working with my salesperson on possibly buying a new 2018 Yukon DenaliI I decided to go one block south of the ANDY MOHR DEALERSHIP and purchased a 2018 Cadillac Escalade from Lockhart Cadillac. I really think if someone doesn't step in And work with the service department on what it takes to service a client nothing will change here, at ANDY MOHR. I just bought a used 2005 Buick Lasabre from Andy Mohr in Fishers. I paid $1200 less than asking, and I took it to the shop and they said it was well maintained and I found a good used car. My salesman Kurt was friendly and knowledgeable. My only Complaint was the $200 paperwork far and $300 window etching fee they tacked on after we discussed purchase price. My only suggestion is when negotiating price, make sure you specify "out the door" pricing. Other than that I was very satisfied, and will return to buy another car. read more

We traded in a car for a brand new 2017 GMC Acadia SLE-2 here. A very expensive vehicle. We decided we wanted to trade that vehicle in for something different and wanted to go back through them. I have been dismissed by not one, but two salesmen. I have emailed with/text both individuals promising me they were looking in to things only to be ignored and never gotten back with. Also, during a routine oil change we were left sitting there for just about 2 hrs past our appointment time. So disappointed. Sadly this has become the worst place to purchase a car now. They have so many customers that they could care less about you. I have bought several cars from them. The last car I have purchased is a Yukon Denali ( WASNT CHEAP). Within 2 weeks of driving it, it broke down on a Sunday. I called gmc, being that the car was certified and warrantied. They got a tow truck to me quickly and dropped it off at Andy mohr. That's the only good thing. Being that it was Sunday, the dealership was closed. I needed to rent a car that day, being that I was going out of town. I rented a Kia van for my family. 4 days later they finished fixing my SUV. So I went back to pick it up and ask them how my car rental would be covered. They (while being very rude) gave me a gmc number to call. I called told them the situation and they said they would have an answer within 3 days. 2 months later I have yet to get an answer from gmc. I went back to Andy mohr to ask them if they could help me. They took me to the service manager, whom was extremely rude to me. With his hands folded behind his head and cocked back in his chair, he proceeded to tell me with a smile like, "gotcha ya" , that they won't cover the car rental because I rented a Kia instead of a Chevy or gmc car. He then asked me, "do you have a job?" I looked at him like are you kidding me. Then he said, " I just figured you don't have a job to be able to come in here at 3:30pm." I explained to him that I'm a pastor and have brought in so many customers for them. That I have purchased several cars from them and that the last car I just purchased was too expensive for me not to have a job. Then he just laughed at me and said, well you're out of luck because we're not covering your car rental. I have read that they were the worst in customer service. Sadly, I had to find out the hard way. I talked with the salesmen, of whom I have bought so many cars from there. He was embarrassed of their actions. By the way, my car broke down again.....sadly afraid to take it back there or to even deal with gmc. A brand new Yukon Denali breaks down twice now with the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. By the way, not to long ago, I brought my truck that I bought from them here to get an oil change. They took 6 hours to change my oil and then back it into another car and damaged my truck and destroyed the front end of the car. They still charged me for my oil change! After we negotiated and settled on a price for a lease thru text with my salesperson Jake- he then attempted to change the price we agreed upon at signing the following day. It had nothing to do with my credit. Just them being to get more money out of me. He asked if that would bother me and I said yes when I wrote out my check each month. They also promise you promotions that are not even available which I was promised in writing and I had to take them to small claims court since they reneged on the deal. Oh and I actually won in court. I highly recommend shopping at Ed Martin Buick or any other Buick dealership over Andy Mohr Buick. read more

Bought my car there and had a great deal, but when it came down to service after I bought the car it was extremely terrible. I had zero communication with anyone and they wouldn't tell me anything about getting a part for my car. They had me drive all the way to Plainfield at their other store just for the service people there to tell me I had no appointment after I had set it up the day before. After I got there, I had to wait 4 hours just to say they couldn't fix my car. I've only had the people at this place give myself and my parents the run around in avoidance. In my opinion it feels like all they care about it is getting cars out of their lot, and never speaking to their customers again. I do not recommend ever buying a car here if there could possibly be a problem, because you will not get the help you need. read more

Game players!!! I would NEVER trust or buy from this group! I made an inquiry about a used Honda my wife and I were interested in. Carmen sent me a Carfax and told the car was still available. This was just before closing. After driving an hour to the dealership the next morning, I met Carmen. She immediately handed me off to another sales person, Jorge. After a few questions were asked and answered, Jorge told me "I need to go verify that the truck is still available". About 3 minutes later, a "Sales manager" walked up and informed me that the car I had come to look at was sold 3 days prior. When I asked how that could have happened, he said "the website had not updated correctly". For those keeping score, that's 3 different sales people in less that 10 minutes and no car. I walked out! As of this review, the Honda (Stock # G8733B) is still listed for sale on Carguru's and the dealerships website. The car has now been sold for 4 days. To top off the experience, I received an email from Jorge today thanking me for coming in and hoping they could help me with my vehicle search....LMAO! At worst, bait and switch games and no integrity! At best, completely incompetent! Either way, I will never do business with this bunch and will never recommend them to anyone. I've hesitated writing this review but after three awful experiences here over a year's time in between I feel it's time to. First off the buying experience here was horrible. The salesman and manager were rude, lied multiple times, and disrespectful to my pregnant wife. Against our better judgement we bought our car here because it was exact car we wanted. The finance person we dealt with was nice and helpful. The manager agreed to fix one thing if we bought it (got it in writing). After we purchased the car we had to wait weeks for them to finally fix it. After we picked the car up it broke down a few days later and had to be towed in. They eventually fixed the issue. A few months go by and something else minor went wrong with the car, we brought it in and when I came to pick it up they pulled up the wrong car. They could not find our car or our keys. I waited over 30mins and eventually the service person pulled it up. The car smelled like cigarette smoke and so did he. I let it go again and shouldn't have. Now yesterday we received a letter in the mail saying they're in desperate need of (fill in the car type) we're paying between $1,000-$4,000 over NADA trade in value. Now with any good car dealership "deal" I know there's fine print but this one seemed genuine and I figured it's worth a shot to see what they would offer. I show up talk to the guy they flew in saying he's going to get us a great deal, etc. I waited over an hour and they come back and offer me $5,000 UNDER NADA "average" trade in price. I laughed and the salesman said yeah this is all I can get. I went and talked to the promo guy and he didn't even defend it. Long story short this place is awful. Do yourself a favor and drive far away or anywhere else to buy a car. I held my tongue and gave them multiple chances but do not waste your time here and spread the word, I will. read more

I had the strangest and most unique car dealership experience of my life. I walked into the dealership and not a single person greeted me. There they all sat, playing on their phones, completely ignoring me. Never before have I walked into a dealership and been completely ignored. If anything salespeople usually descend on me like a pack of vultures. I took some time to wander around and just watch them work, or rather not work, and it was the weirdest thing I have ever witnessed. I simply can't even begin to fathom how nobody showed any interest at all in a customer when they work in a commissioned sales job. I took some time, wandered around, checked out the cars in the showroom, and gave them every opportunity to approach me. Obviously I could have gone to speak to someone, but this experience was just so abnormal that I wanted to see it through to the end and determine if anyone would put down their mobile device and make a sale. Eventually I walked out the door without anyone putting down their phone. That's unfortunate, because I can't haggle to save my life. I hope whatever they were playing on their phones was more interesting than the commission from a brand new $40,000 Buick. I always thought being heckled by salesmen was the worst thing, but I've now realized being completely ignored like that is one of the most rude and insulting things to have happen at a car dealership. I bought my car from Andy Mohr GMC but never again. Their service dept is horrible. My car to go in for some major work. They told me that it would be finished within 2-3 days; however, it wasn't until day 3 that they told me the parts had just come in and now it wouldn't be until the following week that they might have my car ready. Throughout the entire process, there was little to no communication from their service reps about the status of my car until I called in. I am very disappointed and will not take my car back there to get service nor will I buy another car from them again. read more

I bought a used Buick here about 2 months ago. While there customer service was great when we arrived, it slowly depleted. We had Sean and he was great in trying to find us a car within our budget by the 4th car it just felt like they wanted to sell us just about anything to get us out of there. It was frustrating as he kept bringing up cars that did not meet our needs. As we were about to call it a day, he surprisingly found the Buick we were looking for that had just conveniently arrived at their dealership. We left and came back the same day to pick it up after being "cleaned" and check out by the mechanic. When we picked it up it was "clean" but the full tank of gas we were guaranteed wasn't given. It only took 2 days for us to start finding problems with the Buick that should have been taken care of before selling it to us. They refused to cover the mechanical problems and the warranty they pressured me into buying has been worthless thus far. I don't recommend this location. They make you feel welcomed until you actually buy a vehicle. read more

I have been coming to Andy Mohr for oil changes on my Chevy SUV since 2005. My experiences have been good in the past but my last visit was not so great. The new Quick Lube manager (not sure of her name) is extremely rough and rude. Apparently she was angry about me using a coupon for price matching. She abruptly informed me that I would no longer be able to do that. I dont have a problem with not price matching but I was turned off by her rude approach to the matter. I have decided that its probably best if I take my business a few miles north to Hare Chevrolet where they will value customer loyalty. Buyer beware!! If I could give this dealer 0 stars, believe me I would! Bought a used jeep and had nothing but problems since day 1. These people are deceptive for sure! A few days after I brought it home, I noticed that it was leaking oil. I had bought an additional warranty and was told I could use it anywhere (I did not have to bring the vehicle to this dealer to be serviced).I do not live close to the dealership so I took it to another one only to find out that the warranty is not active for 30 days (I was NOT told this when I bought the warranty). So I ended up bringing it back to the dealer. Turns out that several parts were damaged, which was causing the oil to leak. This was NOT disclosed to me before I bought it (even though this was a pre-existing issue). Very deceptive to say the least. And they have the audacity to charge me $1,000 dollars to fix it, when it should have been fixed BEFORE I purchased the vehicle. The explanation I got was that it wasn't fixed before I purchased it because it "wasn't a safety issue", despite the fact that an oil leak will eventually cause a car to not function--- which I guess isn't a safety issue (insert eye roll here). At this point, I had felt cornered (it had to be fixed!) and begrudgingly agreed to pay the $1,000. It took several days to fix and when I picked it up I was glad to have all the problems behind me (so I thought!). I brought it home and less than 2 hours later, I discovered it was leaking oil WORSE THAN IT WAS BEFORE!!!!!! I immediately took it back to the dealer and told them it was absolutely unacceptable!! They did apologize and agreed to re-do it for no charge (I was going to raise hell if they had tried to charge me again). I had expressed my concerns about not having a vehicle to use (for the second time in about 2 weeks) and the service guy offered me a rental car to use at no charge. I accepted his offer and drove it home. Less than 20 minutes away from the dealer and THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON!!!!! I proceed to pull the vehicle into a parking lot and call the dealer. The service guy asked me if it had stalled or anything. I said "no". He then proceeded to tell me that it was perfectly safe to drive it with the check engine light on. WHAT?!?!? Unacceptable! I took it back to the dealer-- I was not going to drive it for several days with the check engine light on. They agreed to give me a different rental car and I had no issues with it. Several days later I picked up my Jeep (again!). I will say that they did fix the issue this time at no charge (as they should have!!!). Fast forward several weeks-- the temporary license plate the dealer put on the car had 5 days left until it expired. I did not yet have any paperwork to take to the BMV to a permanent plate. I called the dealer to try to track it down-- I had a feeling it would not be good news (I know how this "dealer" operates), especially when the lady asks to call me back while she "checks it out". She calls back about an hour later and tells me she had to issue a duplicate title because something was wrong with the first one. I was not contacted about this. They waited until I called them to disclose this issue (what a surprise considering the other BIG problem they failed to disclose when I bought the vehicle). She assured me that I would have what I needed by the day the plate expired. WRONG!!!! Two days after the plate expires and I still do not have anything I need to go to the BMV. I called the dealer again and the same lady tells me that she left me a voicemail a few days ago letting me know that everything was ready to go. She did not call me-- and I called her out on it when I was on the phone. I never received any call or message from her. I asked her what number she called and she verified the number. This lady LIED about calling me--- which honestly isn't surprising considering the other things they've lied about. Bottom line: DO not purchase a vehicle from Andy Mohr. They lie and are unprofessional. BEWARE!!! read more

We have now purchased 2 cars from Andy Mohr Buick GMC. Our first one was an older used car for our son, but it was overpriced. At least it still runs. The 2nd car is a 2015, used. It was our 2nd choice...the first car we wanted was priced very reasonably, but when we said we wanted it, it was suddenly being "held for someone else". We know they had put the incorrect price on it and did not want to sell it to us, i.e., they lied. The biggest issue, however, is that we purchased the 2015 end of February 2019. When we turned the AC on in May, it didn't work. We showed up to the dealership and called at LEAST 10 times in order to talk to the Used Car Manager (Service Dept. told us they couldn't fix anything without his approval). He never returned our calls. We had the AC checked out somewhere else and it was approx. $1400 to fix, so I repeatedly went back to the dealership, just showed up, until I could talk to the UCM. He informed me that when they received the car (in January 2019) his service team checked it out and there was no mention of a broken AC unit. Therefore, he wasn't going to just "throw money at me" to fix it. I asked how within a 1 month span of time sitting on his lot an AC unit can break and he had no answer. His service dept did a diagnostic on it, and sure enough, it was over $1400 to fix. UCM said he'd give me a discount to fix it, but that came up to nearly $1300. Wow, what a discount. To summarize, they sold us a car with an AC unit that didn't work and would not fix it, AND want to charge us to fix it. A lot. They don't return calls. UCM was smug and unaccommodating. I would rather pay a lot more money somewhere else rather than give Andy Mohr any more of my money or business. read more

Had to take my vehicle in for transmission work. The technician that performed the work did a horrible job. When my vehicle went in, there were no lights on, on the dash. When my vehicle was done I had at least 2 or 3 dash lights on. My husband had to come home after working a 12 hour shift and fix what the tech messed up. Oh and my transmission leaks now too!! My son test drove a car, we agreed on a price. I was getting financing through my own bank the next morning. When my son called to check on some items about car he was told the car was sold that morning. Now I understand that this may be normal practice with car dealerships. Although they might not have done anything wrong, it was in my opinion a very underhanded, sleazy unethical thing to do. Had my son not called we would have went into the dealership, check in hand to buy the car. Maybe that was their objective. Thinking if we came in we would have bought something else. WRONG!!
