Absolutely horrible service!! I arrived approximately 11:45am. Had hit a curb so needed a new rim and tire. They had to be ordered so I prepaid for the rim and tire. I was told by 1:15pm they would have my car in the back to switch the bad rim to my spare tire, in order to be able to safely drive my car until the new rim and tire arrived. 3hrs later my car is still just sitting there. I asked how much longer, Dominic went to check, while he was checking I decided to just get a refund and go to Firestone. Arrived at Firestone and they were able to switch the tires within 30minutes. They do not take cash. My bill was $88 and they could not give change for $100. bill. I got a million text messages reminding me of my appointment and to confirm my appointment just to put on snow tires that were in my trunk. They first quoted me an hour then told me up to two hours with an appointment because they were running behind. Guess making an appointment does not make a difference. read more

Very, very disappointed in Discount Tire. I recently experienced a slow leak in my front tire, so I headed over there to have it checked. Before anyone even looked at the tire, the salesperson said "If we can't repair it ..." And (not) shockingly, they came back saying that I had not one, but three nails in my tire, and one was on the sidewall, making it unrepairable. They also mentioned that my tires were in need of replacing ASAP and said I should just do all 4 at once. A little skeptical, I decided to leave and head over to Honda of Fishers to have someone there check my tire. Sure enough, there was only *one* nail in the tread, not three, and they patched it for me free of charge. They did note that my tires were ok now, but that I'd probably want to look at replacing them in late fall. I purchased tires from this location in 2017 and 2018 and felt like I got a decent deal, but I didn't appreciate the salesperson asking me patronizingly if I "needed to call my husband" to ask if I should buy the extended warranty. I'm an adult and I can make my own decisions, thanks. I would definitely avoid this location unless you feel like being unnecessarily conned into buying tires you may not need. read more

I love discount tire but I didn't appreciate my service here. I use caradvise for discounts and for some odd reason dealerships hate this feature because it holds them accountable and they can't lie about pricing this way. I was checking out and the man helping me continued to lie in my face about how my service works. You pay through the app and you don't pay the shop directly. He continued to try to make me pay him and I had to call my discount service so they could solve the problem. He pretended he didn't know what was going on and allowed her to walk him through the steps. At the end I was able to deny extra fees as they always add and continue with my day. Here we are a couple weeks later and my tire has fallen off. I got one tire and they couldn't put it on correctly? Just be careful, ask for a detail pricing list and know what you absolutely have to pay for! I guess since my car wasn't a foreign I did not serve top notch care. Went here because I came out of Kroger and seen i had a flat tire and I didn't want to call my insurance company AGAIN about a flat. I didn't realize it was across the street because I was parked close to the rear of Kroger so I called around to Firestone (where I got the tires from) and tires plus. No one had anything available so that's when I looked up the closes place. They had a lot of appointments but was able to fit me in at the end of the ones there. We have been to this location more than a few times between our three vehicles. Always, they are clean, helpful and honest. I bought a new (to me) suv about 7 mth ago. Since the purchase we have had some problems w a sensor in the tire. We took it to discount tire and they replaced it. A few days later the light came back on so we went back and they replaced it again for no charge and no questions asked. Fast forward to last week, the tire started to loose air so we went back yesterday. Now the seal on the tire is coming off so again they patched it up free of charge. One thing I like about this place, they honor loyalty from their customers. We buy all our tires here so I turn they help when little things pop up. It's not often that people are so generous. This place has always been that way. The first time I arrived, I was doing research on new tires. They were attentive, informative, and didn't pressure me into anything. No urgency. They let me take it all in and think about it since tires are a rather large expense. It just isn't fun to me at least. But adequate tires are absolutely necessary for peace of mind. My most recent interaction was when I had issues with the tires deflating on a weekly basis....so I would have them put air in the tires to the proper level. But when it kept recurring, they took off the tire, found the offensive nail that was stuck, patched it up nicely and charged me nothing. Zero. Complimentary. And remember those tires I needed months earlier? Well, I got them when I was out of town, so I never actually bought anything from them. But I am here to tell you how grateful I was to have their help. It made my day ... and my weeks ahead better. Fishers isn't necessarily known in my book as being a great deal, but this Discount Tire store has my attention and I WILL be back. Had a flat tire. This place was the closest. Came in at 12:30. Was told it would be 1.5 hours. Over 2 hours later, and they haven't even taken my car back. Went and asked what the hold up was, and I was told they had other cars come in (after me). Said it will be another 30 or so minutes before they will get my car back in there. So the 1.5 hours will be taking at least 3 hours. When I said I wouldn't be coming back, the guy just laughed. Poor customer service. Won't be back. The only thing that I would critical on would be that my car was parked outside of the parking lot of the establishment which made for a long walk. I have now bought over 5 sets of tires from this store! They go out of their way to provide the best service possible. I had a flat tire on my riding lawn mower. They repaired it for FREE and the tire worked for two more years before I had to replace it. The prices for car tires match anyone around, including online deals. I can stop in anytime and get the air pressure in my tires checked and filled for free. If there ever is an issue with one of their tires they address it and fix it quickly. With Indiana roads, I get the free replacement and it has paid off 4 times now. They replaced the tire ruined by hitting a chuck hole with no questions asked. That is all you can ask is for them to stand behind their work and their products like they do! I will definitely go black and see them again when I need another set of tires. Needed new tires for my Jeep Wrangler. Found a great deal at another online retailer .... Contacted the Olio Discount Tire store to see if they would match. Received a reply from Brandon first thing the next morning. He agreed to online pricing, but didn't have the tires in stock. He proceeded to order the tires and called me the the next day advising they had arrived. Showed up the following day and worked with Joe to get the tires installed. Joe was very helpful and attentive. Everything went as advertised. This is my second experience with Discount Tire at this location. Both have been a pleasure. Four new tires put a $$$ dent in the checkbook, but my preferred tires were in stock, available, and installed same day. This is a busy, busy store. Best option would be to drop car off early and pick up late in the day, but wasn't an option for me so I did have some wait time - about 90 minutes. The best business experience in years! I had a large nail in my tire and I was loosing air rapidly. I arrived at about 5:30 1/2 hour before closing and stood in line of about 8 people ahead of me. The service rep took my information and said it may be an 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I said I'll wait and took a seat. 35 minutes later they were finished. They plugged the tire, checked all 4 tires for proper inflation and balanced the repaired tire. Best of all there was no charge! They have earned my business for life. all of the people were very courteous and professional. I have been a customer of Tire Barn where the opposite is true. Stopped in today for a tire balance on my front tires as I had been having vibration issues. We were greeted upon entering - a big plus in my book! Jonathan was very friendly and asked me very detailed questions about my car's history and then quickly went out to check out the tires. He even gave me an idea of how long I could expect to wait. Once my car was ready to go in for service, Chase came in, greeted me, and explained he would be handling my car's issues. He came back after 10 minutes or so, told me what he found and recommended an additional service if I was interested. Even though I declined, he said the special price would still be good if I changed my mind and came back and gave them his name. I even overheard a customer that had a misunderstanding with the staff, and he seemed happy with their service even though he was frustrated at the time. I had been going to Discount Tire, off and on, since 2001. Since about 2007 they have been my primary place to go for tires; although I have occasionally strayed. I live in Castleton and the store there is usually a mad house. Also, I have gotten great service and I have gotten bad service at that store; pretty inconsistent. I like the up front cost structure of Discount Tire so I looked for the next closest store and have since started going to the one in Fishers. The employees there are much more relaxed and the store isn't nearly as busy as the one in Castleton. I have been there a handful of times and the service has always been top notch. Prices are negotiable if you do your homework and price compare. I highly recommend the warranty (negotiate the price) as I have had at least four tires replaced over the years that had un-repairable punctures. Also consider buying your tires on Discount Tire Direct (no tax/shipping) and having it installed at a Discount Tire retail store. read more

I took my car in to fix a slow leak. I could see it had a nail in it. The guy was amazing and said - Hey, we will fix it for free if we can. They took it in and unfortunately the tire was beyond repair. My plan was to take it back to the dealer and the guy said. Tell you what, I will put a used tire on for you so you don't end up with a flat. Which he did, it was the same brand too. He charged me nothing!!!!
