Do not ever ever do business with these guys took my vehicle in for front end work they had my vehicle over the weekend when the vehicle is finished and it was finished at 8 o'clock. I wasn't notified until I called up there to check on the vehicle.I then received an invoice saying my vehicle needed a battery when I just replace the battery apparently they ran my battery down and tried to charge me for a new battery. When I picked the vehicle up the battery was completely dead. i've been doing business here since 2016 never had a problem then they overcharged me for the work I was quoted another price at the beginning of the month took the vehicle in the price change. My problem was never fixed! Tried numerous times to contact the service department manager with no call-back. Even called CHEVY HQ with really no help from them at all either. My check engine light was intermittent so they couldn't do anything until it stayed on permanently. Only go here for your oil changes and tire services. Anything else go somewhere or to someone that actually knows what they're doing. read more

I went in to purchase a vehicle after THEY CALLED ME to come in. I already had financing so I was just waiting for the vehicle to be available at the lot. They called while I was at work so I scheduled an appointment for THIRTY minutes after I got off - my drive to the lot was 30 minutes. I arrived on time to find the representative, Michael Shelton who was supposed to be helping me with another customer, selling them the vehicle THEY CALLED ME about. He finally comes over to me after they wanted to move forward with purchasing the vehicle to say "oh we can get you in something else". I explained to him that I came in for that vehicle specifically per my inquiry from a week ago, the conversation over the phone when I scheduled the appointment to test drive the vehicle AND his text message to me. I have an almost 1 year old so spending multiple hours at a car lot is not something I planned to do after my work day which is why I went in with a check from my bank - so no need to do the whole financing song and dance. He said he was a "straight shooter" but when I told him I didn't need financing he said "oh you might as well let them try to find you a better deal because when you come in with financing, the dealership doesn't make any money". Never imagined I'd be called into a dealership to purchase a vehicle, have a check in hand and basically be told that my check wasn't good enough. It was just a very POOR experience, though I wish I had something better to say after my visit today. The staff are always friendly and greet you with a smile. My husband got a 2018 Kia Soul from this location at the end 2019. During that process, we had no issues. Fast forward to now..my husbands vehicle stopped on the side of the road on 11/25/23 and we took it back to this location to get it fixed since this is where he bought it and he had an extended warranty for it. We brought it here on 11/27/23. Upon brining it in, we were told that it would be a few days for them to take a look at it and diagnose the issue. A week goes by and we go up there the following Saturday (which is now 12/1/23). We ask what is wrong with the vehicle and why no one has called us. The response was that they tried to send him a text message regarding the issue but he didn't reply "yes" to the automated text. The problem with this is that when someone brings in their car to be serviced, their means of transportation and livelihood, there should be more than a "automated text message" response. We received 7 calls that week asking if he wanted to buy a new car or trade his in but not 1 call at all telling us of the issues with his car. Mind you, my husband called multiple times and left multiple message with no call back. So, moving on, they told us the issue and said it would be $10000. Not once did they even check to see if he had a warranty or contact us to see if he did. Once the warranty was brought up, we were told that it would take up to 48hrs for an inspector to come out and tell them if the issue was covered. So we left the car there and when Thursday came around with no call back or response, I called and asked about an update. They stated that they will call the inspector and then they will let them know (the same thing they told us on 12/1/23). By Saturday 12/8/23, the inspector approved the warranty. The car was fixed by yesterday 12/21/23. Upon picking the car up today, not one person told my husband what was fixed, what was done, or anything. Then when he goes to start his car, it won't start. They brought the jump start machine out to jump his car and the guy told him, "oh yeah, I had to jump your car to bring it up here". So you weren't going to tell us that's the battery was dead? We will NEVER come back to this establishment for anything ever again! Not even an oil change! This was the worst service we have ever had. We are honestly disgusted and disappointed. read more

I had a great experience at Andy Mohr while taking my wife's car in for an oil change. The oil change included a tire rotation, I appreciate that!!!My only complaint is the timing. It took over two hours to get an oil change but the customer service was great and they took $15 off for my inconvenience. read more

My husband uses his car for work. Last year we had a bunch of codes going off, $1600 later it was fixed. Just less then a year later same exact codes are going off. We take it over thinking it will be under warranty(they said it was a known problem with most of Cruz). Nope, after having to sit over the weekend (we had to call to find out), said it was something else, and would cost $450. We said ok. The next day, (had to call again) nothing has been done and now it's something else. They are telling a it's dangerous to drive it, even if we are driving it to another mechanic. It drove fine there. Now as I'm sitting here waiting for it I'm worried they messed something else up based on the other reviews. Oh, and we called 2 other mechanics and they quoted half the price of what they said the original problem was. read more

They did get my shifter nob - so that was great and Lanny was great for the drop and pick. I took the car in for a rattling noise which was coming from the front of the car, they changed the struts and mounts for the front but the noise is still there...replied back to Kevin's email but yet to hear a response back - that was on 12/2/19. After two weeks in - and the car was still making a rattling noise, researched it on YouTube...and took it into someone else, got it fixed. read more

My experience at Andy Mohr was great until after I went to pay. I realized they inflated the price by $300, but did not show that on the itemized receipt and said it was due to "fees". I didn't realize they had done this until after I paid. Definitely shady business dealings going on here. read more

I'd give NO stars if I could. Regret having an engine replacement done here. $4400 later, and it leaked so bad, I had to have another shop repair the shoddy work for an additional $1200. Getting the dealership to honor their warranty and refund me the extra costs was another long, drawn out headache. Then, they only gave me a partial refund for the additional cost. I should've taken my truck to the small, independent shop I'd first considered. I had thought about purchasing a new truck from here. So glad I didn't. I sent a letter to both the GM and the Parts Manager about the poor customer service I had received. Haven't heard a thing from them. This dealership has terrible customer service and awful quality control. Spend your money elsewhere. read more

Where to start... I had to put a lot of effort into trying to give these guys my business. Poor response to emails and limited call backs. At one point I had to call 6 times just to speak to someone other than the receptionist or a voicemail box in order to see if the car I wanted to put an offer on was out of service yet. They must do really well because they don't seem to care much. When I finally reached someone I discovered they had sold the car I was looking at over the weekend and never notified me. If I could rate a Zero I would. The most dishonest people I have ever dealt with in 25 years of being in business. Bought a vehicle online, received a bill of sale, paid for it (taken directly out of my account). Went to pick up the car 2 days later and was told they have no record of the vehicle and was not onsite. Was told the person I need to talk to wouldn't be back until the next day. Felt I was getting the run around so I went outside and found the vehicle in the back lot. Went inside to confront and just so happened Steve Blaskie, who I needed to talk to, showed up. Was told the vehicle was double sold, nothing they could do and I needed to leave. I'm well aware what really happened and it's boarder line fraud. read more

I had an engine replaced in a 2010 Traverse...nothing but problems every since! Every time I call they want to charge me just to look at it...even though I just picked the vehicle up 15 minutes earlier! They will always make something your fault so that they can get paid! I take it to another dealer-thats honest-I always get a different outcome! Never buy Chevrolet...its a piece of expensive junk that Im driving with horrible customer service!!!! I bought a 2012 GMC acadia about six months ago. The car started having battery issues. When I took it to them the battery was completely dead. The car would not start. This happened on a saturday evening. I was tolled to leave it and that they would look at it on Monday. I was called on Monday and was tolled that it was the battery and that it was going to cost me almost $400.00. I said ok go ahead and change the battery. I pick up the car that same day and as I am driving home it starts messing up again with the same issues. I leave the car and I am tolled that they will checked it the next day. I am left with NO car. The next morning, Matt calls me and tells me that they found that the problem is the Alternator and that it is going to cost me an EXTRA $1200.00. I decide to take the car elsewhere. I am very disappointed because first they sold me a car with battery and alternator problems. And then they are thiefs because I pay for something that was never fixed. The car is fix now thanks to another mechanic. Who did the job for lots less and was HONEST. Never will I go back or referred anyone there. Sadly I have spent almost $800. On a car that I haven't had not even a year. AND I'm still making payments on. Don't fall for the part when they tell you that the car pass the inspection and that there are no problems with it. read more

As always, I was treated good while visiting Andy Mohr Speedway for my latest service visit. What I can't take is the problem GM knows about their 5.3L motor in the trucks and SUVs that it doesn't want to repair or replace. Andy Mohr is not the problem, but GM makes it impossible for me to recommend anyone buying a vehicle with this motor. They will not even uphold their extended warranty. WATCH OUT and don't say you were not warned. read more
