Service Department guy Ron? I forgot his name. But he was incredibly rude. I called to get a simple price check on an oil change & tire rotation for my vehicle. He kept telling me, "Well the prices are on the website " I reiterated," Sir, I am not trying to be difficult but the website doesn't disclose the price. That's why I am reaching out so I know how much to have for the work needed." I had set an appointment at 2:46pm & canceled it after the call by 2:50pm.

August 5, 2025, Andy Mohr Nissan Lafayette Road : I visited the dealership this past Tuesday with the sole purpose of helping my mom buy a new car. To my surprise, Adam (the best salesman ever!) informed me that I could trade in my vehicle and help my mom get her car as well! I was incredibly grateful for this opportunity to assist her while also benefiting myself. Adam was fantastic--patient, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service. He even allowed me time to consider the deal. Ultimately, I decided to move forward with the purchase, and I was thrilled with my choice; the down payment was quite reasonable. I'm still in awe of my new vehicle, and my mom is just as excited. Adam, we are truly thankful for you and the entire Andy Mohr team! If you're in the market for a vehicle, definitely reach out to Adam; you won't be disappointed! LaTashi Brown

The sales experience was great when I bought my car. But getting my car service here has been a different experience. They go through service managers like McDonald's would employees. I had to contact Nissan several times and when I do the managers get very defensive. Then, they try to blame the customer as it's their fault. When I go to an appointment to get my oil changed it's takes two hours. I want technicians to take their time when servicing my vehicle, but two hours on a scheduled appointment is absurd. There was an issue with my ecm originally, I thought it was the transmission. They would not let me use a loaner, their excuse was there wasn't any to use. My car was under the manufacture warranty. Which, I believe a loaner is provided in that case. When I got my combination switch diagnosed and replaced; they did not put interior panels back correctly. Not only, my car was acting as the computer was destroyed. My car was showing every light. It's was pulling teeth just for them to fix it. I will not buy a vehicle or service my vehicle here.

Been a customer of El Camino (Georgetown Road) for a few years. They have great hours and service…read morehad always been top-notch. They always treated me fairly and did not try to rip off customers like other tire places. I had (notice the use of past tense) such positive experiences there that I recommended the store to several other people. Today that all changed...dramatically. I noticed one of my tires was leaking so I went to the shop at about 3:15. I got in right away. I was told that I actually needed two front tires. I agreed to that as well as an alignment and to have the tires balanced. New tires got mounted pretty quickly. Then a worker came and got my keys (actually there was already another set in the car) to do the alignment. Then I waited and waited and waited. Numerous people came in the store, had their vehicle serviced and left. Not me though. I waited, waited and waited some more. Very little communication from the El Camino staff. When I asked what was taking so long, I was told there were people ahead of me and they were "working on it." Then I waited, waited and waited some more. It got to the point that I was virtually the only one left in the waiting room. The staff had to know I was getting upset, yet they did ZERO to address my frustration. Finally, at almost 6 pm, when I had been there nearly 3 hours, I went to the desk and demanded my car back, that I would just pay for whatever work was done, and leave. That apparently sparked them to actually finish the work. I finally got the keys back 10 minutes later. I paid the bill and left. I understand that maybe the work on my vehicle "fell through the cracks" or for some reason was taking longer than expected. That happens in this line of business. But there is no excuse for the lack of communication and the unwillingness to treat a longtime customer without even a modicum of respect. They apparently didn't value my business or care that after such a poor experience I would be unlikely to ever come back and would certainly not recommend it to my friends. I would not recommend this place after what I experienced today.

My son had a slow tire leak and paid $25 to have it repaired here. He was told the issue was fixed,…read morebut just two days later the tire was completely flat. He ended up taking the car to Walmart, where they were able to properly repair the tire. When he contacted El Camino to request a refund for the unsuccessful repair, they refused. That experience was disappointing and concerning, especially since tire repairs directly affect safety. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this business for tire repairs. Instead, I suggest Discount Tire or Belle Tire. They offer free tire repairs when possible and stand behind their work.

Staff tried to talk me into replacing all tires although they had few miles and car is garage kept and out of the sun. Note; they added a "service charge" due to use of credit card - this is not posted anywhere and you only know when the bill is posted. After a long wait they said the car was ready, but it did not appear. Then someone came out to the waiting room and said they wanted to check the spare for an additional charge. The new tire appears to be properly mounted but will not use this business again.

The people working were extremely kind and treated us with a lot of respect! They took the guests that were there and the appointments over the walk ins which we appreciate because some shops prioritize the walk ins. We appreciate how the management is working here, how when a technician pulled the truck out they heard tire rub (which is normal on a 2500 sized truck with wide tires on it)but the manger immediately checked on it to make sure that everything was alright with the truck. To get all 4 tires done it took about 1 hour and 30 mins roughly which is the quickest we've had tires taken off the rim, put back on the rim and balanced! Great crew and great service!
