I wasn't originally planning on going to Yum Yo's, but after a bad experience elsewhere, I took my daughter here to perk her up and Yum Yo's successfully did that. The clerk was very friendly and helpful when telling me how to go through the process of making our bowl. There were plenty of yogurt flavors to choose from and so many toppings. My daughter and I were able to make ourselves a tasty treat and it was a very reasonable price. My kids and I were able to sit down inside comfortably and relax with our tasty food. We will definitely be coming here again if we find ourselves at the Pinnacle Mall. read more

In the Pinnacle Hills Promenade Plaza, right next to the movie theater (great location for the after-movie snack), Yum Yo's is a new concept in frozen yogurt: unlimited yogurt and unlimited toppings paid for at the scale. Start off by picking your bowl from the stack: medium and large sizes were available. Then choose your yogurt flavors from the several machines. With flavors ranging from the usual vanilla/chocolate to peanut butter all all sorts of fruits, it's a tough call. I went with the strawberry/cheesecake mix. Then the toppings. Probably like 70 of them here and these are the actual candies. Reese's Pieces and M&M's and Oreo's and Jelly Beans and nuts and pretzels and various breakfast cereals (Fruity Pebbles?). And cut up fruit like strawberries and raspberries. And cans of whipped cream. And then at the end, what massive mountain of frozen deliciousness would be complete without a couple pumps of hot fudge. When your concoction is complete, bring it to the scale where you're charged by weight. This location has more than a dozen different flavors of frozen yogurt on tap and they're always changing. Would not allow customers to use restroom even though you're paying more than eight dollars per yogurt. Very poor customer service. If you were a restaurant or serve food, you should always allow customers to use the restroom. read more

If you've been to one frozen yogurt place, you've been to them all. Yum Yo's is no different. Nothing extraordinary or special about this particular place that would make it stand out from the rest. The service was good, the establishment was clean and the section of toppings for the yogurt was on par with many other similar establishments. No. This place is not good! Me and my friend went here for a little cooling off one day. We thought, "yeah okay. I like frozen yogurt" But it isn't frozen yogurt. It's like....a slushy! And I think every flavor is sugar free, which means it's made with aspartame and has a really bad aftertaste. And the worst part, THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE CHOCOLATE&VANILLA SWIRL! I can look past the fact that the yogurt is over-priced if it were not for the curt teenagers working at the shop. I was with my two young kids at Yum Yo's and half-way through the $12 ice cream, they had to go to the restroom. When I asked where the bathroom was, I was told that they did not have one. Which surprised me, since most food establishments provide restrooms for their customers. So I asked the employees where they go when nature calls. Their response: "We have a bathroom but it's not for the customers." So pretty much we had to zip out is the shop to find my two kids a facility they can go to. Yum Yo's ice cream is no different than that of TCBY or Orange Leaf. And in my experience, their staff is much friendlier than the staff that I encountered tonight. This is the best froyo shop in town! When you walk in, the store is super bright and fun with orange and blue decorations and happy, smiling employees. They have a big selection of flavors that they switch out often, so it's never boring. Then you get to add your own toppings so you can get as much or as little as you want! Tonight I got this lemonade froyo with colorful mochi rice topping, and it tastes as good as it looks. I get something different every time I go, but it's always delicious because the yogurt is so good and the toppings are always fresh! read more

Great fro-yo. Of the now saturated market of self-serve frozen yogurt places in northwest Arkansas, I rank them like this: 1a - Orange Leaf 1b - Yum Yos 3 - all the rest. Orange Leaf and Yum Yos are very comparable in quality, service, atmosphere and options. The yogurt is always consistent and delicious. I believe they have about 12 flavors. Yum Yos has more toppings than most other joints, including my wife's personal favorite, hot fudge. It's also a little easier to get the toppings because they are set up buffet style with access on both sides. Most of the frozen yogurt places bottleneck at the toppings. If there is a knock, it is the frequency of flavor changes. They often have the same things. Gets dull after a while. In response to the previous negative post: I have been there on two occasions where 1 of the flavors was runny. The machine or mix was off. We've found that to be very rare, and not limited to Yum Yos. And I too hate the taste of artificial sugar. There may be some "light" flavors that contain it, but i don't believe the rest do. At least, I haven't notice. Could be. If you know, do tell. read more
