They have a wide selection of ice creams, including some dairy free options which is why we went today because my wife has to avoid cow dairy for our infant. The ice cream was nothing special. My wife said her dairy free option was "just okay". Due to it being so close I'm sure we will visit again and give it another go. Wasn't very busy for a grand opening, but they had 6 people working. The chairs inside were old, dingy and dirty. I assume they're from brack shack, which is connected. For having 6 people working in a small shop you'd think they could stay on top of cleaning the tables. The only one available at the time had melted ice cream on it. The peanut butter cupcake was not good. Purely chocolate, minimally if any peanut butter taste. The topping practically fell off by the time I made it to the car to try it.

This place is super cute inside too. They have 4 or 5 tables, and some stools near the front. There was only one person working, but he did a good job getting everyone's order & making everything in fairly good time. I also wasn't in a hurry though. They take ice cream, place it on a super cold plate which is likely powered to freeze, spread it out real thin, then use something similiar to a paint scraper or 1 1/2" putty knife and slowly push the ice cream fwd on a freezing plate causing it to roll. They continue to the other side of a the plate making 1 roll. They repeat the process stacking them side by side in a cup till its full and put on toppings to complete the creation. Its really Yum! They do another odd offering- an ice cream "burrito" or ice cream nachos. The burrito is literally ice cream wrapped in cotton candy, and the machines are ice cream with waffle cones pieces as the chips. Both extremely sugary but could be fun once in awhile.
