We wanted to get rid of our tired, builder installed ubatuba granite tops and basic backsplash with a refreshed quartz product to modernize our open concept kitchen and island. Anthony the owner of APlus Marble was one of the first people we contacted and he was out to quote within a few days, complete with samples on hand for us to try and visualize the space. His pricing was fair, competitive if not slightly above a few other quotes we received. What I appreciated was Anthony's promptness on follow up questions and scheduling. We ultimately committed to using APlus Marble for our remodel and are very happy with the outcome (see the before and after pic!). The demolition and install crews were very clean and made sure to mask off the space so that we didn't get dust or debris over our living room area. There were a few measurement gaffes with the original quote, but Roman the project manager was thoughtful in bringing them to my attention and working through the measurement changes so that I was happy with what they were templating. Due to the pandemic and other scheduling issues, we took a big leap of faith and let Anthony select the Quartz slabs from MSI in Hayward. He did a great job picking 2 slabs with great uniform veining and that fit our kitchen configuration perfectly. He also made great recommendations on going with a thicker mitered edge that would enhance the modern vibes we were going for. On install day, the crew was again timely and made quick work of the install. I did have to remind them about installing some hidden metal supports for our island since we were deleting the corbels. Again, a small gaffe but they were quick to adapt, source the missing parts and keep the project on schedule. In the end we are extremely happy with our finished kitchen by APlus Marble and wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend Anthony and his team for your next counter top needs! Thanks again!!

We met Steve Benson of Modesto Kitchen and Bath with a lot of anguish and frustration in our hearts. We started the whole house remodel by putting in French doors from the master bedroom out to the back yard. Steve was a good listener and always encouraged us to call, text, email or drop by his showroom at anytime. He and his staff were honest and open with us and kept us moving forward. Their capacity to understand our dreams was their greatest strength. Steve was the first one to be so positive and show us we could take out walls and totally remodel the smaller family, kitchen and dining rooms into a great room with a huge island. It has turned out to be such a fun space for family and friends. The bathrooms are amazing! We really had a clean slate to work with because Steve gave us the idea of totally removing the old bathroom so we could dream up the best possible plan. There were some challenging times as we talked about what we might do, but he was always willing to take the time we needed and guide us through the decisions necessary to make up our own minds. The entire master bath totally rocks! It has a handicap, no barrier shower that is so beautiful and stunning. Every towel bar is also a grab bar because Steve and his staff researched the possibilities and found perfectly matching towel bars to coordinate with our other fixtures. She took measurements and said that our granite countertops were good as were our cabinets so we chose to paint our cabinets and add new hardware with several pull out drawers. We also went with newer type flooring they offered. A hybrid core laminate/vinyl. We put flooring throughout the house. This took only 2 weeks and the team was great. Casey the owner, project manager, was on top of everything. We really appreciated that! We couldn't be happier with the final project.

Guess if you don't choose them to your project, then they don't care about professionalism or good customer service. Jose answered quickly via Yelp messaging with a quote and availability. He was on time and the price was very reasonable. He did a great job straightening out the cabinets I messed up and installing the rest of the cabinet handles. I also had him install two medicine cabinets recessed into the wall in my bathroom which turned out great. When he was done he made sure he cleaned up after cutting into the wall to put in the cabinets. I wouldn't hesitate to call Jose again for any work I need done. I think I'll call him back for some concrete work in my backyard when I'm ready.
