At 5 pm they said 45 min. At 6 pm they said 45 min. At 7 pm they said 10 min. Car got dropped off at 7:45 at the repair shop. Nice. Oh and all the while I left the car in there with the key in it so they can put it in neutral.... So my car sat in a parking lot in Ocean County for 6 hours with the keys in it. 100 degrees out. Can you imagine if I was actually on the side of the road waiting? I will 1000% never use this company again and..... I'll make it a point to tell anyone how bad they really are. We called another local towing place and was told the wait was at least an hour. An hour and a half later they had not showed so we called Vinny at petro. Thank goodness! He showed up before the first towing company and went above and beyond to help us get back on the road. He watched YouTube videos with us and successfully got the job done.
