He let me do my thing, and about 35 minutes later I came back to him and he was happy to help me. They fell short of 5 stars, not because of customer service, that was pretty on par. Their pricing was a bit off, and I had to ask the manager for a breakdown of my pricing three times before he actually brought it to me. Since it went through the windshield in addition to the other body damage (Hood, roof, A pillar, mirror, fender), I couldn't drive it to them. They arranged towing, picked it up, brought it to the shop, arranged my rental car, and I was on my way while they worked. All I had to do was make 1 call to initiate the claim with insurance and they did all the administration from there. I never once had to deal with the insurance company, they did all the work.I got regular updates as the they went through the steps, so I knew exactly where everything stood. Turnaround was very quick, right on track with their initial estimate. I was blown away with how great it looked when I got it back. Since I originally had a ceramic paint treatment coating, once the body work was done they sent it through their Color Correctors shop to restore the coating so everything matched perfectly. I've not had my truck look this nice in a few years now- I've not been able to get it back to this level myself. 6 years old, looks effectively like new! So happy! And I didn't even have to arrange rental car return. Traded keys for mine and was on my way! They took the stress out of an otherwise stressful situation while restoring my truck to frankly better shape than it was in before the incident.
