do not use this place, they are not good people. charged me for engine mounts after an oil change…read more 6 months later i drop off for an oil change, i leave and all my headlights and blinkers dont work. they refused any blame and didnt take any accountability. on top of that they tried to sell me engine mounts again for another 2300 dollars. i told him you already charged me for that last time, he says they are shot and i dont see it in the system??? what? 2 oil changes, 1st one cost 2300 for work that either wasnt done or was done terribly. 2nd oil change(200 dollars mind you) destroyed my whole electrical system and than played dumb. i also asked what happened to his prior workers who sold me the engine mount. he said they got fired for stealing 12 grand from him. seems like a theme at this place, just screwing people over left and right and not doing the right thing ever. take your car anywhere else. their prices are outrageous, their work is horrific and they lie/have 0 accountability. UPDATE: to respond to the comment below. I brought my car in just to get a quote. I explained this when I arrived and asked if they could give me an estimate. They looked at the car for maybe five minutes and then quoted me $1,600 for the job. They also asked for an $800 deposit upfront. I thought that was a pretty large deposit, but since I planned on getting the work done there, I paid it and scheduled the repair for later in the week. The next day I heard some negative things about the shop and it made me uncomfortable moving forward. I called the owner, Mo, and asked if I could cancel the appointment and get my $800 deposit back. Right away he became defensive and told me I couldn't cancel and that the deposit was non-refundable. After going back and forth for a bit he hung up on me. When I called back, he said he would give me $600 back instead of the full $800 and that I would have to come to the shop to pick it up in cash. I went there in person to try to talk things through and ask why I couldn't get the full amount back, especially since no work had been done on my car. Instead of explaining, he started yelling and said that by canceling I was taking money out of his pocket. I stayed calm and just repeated that I was asking for my deposit back since no services were performed. He eventually told me to leave and continued saying they don't give refunds. So in the end, no work was done on my vehicle and they are still keeping my $800 deposit. The way this situation was handled felt extremely unprofessional and frustrating. At this point I may have to consider small claims court to try to recover my deposit. I'm sharing my experience so others can be aware before deciding to bring their vehicle here. After this happened I also went back and looked through the previous 5-star reviews on this page. Many of them seemed very generic and were all posted within about a two-week period, which made them seem questionable to me. I would encourage people to read through all the reviews carefully before choosing this shop.
