The staff here are friendly and accommodating! They even have a bar area you can purchase alcoholic drinks. The staff also remember who you are and asks me frequently about my family that have came with me in the past. I always feel valued as a customer at Pretty Nails! I've been going to this salon alone for over a year and I don't plan to leave anytime soon! This is the first salon I've found in my almost ten years that checks ALL the boxes for me. They are fairly busy but as long as you make a scheduled appointment online you should get in quickly.

I also recently got builder gel removed and OUCH. The guy removing the gel drilled too far down on all of my nails. Every single one is red and brittle. 3 weeks later and they still hurt. I can't put any sort of pressure on my nail, can't submerge them in hot water, or open anything that requires nail strength. It hurts. I'll have to wait a couple months for the nail to completely grow out to be able to get them done again, unfortunately.
