I LOVE this salon! They do fabulous work, are very timely, polite, and the salon is clean! They offer builder gel which is something I don't see at many salon. I've even put my sisters and grandmother on to Pretty Nails. No matter what staff member is working on my nails, they always take care when doing my nails and they frequently ask how you're doing or if the nails are to your liking! The staff here are friendly and accommodating! They even have a bar area you can purchase alcoholic drinks. The staff also remember who you are and asks me frequently about my family that have came with me in the past. I always feel valued as a customer at Pretty Nails! I've been going to this salon alone for over a year and I don't plan to leave anytime soon! This is the first salon I've found in my almost ten years that checks ALL the boxes for me. They are fairly busy but as long as you make a scheduled appointment online you should get in quickly. read more

This salon is really hit or miss. The service is amazing! Everyone is super nice and helpful. However, the quality varies. Sometimes my nails were ok, other times...not so much. I also recently got builder gel removed and OUCH. The guy removing the gel drilled too far down on all of my nails. Every single one is red and brittle. 3 weeks later and they still hurt. I can't put any sort of pressure on my nail, can't submerge them in hot water, or open anything that requires nail strength. It hurts. I'll have to wait a couple months for the nail to completely grow out to be able to get them done again, unfortunately. read more

Some of the prettiest nails I've gotten in a while! I got gel mani and pedi; and both my toes nail and finger nails exceed my expectations! I asked for some fun nail art for the summer time, and showed her a picture for reference, and they came out super cute! She was also able to clean up my awful cuticles. Down side is that the wait time may be a bit long, but definitely worth the wait! But they provide complimentary drinks! read more

Pros: Beautiful, clean vibe in the building! Tons of great color choices! Love that they have a reward program! They always have availability for walk-ins! Super quick service and I loved the shape of my nails! Cons: I asked for dip. She pulled out acrylic... I corrected her, not a big deal. But this seemed to be an ongoing trend for every thing I asked for. I'd say one thing, they'd do something else, and I'd have to correct them. Not a big deal. Just annoying. The real issue was with the QUALITY of nails. Not even 24 hours of getting my nails done they start chipping. The tips of my nails weren't painted entirely so it looked like they were chipped to begin with. They didn't cut back my cuticles at all. They didn't make my nails the same length. The bottom of the dip that was on my nail started lifting after a few days. Maybe it wouldn't have been SO bad if they weren't that expensive. But I paid $65 BEFORE tip. The price was definitely not worth the quality of nails I got. The picture of my nails is after only one week of having them. Normally dip nails last me 3 weeks.... I really liked the aesthetic of this place and I would love to return once the integrity of the dip improves! read more

Love this salon. Prior to this, I have never found a nail salon that I am in love with and want to consistently go to. However, I have now gone there for acrylic full set, sculpted gel manicure/fills, and a pedicure and all of the services I have gotten have been amazing. Great atmosphere and employees! This place is the worst! This was my first & LAST time going to this place. Had an appointment was 5 mins early. The had me sit in the waiting area. Then 20 mins later moved me to the nail bar. A guy set an ice cold bowl of water & told me to soak 1 hand. Which I did for the next 15-20 mins. Then he sat down and literally cut my cuticles down to the point that they hurt. He then did the same to my other hand. I sat another 15-20 mins until a lady came-she never sat down & was not nice at all. She wanted to use the Dremel & I told her no. I had regular clear polish on which I had told the guy & her. She didn't believe me & asked the tech next to her a question (in their own language-which I think is rude-we speak English in America!). The tech told her to use the polish remover. She then cut my nails after I told her to just file them a little. Had to let her cut them all so they would be the same short length. I pick a gel color & after I left I noticed bumps & polish runs on all my nails. I was there just under 2 hours. I made a appointment because I needed to be somewhere after-I was extremely late because of the length of time I spent at this shop. Do not waste your time or money on this nail salon! terrible!! came in told me to sit down when asked for pedicure. the older lady came out, unfriendly. brought over the dremel and I said I was just getting regular polish so didn't need that. she still did it anyway. cut my big toe, was super rough and rude. I had to tell her to stop a couple of times because she was killing my toes. I thought I was going to have a nice experience but it was the opposite. didn't even get asked what services I wanted, nothing. I wanted to leave half way through but I don't think anyone would have understood me. read more
