Really glad that we hired Matt to clean our couch and the carpet in our 3-story townhouse. He did a fantastic job and charged an affordable and fair price. We did a move out carpet cleaning in July. the final price is almost 50% more than the quote. the carpet is still not cleaned well. Matt said he could patch the areas with stains which he was unable to clean despite of the extra charge, we followed up with him in August but could not arrange the patching since he will be travelling for the next two weeks . so we waited after he comes back home. in September we are trying to contact him again but he never comes back with a date. we ended up replacing the carpet. read more

This was for a rental house which was totally vacant so no furniture to move or anything. 6 rms, plus hall, about 1400 sq ft of carpet. He showed up a few min early, I got started right away. There is some minor food spotting in the family room area and He's staying of makeup or something in the master bedrm. He got started right away and finished in about 90 minutes. Matt did an excellent job on our move-out carpet clean. He was able to get almost every stain out of our carpet. Most of the stains on the carpet were actually from the movers who had tracked a ton of dirt on to the carpets that didn't come out with a thorough vacuum (so I was a little worried). Some of the dirt stains from the movers were very dark gray stains on a light beige carpet, and it seemed that the stains were a little bit wet, which is probably why the vacuum cleaner didn't remove them. Matt was able to get ALL of those stains out. What a relief. He was also able to remove a couple of stains where our cat had thrown up furballs and other stuff. We had tried our best to get those stains out but we had been unable to do so. The only stain that he wasn't able to remove was the stain from the day that I unfortunately spilled my prune juice while doing a juice cleanse/juice fast (being that hungry sometimes makes me clumsy, although I'm not usually clumsy overall). That stain is really old and I didn't expect for it to come all the way out, so I didn't mind that. We would absolutely use Matt's business again. The work done was very high quality, and the price was very reasonable. We're very happy and we feel grateful for this business. read more

I called All Star to price our carpet cleaning. I wanted to avoid the Groupon cleaners with poor reviews, and I figure you get what you pay for. They scheduled me about a week out from my call. I mentioned over the phone that I wanted to get my air ducts clean prior to my carpets, and they mentioned they did that too, for a couple hundred less than some high end quotes, so we agreed to a price and I booked ducts and carpet cleaning. Matt came out the first day and got the ducts and furnace cleaned out - I'm sure there was plenty of gunk in there. Took him about 4 hours. He came back the next day and cleaned all the carpets in my tri-level house, along with the stairs, 2 couches and a recliner.
