This is the 1st time I've used Anderson. They charged me $315 to clean 2 rooms & a spiral stair of berber carpet . The technician arrived at 12:13 and drove away at 1:00. The invoice said his end time was 2:00. His machine only ran for 23 mins. He left water on the walls and window sills of the stair well and didn't do the closets. I've managed apartments for 30+ years and never has anyone done that size unit in less than an hour. After the carpet had dried I went in and vacuumed it just to see how long that would take. It was 19 minutes and I removed about 2 cups of dirt & fuss. When I called Liza and questioned her about it, she said that the technician had 25 years experience and because of his expertise he could do it faster than other professionals. He was able to do a "deep, professional cleaning" in 4 minutes more time than it takes to vacuum. Amazing. I've been mowing my lawn for 25 years and it still takes as long as the first time I did it. They processed my living room, two bedrooms, staircase, and loft in less than two hours and it had almost literally not effect on the carpet's very light stains. Lisa, the owner, was very responsive when I first reached out, but slowed in responding to my texts as soon as the appointment was over. Honestly I'm disturbing that I had someone who had so little self respect for their work inside my home. Update: I asked for a full refund since Anderson did not render the intended service. Fantastic service...the real deal! Called them in a panic after another carpet cleaner used deodorizer on our wool carpets. The smell permeated the entire house and just wouldn't let up. We have a newborn and couldn't chance him breathing in chemicals. Anderson was out within 24 hours and used steam to rinse the carpet 3 times, removing the leftover deodorizer and other residue that the first cleaner left behind. The exhausting smell is gone! We're just a small job but person who scheduled for us answered many questions about how the cleaning process works and what I can expect to come out versus not. They actually tried to set a lot of expectations around what might still be there after a deep clean but all the stains and the smells I was worried about as gone regardless so they underpromised and overdelivered! I scheduled a different carpet cleaning company to come out, had spent all day moving everything off the carpet, they came over and told me they couldn't clean my carpets because they were "too dirty." I noticed Lisa's van (Anderson Carpet Cleaning) was across the street and asked if they had time to come to my house when they were done at the neighbors because everything was already off the carpet and I was desperate to just have mine cleaned. He was running late for the scheduled appointment time but had the courtesy to call me and provide a new ETA. He did arrive in advance of the new ETA. We walked around the house to see the areas needing carpet cleaning. He prepped and completed the cleaning in time estimate provided. During the cleaning, he pointed out one "problem area" and I acknowledged it would be difficult to get perfect. We have older carpets and had been negligent on routine carpet cleaning scheduling. Very quick to schedule an appointment, staff was friendly and accommodating. Technician arrived on time, was only there for 45 minutes. After he left we discovered water in our storage area that was soaking a rug and our couch we had put in there while the cleaning was happening. I was put in contact with a supervisor after calling their office, only to be brushed off multiple times. I asked to speak to her boss repeatedly, who finally called me a week after the cleaning. She would not acknowledge there employee caused any damage or the possibility that they could have spilt water. Even after issuing a partial refund she was still unwilling to admit any wrong doing. I rarely give reviews however I had to leave one for this one so that people do not lose money when hiring their services. I had booked their services for a property of mine that was vacant. I really don't know if the technician did any work because every spot, pet hair was there as is and there was no difference. You need to pay additional for spot treatment. I was told we need to vacuum before they arrive which we did as part of deep cleaning. I then had to hire another company ( did more research) to cleanup after the work done by Anderson and they were able to get every pet hair and spot removed without any additional cost. Their work was so impressive that even my tenant took not of their company details. Their standard treatment was more than enough to clean the carpet. I spend close to $400 with Anderson and got only $100 refunded back. I would strongly advice anyone looking for carpet cleaning services to stay away from Anderson carpet cleaning. My review is not to market any other company but to let people know there are companies that provide way better service and guarantee coming back for free if we are not happy with their service. The result I got from Andersons services was same as vacuuming the carpet myself. read more

We've used them at 3 different houses (2 we lived in and cleaned for a sale, and our current home) and they've earned our loyalty and trust even if another company beat their price by half. Although the chairs were okay, I'm having to have my faucet replaced as a result of them trying to rig water from my bath faucet. Anderson Carpet Cleaning was great! Travis came out in a timely manner, cleaned all our carpets and special treated various areas. Some of the stains reappeared after the carpet dried (which is a common occurrence depending on the spot). Travis came back out and took care of those areas promptly. I'm still trying to figure out if this is the same Anderson Carpet Cleaning I used for my townhouse, since the phone number and address on the business card is different. But the website is the same so I guess it's the right place. I hired Anderson to clean the carpet on my rental property before putting it on the real estate market. After three years lease and a move-out, the carpet has quite a few dirty spots and some coffee/wine stains. The guy showed up with a big truck with all the pipes, hoses and equipment's. He was very nice adjusting his parking position in front of my townhouse, so it won't block any of my neighbor's driveway. It took him about 1.5 ~2 hrs for the whole process from setting up all the pipes to pack up. Their steaming cleaning did a great job cleaning all the dirty spots and stains and made the carpet looks new. My selling agent was impressed by their work, too. We've recommended Anderson to a friend and they have good feedback as well. read more

We has a crisis and Anderson saved the day! We were getting our carpets cleaned because guests were coming so we moved all our furniture, then the company we originally hired cancelled. Apparently, their equipment broke, they couldn't come until the following week and no one was returning my calls. I called Anderson in tears and they were there the next day! Jose cleaned our carpets and the difference was amazing! Stains I never thought would get clean were gone and our rug almost looked new. Lisa is a gem. I decided that the carpets needed cleaning and called them up for an estimate. Lisa asked the square footage of the house and how many flights of stairs. She then gave me an over the phone quote. THEN she told me about a special they were having. I signed up right away (having used this company in the past). She scheduled me right away! Henry arrived promptly as scheduled and went to work. In two and a half hours he had the whole house done (living room, family room, 5 bedrooms, hallway, stairs and dining room. He carefully put bumpers on the corners of the hallways, put plastic under the legs of the tables and chairs and answered all my questions. The carpets dried in the time he said they would (about 8 hours in December). But best of all - they look FANTASTIC. Don't hesitate to call them.
