    Angel Nails!

Angel listened to everything I said and did a great job. She also does one use nail files, which is the law but not done by any of the salons I have been in Oceanside .. nail fungus is no fun.

The sky's the limit with Angel's creativity and imagination. I was introduced to her by my cousin and sister who both frequent her and now have become a regular myself. I admired how precise she was with any designs made on their nails and how she was able to duplicate every picture they asked her to do on their own. She's definitely a perfectionist. She's about a 40 min. drive from me but totally worth it. Never have I been disappointed with any of the work she has done on my nails. It's come to the point where I just sit down and tell her to just work her magic. I receive compliments on my nails EVERY time.

Pedicure i absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE MY PEDICURE!! Every time I see my toes I get so happy! thank you angel for my pedicure

These are what I refer to as "Angel Nails" and they speak for themselves!!

There's no one else I'd trust with my nails other than Angel!!!! When I first began seeing her a few years ago when she still worked in a salon (before going independent), after I'd seen how she had done her own nails, she would inspire me to do something even more creative, which we now refer to as "Angel nails!" And when I say "we," I mean she does my entire family's nails!!! ‍ Her nail art speaks for itself!! You can bring an idea to Angel and what she comes up with will be so much more fantastic!! We've done everything from glow in the dark and colored acrylic, to chrome, holographic, hand mixed "Angel glitter," sea shells and stamps. Her pricing is also very reasonable compared to the typical nail salons that want to nickel and dime you for everything. Go see Angel and you'll love her just as much as I do!!! She's amazing and her talents unparalleled!!!!

Stayed in a room in the Tower, and probably would have preferred one in the Villas for an additional cost. The room was a corner unit and larger than I expected with a view of the vineyard. The amenities were decent with a Keurig coffee maker, mini fridge, desk area, loveseat and king bed. Would have been nice to have a robe. Nice balcony, and actually saw a hot air balloon land in the nearby parking lot! Pool area was decent with lots of lounge chairs and a few cabanas. They do have room service, plenty of parking, on-site spa (did not try), and a wine tasting room (did not try) near the restaurant ... separated from the hotel. The decor in the lobby area is a little dated, but neat and clean -- front desk staff were very friendly.

He went through his little tutorial of each wine, what was in it, what you could smell or taste. My daughter asked him about stronger wine's which he was happy to go into detail about. Oh and the little shareable menu please try their homemade hummus. It was delicious. I will be coming back here for our anniversary to stay at one of the villa's. And don't forget to stop in the gift shop there were so many cute things in there.

One important tip: try your best to arrive before 2:45 PM--and honestly, even that may be cutting it close. On my most recent visit, I checked in around 2:40 PM and was informed that they wouldn't be able to accommodate me that day. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, though, and they referred me to another nearby location. Unfortunately, when I arrived there, the line was even longer, and they were unable to fit me in as well. Despite that experience, I still prefer getting my labs done at this Walgreens because the process is usually quick and efficient. Check-in is simple, and when timing works out, I'm generally in and out without any hassle. A few helpful tips for first-time visitors..... -Bring your photo ID and insurance card. -If you have a lab requisition from your physician, bring it with you. -If your provider submitted the order electronically, they can typically pull it up in their system. I've never had any issues receiving my lab results, and the staff have always been professional and courteous. My only suggestion would be to consider accommodating patients who have already checked in before the cutoff time, especially those who arrive before the 15-minute mark leading up to closing. It can be disappointing to complete the check-in process only to learn there isn't enough time to be seen. Overall, this is still one of my preferred locations for lab work because of the friendly staff and efficient service. If you're in the area and need labs done, just plan to arrive early and you should have a smooth experience. As always, you can thank me later!

I understand they were short staff but it would have been nice to not have to wait that long. I have to say though they were very nice to me and I was very patient.

She never explained that the result would look completely different from the photo. I ended up with something nothing like what I asked for and still paid $150 for it. When I expressed my concerns, she said it was "pretty," but that doesn't change that it wasn't what I requested. She offered for me to come back, but after this experience, the trust isn't there. She also required me to pay through Venmo as a Friends payment even though this was a business service, which leaves customers without any protection. If this happens to you, you can report it directly to Venmo, and you can submit concerns about improper business practices through the IRS's public tip form.(IRS Form 3949-A -- Information Referral) Based on my experience, I wouldn't return.

I was simply picking them up for a family member. When I got to the staff at the pharmacy register, I greeted them and then stated if I can purchase a bag of insulin syringes for my family member. I was looked up and down by the employee, who then walked over to the pharmacist. He came back and told me they couldn't sell the syringes to me unless I had that family member's prescription. I wasn't there to debate policies -- I was doing a favor for a diabetic family member and felt completely judged and dismissed in the process. Feeling embarrassed and confused, I checked Walgreens' website outside, and sure enough -- it says in plain English that in California, syringes can be sold over the counter without a prescription, up to 30 units. I went back in and spoke to a manager, showed them the policy, and all they could do was point to the small print that says it's "ultimately up to the pharmacist's discretion." Here's the bigger issue: this location is surrounded by a large homeless population, and I understand the concern about selling syringes to individuals struggling with addiction. But even denying clean needles to addicts does more harm than good. A policy like this, when enforced without context or compassion, isn't protective -- it's dangerous. This pharmacist has either deprived a diabetic of life-saving medical supplies, or pushed a desperate addict closer to sharing a potentially disease-infected syringe just to survive another day. Either way, it's a failure in basic public health ethics. Denial doesn't stop drug use -- it just makes it riskier and more inhumane. If Walgreens wants to empower its pharmacists to make case-by-case decisions, fine -- but don't advertise clear and accessible over-the-counter availability if the actual in-store experience is entirely different. This experience was humiliating, harmful, and disappointing.
