Just came here for the first tome today and the service here was honestly good. Everyone was personable and accommodating. It was a quick gel pedicure than I'm used to but maybe it just flew by. I loved the massage option while getting my UV Gel manicure done and definitely would recommend. Unfortunately the quality of my nails wasn't as expected. The artistry was good and she stayed true to the design I requested so I appreciate that greatly but I wish I payed more attention to what I missed. I had a lot of clean up to do afterwards, I could see through the gel nail polish on areas, things caught in the polish, and there were bubbles. I'd honestly still give this place another chance, I'll just pay closer attention and look at the nails closely for bubbles, gaps, debris, and loose nail from filing. I usually am shy to complain during the process because nail techs have given me push back before. Hopefully they're just as accommodating if someone speak up at this location, especially cause some people paying $115 plus $20 tip like I did.

Really like this place! The space is clean and cutely decorated and the Manicurists really take their time. Definitely call ahead because they're appointment only, but it's worth it!! If you're going to get nail art, ask for Zoey -- she's super sweet and very talented. My nail art came out really delicate and pretty.

This place is great- clean, precise, appointments are on schedule, and they have many holiday themed nail art to try out. You have to wear a mask when inside, so be prepared for that. At the end of the nail appointment, you are given exfoliating soap gel to wash off at the communal sink located in the nail care section of the salon so you leave with your hands looking great and clean.

$62 dip powder with coffin shaped tips and design Done by jaden

My first dip powder manicure from here lasted almost 4 weeks :) came back for another dip powder manicure and Jaden did an amazing job again! They don't charge for soaking off previous manicures which i really like and appreciate. I was able to get $3 off because i paid in cash the previous time, getting 5% back. The service here is great and definitely good quality if my manicure can last that long. I showed Jaden some example photos of what i wanted the last time and this time, and he replicated them perfectly!

Found these guys on Groupon, and purchased a set of 3 gel manicures with spa pedicure in April. Since the terms of the Groupon indicated services are appointment only I tried to secure appointments with them a handful of times. They were usually booked solid so I just let the Groupon sit. As May was approaching an end, I called another 3 times and finally was able to get an appointment at 4pm on Saturday before Memorial Day. (Same reason we decided to avoid travel when our plans were to go to South Carolina originally) I arrived 20 mins late due to weekend holiday traffic but contacted them ahead of time to let them know I was on the way. Upon arrival I waited an additional 40 mins before being helped. I mentioned I had gel nails so it needed soaking for removal but they seemed unbothered. Zoey eventually asked me to sit down so she can help with removing the gel nails. She used her nail tool to buff the top layer and wrapped my nails in foil. Great tip!! That made soaking off easier. The spa pedicure was great, and came out very nicely. To save on time, they devised a make shift manicure by working simultaneously with my pedicure. Emma struggled with doing my nails at the pedicure station because it is uncomfortable for her. I wasn't thrilled about receiving my manicure on the pedicure station and balancing the ice machine on my lap either but compromised. Hearing them talk about rushing made me uneasy. They live in Flushing, Queens and were eager to leave. I didn't care about the poorly applied polish or the manicure. Nor did I get upset when my finger was cut. Hey...these things can happen when you rush. If they started working on me when I arrived, I believe I wouldn't have been second to last to leave. I left before 6pm. Pretty speedy and careless. So it took them less than an hour to do both my so pedicure and gel nails. Upon redeeming my groupon I was informed it needs to be used before 6/8/19 as that's when it expires. Emma suggested bringing a friend the next time so I can redeem both sets next time. I called ahead and made an appointment letting zoey know I had to use two before 6/8/19 and will be bringing my daughter. I agreed to any time slot they had. When we got there today, we were half an hour early. I observed more walk ins than appointments and thought it was strange. I asked if they take walk ins and was informed they prefer appointments. Ok, I can see how that would be the preferred way to do business. My daughter had her spa pedicure and gel manicure done fairly quickly. While I completed the top coat the attendants were quite pushy on having me pick a design for my nails. I wasn't really feeling it and declined. The manicurist then begins to show me designs and glitter flakes. Then as I was considering, she then tells me to search my phone for pictures. I realize they probably would like me to get a design so I agree. The male technician was helpful in showing me a binder of stickers. I didn't see any that popped out to me so I showed them a daisy design on a yellow background. It came out really nice! I preferred more of a matte finish, and my technician said it's a top polish she can put on easily for an extra $5. She told me my total would be $95 and if I pay in cash it's an additional 10% off. I refrain from the $5 matte polish as I had $20 cash on me reserved for gratuity ($5 for each service...2 spa pedicures and 2 gel manicures). I was also told I cannot use my Groupon. When I explained I made the appointment indicating the Groupon, and again when I walked in and again when I had my spa pedicure she tells me she can let me use one. I politely explain this is not correct. Zoey then states she is aware and her employee adjusted her stance thus allowing use of Groupon. I was not expecting the nail design to be $5/each which then left me with $10 cash to tip the technicians. I had the cash on the table to avoid fumbling for it when I got my nails done (without 10%) and said I'd pay on the card so I can tip them $20. The technician was reluctant to accept credit so proceeded to give me change. This left me with $10 to tip. Overall, they are nice people. They did a nice job and I would have made them a more permanent place to visit for my nails but I think I would pass on them after this visit. Sadly, they are a bit pushy, and disgruntled. I can only suspect using a Groupon impaired my experience. If I paid full price they may have been more attentive, I really don't know. I have received mixed experiences redeeming with Groupon, so I try to call ahead before purchasing as many places will honor Groupon price. In the end it's just not worth it for me to go through this again.

You have to try this nail salon, I highly recommend it! This was my first time here and I am now a forever customer. I showed a picture of the design and style that I was looking for and my nail technician made my nails look even better then the photo I showed him! All of the employees are extremely sweet and very accommodating. I got a full set put on and a pedicure. They have a wide variety of colors, the most I've ever seen in any nail salon.

I saw their Facebook page and knew I had to come here for my wedding nails! I asked for French ombré and was not disappointed at all. I showed them an inspiration picture and they modified it to even better. I got so many compliments on them!

I absolutely LOVEEEE this place the staff is very nice and they're very efficient and on time. They stand by their appointment time which I can not stress how much I appreciate !!! The massages never disappoint either. There's a parking lot in the back which makes life so much easier and it's always clean ! Look how beautifully shaped my nails are!! And the nude color you have to come here is the bottom line. I'm so happy I live 5 mins from here now lol

My chipped nails with opaque coloring

I don't know what happened to this business but it went very down hill. I have been a customer here for over a year and recently the store must have gone into new management or something because they prices went up distinctively. I get dip powder gel everytime and they have stopped doing three coats!!!!!! My nails chipped so easily after the first day and my whole tip fell off a couple days later after doing little activity. These nails were $60. Like what.... Usually it would be $45 for a french powder set + tips. I'm so disappointed, I miss the old owner and nail tech that would do my nails!

Made an appointment again but ended up not getting started on for over 45 minutes. When I walked in I was a bit grossed out by the sewage smell that never went away. I asked the head lady in charge if they had the color I showed her on my phone...she said yes. I finally get Lisa who asks why I'm getting powder and tells me UV gels better and kept asking why I don't get it instead...I said I'll look into it if it's healthy or not...she persisted...I declined repeatedly..she started laughing and talking to the technician next to her-all I could make out was uv and powder in what sounded like a complaining, condescending tone. (The first time the leading lady tried to convince me to get gel as well but in a much nicer way-so it appears they don't like doing powder and removing it) Once she's done removing my last manicure she pulls out uv gloves and tries to put them on my hands...I asked her if she was going to do UV gel anyway even though I said no....she says yes, I tell her no, she starts complaining again in her language to the technicians near her. I had to ask if she knew how to do powder as I was beginning to get worried. After 2 hours the end result was fine, but in a color other than what I asked for and I'll probably have to go get them redone. So Be warned if you do go here...make sure you get gel! (And bring a translator) *also know they do not give complimentary massages while your nails dry as most other salons in the area do, instead they have a man who asks you if you want a massage, starts and then tells you the fee. Thankfully I picked up on this from seeing him do this to others before he got to me.

They have a great selection of colors and products. They get very busy so if you have a favorite technician, appointments are best. They run on time, which in my experience is unusual. They use air filtration, which is important to our health and proper sanitization techniques - all very important to me. Parking is relatively easy. All in all, great Nail Salon!

I said no way am I paying that. She said "it's more than just cutting, I have to file them too..." Well yeah, that is part of the manicure/fill in process! I was already in the pedicure chair while the lady was taking off the gel polish on my toes when she informed me that THAT was also $10 (OK, that's not unheard of when you go somewhere new) but it was also $20 if I wanted to do gel again, which I did. Most places I have been to would drop the $10 charge if you were getting gel polish again, especially if you want a repeat customer. At this point I said just finish the pedicure and forget about the nails because your prices are absurd. I looked at their price list before leaving. No mention of charging $20 to cut your nails. That's just ridiculous. I'm not cheap but I do not want to be nickel and dimed. On top of that, even after sanitizing your hands you're not allowed to touch ANY of the colors. So I had to stand there while they showed me the colors, and they couldn't even find the one I wanted. They also informed me at the door that my mask "wasn't acceptable" and handed me a cheap mask they insisted I wear instead. I should have walked out at that point but I really needed a pedicure so I walked back to my car and got another mask of my own. If you're so concerned about Covid, maybe you should turn the AC on instead of leaving the door open because the place was steaming hot, making it a breeding ground for bacteria. No wonder this place is empty on a Friday afternoon. I'm glad I didn't have to endure sitting there for another hour in the sweltering heat getting my nails done.
