I purchased an online deal for a resurfacing facial which included cleansing, extractions, mechanical exfoliation (I chose Microdermabrasion) and then the carefully chosen peel for your skin type and results that you are looking for. Michelle takes her time to review your skin type, initial paperwork and is very detailed, meticulous with her work and really wants to get you great results. I had the deeper peel and had some initial redness and peeling that have now decreased and have improved skin tone and clarity. Highly recommended!

The problem I have is with the…read moreshady practices they use when locking people into sales then including hidden installation fees. My wife went to them for a hair color and extentions. She was told she would need to put 660 dollars down for the treatment then for the extentions and then they would be installed the next week. We asked if there would be any extra charge for installation, and didn't receive word back nor did they say anything before they talked me into the appointment for her. A few days after the stylist got the extentions she then told us that it would be 120 dollars for her to install them on top of it.. I have done contracting and have run many of my own sales and estimates, and never has it been okay to get someone to make a major purchase of hundreds of dollars. Then later on hit them with hidden fees of hundreds more since they are already locked in for a large amount. That is incredibly disingenuous ​and an amazing way to loose customers instead of having repeat clients. There is no reason to not tell the total cost up front, if the client doesn't want to pay that. Oh well, someone will probably, there is no reason to hold back hundreds of dollars of extra fees for installation when you can just be up front about it just so you can lock in a sale.. thats bad business, and they have definitely lost mine.

Finding the right building can be a bit confusing, but they are labeled so that made it easier. The rooms were heated nicely, which was very pleasant given it is so cold out! The massage itself was fabulous. The tables were plush with warm blankets. They started the massage with hot steam and a sugar scrub, which is rare for massages and we definitely appreciated the additional skincare. They then went into a long stroke massage with oil and put a lot of attention to tense areas. Another great part of the massage was the use of hot stones and towels - very relaxing! A feature that I find very unique about Royal Zen's massages is their music choice. The first time my sister and I went it was classic R&B and this time it was smooth jazz. Shanice and Sheniel are experienced enough to massage to the beat of the music, which made the experience very memorable! Overall, Royal Zen is a fantastic place to get a massage!
