My son is a smart kid but it was also with the help, support and continuous encouragement of Mrs. Stacy and others. She has a curriculum that is set to make your child succeed and surpass what they are learning in public schools. My son is proof of it. When I confronted the agency about the poor placement and asked for them to fix it, they refused. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY and would avoid using the agency at all costs. Update: The response from the agency below is disingenuous. If they actually cared they would rectify the situation. Your nanny verbally abused my children and created an unsafe environment... of course I'm going to be upset when I call you and you refuse to help. The staff treated my children as if their voices needed to be silenced and was never allowed to voice when they were getting bulled by the non-minority there. My children were referred to in racial terms by other children there even went as far as my children being referred to as "Monkeys." When the staff was informed, they allowed that child still to attend this facility. The director did not try to offer relief but instead threatened to stop care for my children due to me speaking up and voicing my discomfort. I have really tried to resolve this but my voice of me and my children is being silenced. WELL I was wrong because not only did the front office staff: Ms. Stewart & Ms.Maya made sure we felt welcomed and listen to ALL concerns, questions and thoughts I was having but they even made sure that they stayed very transparent and communicated with me and understanding my children and myself needs. When it came to the room she was aged to be she met Ms. Keisha and Since BEFORE my daughter Anais was even put in her class, Ms. Keisha has always shown patience, drive, empathy & most important UNDERSTANDING. When it came to Anais. A little back story about Anais is she is a 2 yr old Level 3 AUTISTIC child who is also partial deaf, she was also nonparticipating, immobile, introverted, nonverbal very shy, and timid child. A year and a month later; Anais speaks some words, participates, plays with other classmates and LOVES outside time with her classmates. Amira cries when it's time for Ms Milagro to leave for the day and walks in looking for her every morning. She not only understands Spanish, yet she also strives to do what her big sister does! If you ask for a refund, they literally told me, "Sorry, we already spent the money so there's nothing left to refund." I signed a contract with Zenith last month, enrolling my daughter in after-school care for this August. I asked written questions about the contract as I was signing, including about the fee schedule. I was okay with being charged an enrollment fee during the sign-up, but was confused that Zenith deducted August 2019's tuition in May. There was never an answer to my questions. But whatever, at least my daughter had after-school care, right? A couple of weeks later, Zenith sent out an email disparaging my daughter's school for revoking their contract with them. In that email, they stated that those who already enrolled may be subject to a refund. Indeed, the contract I signed with Zenith even stated that they prorate tuition if it is not completed. I emailed Zenith directly and asked about a refund. They literally said, "Sorry, we spent all of the funds so there is nothing left to refund." Instead, they want me to pursue my daughter's school for the refund. 1. My contract is not with the school, it was with Zenith. 2. Zenith withdrew the funds. I have already filed a BBB complaint. I want everyone to know that this "non-profit" only cares about your money; not your kid's learning or being your partner. They want your money up front and have no intention of giving it back when they fail to provide the tutoring and care to your child.
