This was probably the worst gel manicure I've ever gotten. Very uneven. Jagged nails. Cotton ball fuzzy stuck in the paint. Bubbles on two nails. Peeling cuticles. I'm sure based on how they look, they will likely chip before the end of the week. The man doing my nails was very eager to scrape the dead skin from my feet and then barely used any lotion afterwards. So now my heels are dry all over. The only reason I even gave this place 2 stars was because it was very clean and did have great safety measures in place due to Covid. Perhaps my person was just one bad apple, and the other nail technicians are better. I don't intend to return. read more

Went in for three manicures, and this may have been my worst nail salon experience. Two nail techs drew blood and were very rough, the experience felt very rushed. I got the thickest layer of powder on my nails and they are completely uneven. There was polish left over on my skin and a ton built up under my nail. Overall your time and money would be better spent elsewhere. read more

I was looking for a place for my boyfriend and I to get our nails done. I had read good reviews on their acrylic nails and decided to come here. My boyfriend and I both came to this place excited to get our nails done. But sadly were left disappointed. We arrived to the salon 5 minutes later than our appointment due to unexpected traffic. We were greeted and told to check in. We waited about 5 minutes before someone approached us for our appointment. I told her my name and immediately her answer was why was I late and made a face. I explained and she seemed upset. My boyfriend wasn't able to get the technician I requested for him. He was then taken to the pedicure station and had to wait another 15 minutes before he was taken care of. I had to wait about 20 minutes past my scheduled time to get my nails done. I finally got my nails done by Brendan. I had read a few reviews about his work with acrylic nails and they were pretty good. So I was happy to have him do my nails. But I was very dissatisfied. He didn't clean my cuticles, my nails all came out looking crooked, and the simple nail design that I asked him for wasn't even centered. He over filed some and others he didn't file down at all. My nails were not smooth and were very sharp. The nails were so sharp, I could scratch myself or anyone else with them. I even ended up with a cut on my pinky. He was not meticulous or detailed at all. He was not paying careful attention to my nails like he should have. As for my boyfriend got an older woman who did not know how to do nails at all. She didn't clean his cuticles and he wanted his nails to be painted clear. She just slapped on the clear nail polish and missing spots everywhere. I was very disappointed with my experience and will not return to this place again. It wasn't so much the wait time but the quality of nail services we received. I wasted $100 on bad nail service and it's definitely not worth it. Please beware before coming here. read more

Got my first manicure since pre-pandemic. I had an appointment but was rushed. I hadn't been here since pre-pandemic and it was noticeably less clean. For some reason they made me choose polish from a book of a brand I wasn't familiar with and wouldn't let me choose an OPI color. Manicurist messed up one nail that had to be redone at the end. Now 12 hours later I already have 4 chipped nails and have to go to a wedding looking like this. There were a lot of people there so I guess they take more care with customers getting more expensive services. AVOID. read more

Least relaxing, most painful pedi ever. She cut my toe nails too short so it hurt after I asked for them to not be too short, I had to ask her to stop. I've here twice now and the first time was great the second time I got a full set and when she was done putting the acrylic on and it dried the acrylic was all over my nails and on my skin when she filed my nails she was being rough with my nails I don't think I'll be coming here again read more

While the staff is accommodating and very nice, the salon was less sanitary that I remember. I have been getting gel manicures for close to 20 years- and while I am no professional, I am pretty sure some prepping steps were skipped. I will not return. read more

Unsanitary. Another persons nail clippings were at the station I was sitting at. They didn't attempt to clean or sanitize anything. Used dirty towels. I watched her pull mine from the dirty pile. Had to redo my pedicure. Uneven, rough looking polish with bubbles, polish on my cuticles and skin. She didn't even buff or do my cuticles until the 2nd time. Blamed it on old nail polish and that I was wearing my own flip flops. Made me change into disposable ones, but it still looks terrible. Never go to Anna. Only ok part was Brendan when he fixed my gel mani. They offered $15 back but I never want to step foot in there again. Disgusting. read more

Ouch!! Left here with bleeding cuticles and unhappy with my gel mani/gel pedi. I usually go elsewhere but given the great reviews I wanted to give it another try. The gel pedi was rushed and the guy acted like I was bothering him. The water was cold and there was no massage. The gel mani was quick and he ripped at my cuticles. Paint job is messy. I advise to only go here if you have a technician you like because I've been very disappointed with this place more than once. I won't be going here ever again. read more

Love this salon! My daughter and I been going here and we love it! So glad I found this place. I have tried over 10 salons in the area and nothing compares to it. Extremely clean, they use the plastic liners in the pedicure tubs, all the people working there are the nicest around-you feel like family while being there. The pricing is great and you get great service and skills. We've gotten pedicures, manicures and I just got the LCN Full Set and %1000 LOVE THEM! I use to get an allergic reaction to having other products used at other places and my nails are beautiful and no reaction at all! Everyone I see comments on how beautiful my nails are. I will definitely be a lifetime customer with my daughter. I recommend this place to everyone! They also do lashes that my friend had done and she loves those too! All around wonderful salon. Never have I ever had such a horrible pedicure. I stopped in Angelina's to get a pedicure because I was in the area for a wedding later that day. Made and appointment and went here for the first time today for a regular manicure and regular pedicure and disappointed in the quality of both. They hardly touched my cuticles, my polish is uneven and 6 out of my 10 nails are crooked. My pedicure lasted all of 10 minutes.. about half way through my pedicure her next customer came in and she clearly rushed to finish mine quickly. No massage. I've had acrylics on for over a decade now and I've tried more salons than I can count since I've moved around a lot but also tried every salon in this area and this salon is by far the best I've ever been to. I've been there twice so far as of today and the owner Brendan as well as Nancy and the rest of the staff are incredible and so kind and welcoming and even remembered my name. They don't rush, they are meticulous perfectionists who spend so much time patiently perfecting their work. They're true artists. I showed them a picture of the nails I wanted since I did a new set this time and it came out better than the picture...something no other salon I've been to has been able to achieve. They make you feel like family, the salon is beautiful and always clean and considering the outstanding quality of their work, their prices are so reasonable. I don't understand how anyone can leave them a negative review. I don't take the time to write a review unless I'm really impressed and I'm blown away by this salon. They've gone way beyond my expectations in all aspects and I can't even express how good they are. I went to Angelinas nail salon and I had an appointment for 11:30 with Brendan. First he overbooked me because he had another woman come in at 12 for her appointment. Second, he was rushing through the manicure because he had overbooked. Third, he would paint one nail and then answer the phone or ring a customer up or get up and do something and continue in this pattern. I was very patient and kind the whole time. After my manicure is done I pay and leave. My manicure started to chip around two weeks, I know how the process goes I understand that sometimes it lasts longer than other times. So I soaked the gel off my nails, and as it coming off I started to notice ridges and dents in my beds. My pointer finger has no nail and part of the nail bed came off with it, leaving a part of my nail bed exposed, it is extremely painful. The rest of my nails I can't even grow out because they are paper thin and just keep breaking. I was looking forward to this new salon but I don't think I will go back. read more

My sister and I went here to get our nails done for our brother's wedding. We both go to other nail salons, but decided to give this one a shot since it just opened and more times than not at my regular nail salon I get hit on and it's not always a pleasurable experience so I'm continuously looking for a new nail salon. We gave this one a chance, and we're equally disappointed. The people here are very nice, their work ethic however is a different story. I can't speak on behalf of my sister because she went a day before I did and got an acrylic fill and I got a gel manicure and gel pedicure. My appointment was at 9:30, right when they opened. I went in on time and was seated immediately for my pedicure. The lady who did my pedicure was very nice and did a great job. I picked a nude for my nails and toes and it was pretty light, but she put on 3 coats and it looked very nice. My manicurist was a different lady, still very nice and she had done my sisters nails the day prior. I was expecting the same quality from her as the woman who had done my toes, but unfortunately that didn't happen. There was no real cut, file, or buffing done to ensure my nails were all the same length or shape. I had a break in my one nail that she completely ignored instead of cutting and evening it out. I think at one point she was just scraping the polish brush on my nails without any product on it. Ironically I'm not one to complain, I still liked the color it was just not the manicure I wanted and expected from a new salon as a new customer. The problem I have is that, not even two weeks since I've had them done, my nails and toes are peeling off. To the point where I had to peel them off my self because I couldn't stand the lifting on the sides. I wash my hands a lot so maybe that increased the rate of the peeling, but to have a toes start peeling a week and a half after having them done is unheard of. Every time I get a pedicure I get gel and it lasts at least a month or more, especially in the winter when your feet are pretty much covered all day long and not exposed to the sand a salt water like in the summer. Both my sisters nails and my nails (when I had them on still) turned yellow. Now why wouldn't go back and have them fixed? Why write this review? Because I feel as though a new nail salon should put their best foot forward especially to new customers. I don't want my nails to look nice because I complained and they made sure they were perfect. If I'm paying $50+ I want my nails to look perfect every time. I want them to care enough to take their time and do their best work, I was the only one in there for a good 45 minutes. So I didn't go back and complain. I didn't call and tell them my nails are a week old and peeling. Instead I'm writing this review. Maybe it's the polish I picked, maybe it was just that one nail tech. Regardless, we were both unhappy with that state of our nails less than 2 weeks after getting them done. I will say the place itself is beautiful and one of the cleanest salons I've ever been to. It's unfortunate that we had this bad experience or else it would be my new favorite salon. read more
