The truth is that the old lady who runs this place is not only money hungry but disrespectful to customers. Anyone who yells 'I do not care' across the room to a 7 month pregnant woman when questioned why one would be charged $25 for a basic mani has a cold soul. This was due to the fact that I was looking for a certain color to match the dress for my (baby) sprinkle. Yet the Caucasian woman who walks in and all around the establishment also looking for a certain color incl speaking to other customers and comparing was allowed to do so without one word. I wasn't the only person who wondered why there was a lack of color options. I will never ever visit this establishment ever again and you bet I told my MIL and all her friends as well. Awful salon. I called. I said I wanted acrylic. I get there. They don't do acrylic. They do this light concept which I hate. Hate! My nails burn in the lamp. It cost a fortune and my nails were destroyed and popping off in a matter of days. Pedicure was good. No cutting ingrown nail. Had to ask her to clean the tub. Would never step foot there again. 10/10 for regular and gel manicures. Everyone is super friendly and I have only had good experiences for years. I came in for a powder dip manicure which is supposed to last 3 weeks (at my previous salon it lasted 5-6 weeks) and my nails started cracking the day after I got them done. After 1 week 4 nails were cracked and after a week and a half the polish was almost completely off. I'm disappointed in the powder dip. I would still go back, but only for gel. read more

My friend just moved up the block from this salon and we went today for pedicures.We sat down at the same time. Both our nail technicians were very unfriendly. They were also talking and laughing with each other. They used paper towel holders to prop up our legs. I will upload a photo. It was strange. The woman who did my pedicure, other then being rude did a good job. I felt bad for my friend. She was done in 7 minutes when mine took twenty. She did not get the puma scrub and her polish only had one coat of paint. I had three coats. When she was at the dryer she did get a shoulder massage which I did not. I did notice a lot of inconsistancys. My nails were cut uneven. The polish itself was done very good. My friends was done like a five year old. She expressed her unhappiness to owner and they took $5 off. The plain pedicure was $25. I do not recommend anyone go here. The service, price , attitude and quality of work is very poor. There were two other unhappy clients their waiting for re-dos while we were there. I think that's why I got jipped out of my shoulder massage. read more

I love rainbow nails. I have been going here for years as well as my whole family and friends. They are clean, the owner is sweet and they do a good job. I feel great after I leave here. They also have a rewards system where you can earn points to get free service. They also massage you at the end while drying which most places do not do. I highly recommend! read more

I called before I was planning on going to see if they could take me so I didn't have to wait. I get there and start with a manicure. I was rushed and had nail polish in my cuticles without the woman even caring to fix it. I love a massage, just like many others do I'm sure, yet no hand massage. I then got a pedicure. I was put in a chair and left there for 15 minutes while they continued to take new customers. When it was finally my turn, no foot massage. They are so not friendly and always in a rush to get over with you and move on to the next person.Then when it came to paying, the one thing I thought they would be rushing for since they seem to care about that more than customer service, I had to wait at the counter for 5 minutes while the woman looked at Facebook before coming to ring me up. I'm giving it a one star because I can't give it a zero star. I've been going there for over 5 years now and tipping very well. In December for Christmas I bought my daughter what I thought was a $50 gift certificate to get her nails and pedicure done. I paid for it with my debit card and got the receipt and for Christmas give it to my daughter. A week later I went back with my daughter together nails done only to find out that there was only 22 dollars on that gift card. The owner proceeded to tell me that my daughter must have used it before and doesn't remember. So after we left there and I paid the extra money I went home and found my receipt from my debit card showing $50. I called the owner right after we left and she said oh they must have made a mistake. How convenient is it that my daughter usually gets a gel manicure that's $28 and it was only $22 left on that gift card. She gave us the credit for the $28 but I will never go back there again. Being a good customer trying to screw me out of a $28 manicure is horrible. I suppose loyalty and good sipping doesn't matter to them. read more
