We discussed what we wanted and he also gave us some helpful opinions on what would look good on our property. We also discussed an appropriate budget for the work that we wanted - straight to the point, very professional, no beating around the bush! Later on, Bryce sent us a detailed quote of the artificial grass that we wanted to put in and the drought tolerant plants that we wanted in the backyard and frontyard. Once we agreed on the scope of work, we signed the contract and scheduled with Bryce when they would start the work. On the first day of work, they sent like 6-8 guys to demo the backyard! They were very punctual and worked really hard! By day 3, they were about 90% done with our project! For years, our outside drains were clogged, and I found myself setting up pumps during the storms to get the pools of water away from our home. Every year, I would tell myself that I would get the drains cleared. Before the rains came this past winter, I hired a company to hydro jet the pipes. They tried to clear the drains, but because they were so clogged, their equipment failed. Again, I was setting up the pumps during the rain storm. So, I researched and found Joel and Sons.
