When the time for installation came, they provided a window during which they expected to arrive our house and kept us updated when they unexpectedly ran behind schedule (not an issue for us). I agreed to this premium price with the clear expectation of meticulous, high-quality work. Unfortunately, the experience and the final result were deeply disappointing. Communication & Professionalism: Poor. After the unsatisfactory work was completed, I reached out to give him an opportunity to address the issues, but received no response. He claimed they have 1 year warranty on his work. Work Quality & Attention to Detail: Unacceptable. Despite my specific requests for precision, the installation was poorly executed. The lights are not aligned, which is a fundamental requirement for this type of installation. Furthermore, there was a significant breach of agreement regarding materials. He refused to use the provided black hardware, insisting on using galvanized staples instead. I agreed on the condition that they be painted black to blend with the house and lights. This was not done. The visible, mismatched staples make the installation look unprofessional and messy. Value: Not worth it. Paying a premium price for careless workmanship and disregarded instructions is unacceptable. Final Opinion: If you are looking for quality, precision, or someone who honors agreements, I cannot recommend Nick. The poor craftsmanship, lack of communication, and failure to follow basic instructions resulted in a complete waste of money.

He recommended that I hang the lights along the side eaves so that I can see the lights when I drive up from the side streets (genius)!
