He's a busy guy, but he made the job work with our schedule (even navigating around electrical and plumbing work being done in the process). Long overdue review. Jesus and co did a major remodel of our garage, much more than is typical for his other projects and possibly one of their biggest projects. Work included: * Insulation and drywall, including some drywall repair * Some electrical work * Some plumbing work * New step and cover for electrical box * Painting everything * Floors There were a lot of nontrivial cuts because the ceiling isn't flat. Jesus' quote was the most competitive and he was most flexible about what we wanted. Overall we're quite happy with the work. There were a couple of gotchas: * His estimate for worktime was off. He estimated ~10 days, but total worktime came closer to ~3.5 weeks. * His estimate of materials (mainly wood) was off. He didn't charge us extra for the additional time/materials and stuck to his quote. I would rate 4.5 (rounded to 5) for the work, mainly because his electrician wasn't great and we had to get a plumber to come out and do some of the plumbing work through the project (adding ~$600). read more

My neighbors are jealous but I won't tell them who did my floor because I'm selfish! Just kidding. Some say you can save money by using the home depot garage epoxy kits, but those won't produce the same results as this. Those kits don't have the polyaspartic coating, which is what makes the floor shine. Note: Jesus doesn't always reply to u right away, but that's cuz he's a busy man doing honest work. Jesus and his guy did a really great job. Our garage was a mess, the concrete floor had multiple cracks and was uneven. Before they start, they moved out our washer, dryer, sink and water softener so that the surface underneath could be epoxied as well. They grinded the floor to make it even and repaired all the cracks. We didn't have proper steps, they also built the steps for us and epoxied the steps too. My garage floor was a typical worn out concrete with noticeable cracks, they did a good work on prepping up the floor - grinding, patching - followed by epoxy & clear coat. Floor job was good however the wall paint was even better! Mudding, patching/ putty, taping to cover gaps/holes and the paint itself - everything perfect finish.
